Common ground, both believe in healing! :p

Amen, Jesus told us to heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, cleans the leper, And thank God He has used me to do them all.

What grace does he say is twisted, The hyper grace, or the Biblical grace.
Everyone says how good he is, but no one says what he teaches.

I've had the pleasure to meet both of these men of God. They were as genuine off stage as on stage. I could feel the love just oozing out of their eyes. I hope people feel like that when they meet me. Another similar trait is both of them "preach their heart" they don't prepare traditionally for messages. And they also teach we don't need to fight off sin. Because Christ did. The teaching I've heard from both of them, many times, is grace empowers us to walk out the reality of what the cross accomplished. Not by our power, but by His. And that's freedom from sin. Freedom from me. Freedom from other people's judgements, criticisms, condemnations, etc. Both of them also desire us to be pure before the Lord. I am inspired by their passion often.

I have just watched Dan Mohler, and he twisted
1 Jn 1: 7--10, and told lies.
He is a false grace teacher, so I reckon Todd will be a false grace teacher as well, seeing that Dan was his mentor.

No wonder the false grace teachers like Todd

So what is twisting going around in 1 John 1:7-10 and lying wonders? Can you shed more light on this? since
I thought you are having a common ground with the hyper gracers?

Thanks

Wow. Where did that come from? Todd isn't a false grace teacher. Your beliefs seem to change with the tossing of the waves.

I would never have common ground with the false hyper grace teachers.
Dan said our sins are forgiven because we're walking in the light, but John said "IF" we walk in the light, then the blood of Jesus cleanses us.
We have to walk in obedience to God and His word, to walk in the light.
Not live in sins.
Dan came against putting of the works of the flesh.
He's a typical false grace teacher who gives people a licence to sin.

What makes you say my teaching changes with the toss of a wave??
My teaching is always stable and Biblical.
I have just seen Dan, and he fave a false grace teaching.
I take it that you think the false grace teachers are Biblical, and the Biblical grace is false.

I know nothing about your teachings. Your opinions/beliefs. I don't think false grace teachers are biblical. No. And Todd doesn't teach false grace.

Have never heard of this young man until last night when I listened to the video. Just like any other Christian., I don't agree with everything he says as far as the smaller things but his main message is Jesus Christ. When watching the healing that is done when these Christians go out into the streets I'm more to giving them the benefit of the doubt. Especially since when God does things in my life., I don't see angels announcing it but it is none the less totally a miracle! When major miracles were done in my life no one believed it either. LOL. The awesome miracle occurred and no one but me knew the impact of what really happened. Why is it so hard to believe someone's foot can grow or someone's back can be healed or someone's hand can be fixed? I'm just not used to seeing it done that way OR seeing people relate to one another that way.

There is a truck load of things I don't understand about the way God works or the life and times we are living in but I do know I don't know everything. There are Christians who have different callings than me or Christians that have dared to go out into the streets and by ways and highways with other believers and major things go on that I have not been exposed to. God has me working in a retirement facility so my way of dealing with people is surly not the way this young man does it.

It seems to me the limits on what God can and will do are not coming from His Word here., they are not doing anything unbiblical. These different people in their different areas of gifts and personalities are doing different things than some of us would be doing in our familiar every day Christian life. They are not going against God's Word. What they are doing is going against the traditional way I'm used to seeing things done. And while I'm not in my comfort zone humanly speaking when it comes to this sort of thing., I believe we are seeing young people come out for Jesus in these last days. I have enough to do in my own life with what I have and they have enough to do in their own life with what they have. God has gifted each one differently in ways we each fit. We would not fit into one another's roles in life as we are not made to or raised to it. I have no desire to go out into the streets with hair like that!! I cannot relate. And I'm sure this young man would not fit in where I am with prim and proper older Americans.

God is a God of miracles of this I have no doubt.

But FAKE healers have been around forever. Do the research on these people, this so important. You owe it to yourself.
We are called to discernment.

I haven't seen Todd, but if his mentor was Dan, then he us probably a false grace teacher like Dan is.

Ben and Warrior for Christ I agree with much of what you write, but I have major concerns here.

