Within the Church, every member matters. Regardless of their role within the Church/Congregation, regardless of their wisdom, knowledge, talents, whatever........we ALL matter. For God has purposed each of His children for a specific purpose designed for the edification of the whole Church/Congregation. We see this in Scripture where the Apostle taught the members of the church at Corinth that we ALL matter!

1 Corinthians 12:14) For the body is not one member, but many. 15 .) If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 16 .) And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 17 .) If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? 18 .) But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 19 .) And if they were all one member, where were the body? 20 .) But now are they many members, yet but one body.
21 .) And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 .) Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary: 23 .) And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness. 24 .) For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked: 25 .) That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26 .) And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 27 .) Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 .) And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 29 .) Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 .) Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
31 .) But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

Brothers and Sisters, never believe you do not matter, that you do not have a purpose, for you do! Seek His will, seek the purpose He purposed you for, and live true to your calling.

Thanks for sharing that, great thoughts.

This is especially true today .With each group claiming this color matters or that nation, creating division because of a few who wants rights (entitlement) ) but not responsibility. I think as Christian we do have rights as the world, but do have responsibilities. We are living in an age of entitlement which seems to be destroying the moral fiber this Country was based on. This is whether it has been followed or not . That foundation is being destroyed. Where there is no law there is no trespass. This is where fools rush in.

I think we need walls and men like Nehemiah to build them .

Proverbs 25:28 He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

What is occurring today does not help us to understand we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against spiritual matters in high places, like the church . It make me wonder when he does come will he find faith? Or a worn out book called the bible that has been declared dead to include the loving laws within it.

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Matthew 18:

1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
2 And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them
3 and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Mateo: 11. 15.
He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
16. But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows,
17. And saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and ye have not lamented.

... . and
the words is spoken by our lord jesus christ
the only begotten son of god who is our savior when the time comes

25. At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.
27. All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. 28. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

1 Juan: 4. 13.
Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. 14. And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
15. Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 16. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. 17. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 18. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
19. We love him, because he first loved us. 20. If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21. And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
