This is written to G777 and others who understand what he says.

From Jude, this morning, in my time with our Lord:

"...defend the faith...I say this because some...[have been] saying that Gods' marvelous grace allows us to live immoral lives...they have denied our...Lord...so I want to remind you...that Jesus first rescued...Israel [this was before us]...but He later destroyed those who did not remain faithful."

Jude has given a description even better than "hyper grace" - "Gods' marvelous grace." And he is pointing out that it is a faith issue. The which none of us should condemn a man for. Don't we even ask our Lord often - Lord, I DO believe, please help my areas of unbelief and mistrust?

Jude goes on to describe these who fight and argue against Gods' marvelous grace by saying that it allows and causes men to live immoral and ungodly lives. In these further descriptions, those who argue against it in here (in forum), do not fit the descriptions. And I don't believe God sees them that way either.

I believe instead that it is as you have said, G777. That they just have not yet seen what a deep and never-ending well this marvelous grace of God toward us really is.

But none of us will be judged by light we did not yet receive. (That's impossible). We will only be judged by light we have received but later turn away from, preferring self-deceit, which self-deceit is the useless conversation/tradition/way of life that we received from our fathers.

An apostle in another place clearly states why we turn away from light - because we are afraid (just like Adam was) that it will expose our inner sins and we choose instead to hide them through self-deceit.

But we know how faithful our Lord has been to us, to lead us through every danger. And we know He will be just as faithful to them who argue that His marvelous grace leads us to live ungodly in this world. (In fact, we see that they don't even know, or believe, it is what they are doing. And we know God forgives things done in ignorance, as Paul tells us).

We can let them call us unbelievers, heretics, etc. But what we can't do, we who have been given more light, is to revile back and respond in kind. To us who have been given more, more is required. Especially since we know, as Jude has pointed out, that it is a faith issue. A want of more trust in Gods' marvelous grace.

So that is what I wanted to share with you guys. I won't be back to argue with anyone. That wasn't my intent. And if I was sure I wouldn't have forgotten any of you, I would have sent it by pm to each of you, but I know I would have missed someone, so posted it here.

I might not be able to come back in again today. Continue to defend the faith. Just don't do it in a way that grieves our Lord and then you will be assured that you are pleasing to Him in how you carry yourself before all men, whether believers or unbelievers.

I am so thankful He has given me so many dear brothers and sisters. I cry whenever I think about it, amazed and joyful that He has given us to each other!

There is no way grace can be too deep, too much, too amazing, too hyper, too sure, too perfect, too intense, too anything.

It is the best description of the Father's love.

The false grace teachers have done despite to the Spirit of grace, Heb 10: 29. And Jude 4, sums up the False grace teachers.

Actually talking about Jude 1:4...let's see what one "grace teacher" says about it. Let's hear it from one of the "horse's " mouth.

It's only 16 minutes long. This will reveal what is "really" being said and not what some people in malice or lack of understanding say about some things.

( I use this video because it directly talks about Jude 1:4 in relation to "does grace give a license to sin? " )

Well then if you have never heard what is being spoken - then you are judging things completely out of ignorance or from some other motive. Not a good thing to be doing but you are free to believe whatever you want.

You say " I really can't say anything" but yet you to come in and highlight a person's videos "spammed throughout the forum" ...got it!. We know your real reason for coming in now. Thank you.

Mark 4:22 (NASB)

So many accusers, so sad ...Joseph Prince is spot on this video! I just cannot be thankful enough for his teaching around grace. Set me free to be in Jesus where I belong. Amen and Amen!

Sure people boasting in men is painful and pride is also part of that I suppose, but I thought the issue was grace (but not Gods) in truth but moreso this Prince fella.

Either way that was from my observing the conversations and the quotes, couldnt really get involved beyond that.

If people would just look to see what is really being said by others instead of being malice-driven and slanderous against others that believe something different then what they do - they would learn what people are saying instead of trying to judge someone with out even hearing them.

This all goes with Jude 1:4 and people that deny the grace of God are the ones that are really "denying their Lord and Master". It is a very sobering thought as denying the grace of God can be manifested in many ways - including by the religious people as well as those that go their own way to do what ever they want.

Its expected, I am not interested in the back and forths so much, just touching upon what I observed as far as the grace of God verses the grace of Prince might go (in respects to the issue).

I actually should have ignored the response, so I am at fault in responding to her provocation.

I believe in the hood they would call that an attempted "drive by shooting".....motives for doing things are subtle little creatures in all of us.

No, the pride is that of the people unable to humble themselves to receive God's grace. Self-righteous mindset, those who wish to add upon Christ's sufficient sacrifice. Of pain, because people get into doctrines because of hurt. They lash out at the body of Christ because hurt people hurt people.

They have come to their doctrines not based upon intellectual capacity but because of their heart. For some, acceptance is something worked for but God loves us by grace. it is unmerited. Yet, they grew up with this mentality of earning that love and of gifts, and so to them a doctrine that excludes their work is heresy. Their doctrine and mindset is sourced in pain and hurt. Truly, they need compassion more so than a debate on truth. Better yet, both but in meekness.

Jude 1:4

Yes...that is true. Many just associate things like sexual sins with licentiousness but it has a lot more to do with the meaning of the word then just that. ( As bad as that is...)

One bible commentator had this to say about the Greek word: This shows that even the most religious and holy looking of people can be licentious concerning their "motives" for doing things - as long as they satisfy their desire to do what they want to do.

Remove the true grace of God from our lives and this below can manifest in all of us.

Quote:

Those under the control of this sin do not care what others say or think, as long as they can satisfy their desires.