I will watch the other video to get a fuller understanding of his teaching. We do not need a method to bring the good news to people, we do not merchandise the grace of God and healing to repentance.

If someone just healed my leg I would be far more happy and overjoyed then the fellow in the clip.
This just seemed fake. I will do my research, I always do.

I understand your reservations but this guy is operating in the calling of an evangelists and with that calling comes healing and miracles. See Phillip in Acts 8

Acts 8:5-7 (NASB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] Philip went down to the city of Samaria and began proclaiming Christ to them.

[SUP]6 [/SUP] The crowds with one accord were giving attention to what was said by Philip, as they heard and saw the signs which he was performing.

[SUP]7 [/SUP] For in the case of many who had unclean spirits, they were coming out of them shouting with a loud voice; and many who had been paralyzed and lame were healed.

This goes in line with 1 Cor. 12: 7-11 The gifts of the Spirit in manifestation as the Spirit wills.

I watched the video and I also did some research on TW. From what I've gathered, he either is an official part of (or at least associated with) a movement known as the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR). This movement seeks to bring the world back to the age of the apostles. Other notable people in the movement include C. Peter Wagner and William Branham. NAR is also an offshoot of the Latter Rain movement.

From the video, it seems that Todd emphasizes "speaking to our sicknesses, ailments and diseases". The Scriptures tell us to pray for the sick, but I can't recall any place where we're advised, encouraged or commanded to actually speak to our sickness to make it go away. We must rely on God's will to heal us, and He may or may not do so. We just have to trust His timing and His wisdom.

Thank you for this and I understand what you re saying, however you see very clearly where is says proclaiming Christ to them

to proclaim Christ is tell about Him crucified (for our sins) and resurrected.

Just because the scripture does not give the details here I think we should understand that we should always preach the full gospel to people.

There is much evidence against this fellow if one wants to take the time to research it. It saddens me because God has used many preacher/teachers to promote and teach the full gospel of grace and then false ones come in (sent by the enemy) to do their damage on the true message.

All I am saying is to be discerning if we align ourselves/promote/defend the wrong teachers we unwittingly do Satan's work.
I am a researcher now ... having been burned by false teachers many times.

There is so much at play here behind the scenes I cannot even begin to go into on this message board.

I have researched for five years and have substantial understanding of things most Christians have no clue.

All I am doing is to exhorting with love and care those reading to be careful and pay good attention beyond the charisma of any teacher.

Jesus didn't say to pray for the sick...He said to heal them by proclaiming the kingdom of heaven to them.

Matthew 10:7-8 (NASB)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] "And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'

[SUP]8 [/SUP] "Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give.

Luke 9:1-2 (KJV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.

[SUP]2 [/SUP] And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

I do 100% agree with you that when we go - we need to be led by the Spirit of God. Some people I also believe operate in their calling with the emphasis on healing the sick but again it is as the Spirit wills. I do believe we can use our own faith in certain situations especially for ourselves and our families that are still under our care - to some degree.

Thank you, thank you, I did not want to be the one to point it out, even this small piece of information.

There is so much at play behind the scenes in some of these movements it is truly frightening.
Along with the fact many have been severely harmed by the Latter Rain Movement.

It truly breaks my heart, and here we are still.

I agree that we need to be watchful but we also need to be careful that because something is different then what we have heard before - we should not be quick to dismiss it.

I am always skeptical of people that create wensites against things that they don't personally believe in. They seem to "twist" what the people are actually saying.

I do agree to do research - praying for discernment and understanding and of course no one person knows it all in it's fullest measure so sometimes we need to make allowances for other's imperfections.

I have not watched much of Todd here but I have Dan Mohler and he does nothing but preach Christ and Him crucified as well as us crucified with Him.

When you have time - take a listen and let me know what you think.

I agree, I do not dismiss any teacher based on that it may be different. There is much to be gained by having an open mind and bringing things back to scripture and the Holy Spirit.

Dan Mohler, I have a bit of knowledge is not someone that I have concern over yet anyway. :)

I will say this much, I will say it a general way based on things on know, many times a false teacher will align themselves with a true teacher for a time to gain credibility and it works, sadly. I will leave it at that. I would not go into this if I did not feel it was important to know.

2 Peter 2:1
