Just an idea. a post purely scripture, no opinions allowed ? no hard feelings allowed, blessing and Love expressed more than welcome. if you wish to not participate, please refrain from criticism as the Post is intended to be scripture to express your beliefs, without your beliefs dictating scripture ( if that makes sense) community thread for bible studenta willing to accept things we maybe haven't considered. Hope you appreciate and respect the spirit in the intention.

I know for sure, we have a lot of good understanding, But Gods word has more than all of us put together :) I don't know if this has been done before, but wither way if its been 100 times, I see value in the possibilities to help us learn and grow in our knowledge of Jesus Christ, who has done an aweful lot for us each one......

to begin, I will leave maybe the most well Known scriptures I can think of....

John chapter 3, verse 16-17 " For God so Loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting Life. For God did not send His Son into the world, to condemn the world, but to save the world THROUGH Him."

All glory, honor, praise, majesty and every good thing belongs to Our Great God and to His Son who gave us Life....

and The Lord God said....Let there be LIGHT!

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me."

God is love.

Jesus said, "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends."

And there WAS LIGHT

2Cr 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine OUT OF darkness,

And hath shined IN our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Who said,

John 8:12 I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

The true light that lighteth every man

Malachi 3:16 KJV Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.

Matthew 10

4 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’;36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’[a]

Daniel 3:17-18 KJV If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Even if Our God does not deliever us WE WILL NOT BOW TO YOUR IMAGES !!!!!!!!

Daniel 3

16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?”
They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.”
He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”
Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!”
So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.

They didn't back down nor compromise, they said throw us in the fire and our God will deliver us or not. but we will not bow. What a message to the modern church witch flops like a fish.

Just like that young girl at Columbine when that shooter put that gun to her head and said "deny Christ". She said "no I will not". He put a bullet in her head. You know that the Holy Spirit had to rise up in her at that moment. Great is that child's reward.

james 1:18 "He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of all he created.

James 1:21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.

john 7:17 " sanctify them by the truth, your word is truth"

“Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift each of you like wheat. But I have pleaded in prayer for you, Simon, that your faith should not fail. So when you have repented and turned to me again, strengthen your brothers.”
Luke 22:31*-‬32
