And yet? More "they!"

Yeesh!
I'm sorry that's how grammar goes once you Address the subject "Homosexuals" you can there on refer to "Homosexuals" as they or them. Btw the whole "They are wolves in sheeclothing" that's a Bible quote not my words God's.

I am sorry but I am not sure which term you think takes a shot at them and would like you to clarify what you believe the proper to-their-face terminology is. :)
Years ago, when I didn't give a ___ how I hurt someone, I called "them" Queers, Fags, and Homos. I grew up a little, and started claiming I was only using the proper term when I called "them" Homosexuals. But I was still quite pleased to know that I was "putting them in their proper place" by using that term.

Today, I feel Jesus has asked me to try to connect with them, even though I still feel it is a lifestyle totally contradictory to everything I hold true and right. I cannot do that by deliberately calling "them" names I know are hurtful to them. I don't like, in the least, the fact that a term I used to love has been hijacked, but, as of this very day, I am going to attempt anyway, to refer to same sex people as GAY.

I don't know if I have the guts to handle this. But I hope I can keep my thoughts more on them than on me.

So, I will try to begin to use the term they don't consider offensive.... GAY.

I suppose some of you feel you are being honest with yourselves by saying you are only using the clinically proper designation, but, as for me, I know better. And if I am going to truly try to follow Jesus, the sneaky dishonesty has to go.......... at least in instances like this when I clearly recognize it. (I'll try to work on the many other areas as they begin to bother me too much to ignore them.)

I think the most overlooked sins in these forums are the sins of the starters of this kind of threads

Do you claim to be without sin?

all sin has a death penalty you know. If it wasn't for the blood of Christ, you'd be as doomed as the people you condemn
...and WITH the blood of Christ, they (the Christians homosexuals) are washed as clean as you and me.

No you said the sins overlooked by the starter of these threads. What makes them distinguished in overlooked sin. We all have sinned and fell short of God's glory.

You actually changed her wording. She did not say what you claim she said.

And I think she was probably speaking of "prejudice."

If the Homosexuals ask for forgiveness and change their ways than yes but you can't intentionally stay in sin and be in God's grace.

I would agree. The sixties were brutal in that way. In middle school on Thursdays if a person wore yellow it made a person a queer for a day. Up until the seventies it was considered as mental illness. But as good increase whether they are considered bad or good they are on the increase. TV shows this very well.

I can remember in the late fifties or early sixties .A leave it to Beaver show . This is when the networks first rejected the idea of a show. Beaver had brought a small alligator through an ad in a comic book without his parents approval and wanted to hide it. So he asked Wally who suggested in the toilet tank where clean water came in. It was reject at first because toilets were considered private, they eventually compromised and shown the tank and the lid. We have e come a long way heading towards destruction. .

Ecclesiastes 5:11 When goods increase, they are increased that eat them: and what good is there to the owners thereof, saving the beholding of them with their eyes?

It would seem that many people do not learn about history in regard to it repeats itself. At the rise and fall of any nation it becomes all about moral issues. Homosexuality is at the top of the list. The idea of same sex marriage is the outcome. It opened the way for gender neutral bathrooms.Round and round we go where it stops nobody knows.

Whats next on the equals rights agenda? What happened to rights are responsibilities not entitlements needed to guard ourselves in respect to the Judai, Christian ethics as the foundation of this nation ? Has it been Trumpt , or Hillary-ized as a Clinton again for another 8 years? Giving the Clinton's 16 years?

Idk how many people know but the great and powerful empire of Rome started to allow homosexuality and to parade sex. Adultery was rampant and praised. It was after this that only a short time later they fell to tyrants and raiders. Coincidence I don't think so. This is the downfall of any nation when they forget God and he's no longer in their thoughts or in their works.

Just want to share this story.I got myself in a mess one time trying to mentor a young lesbian church member. In particular..this young and very attractive woman asked for my help. Well we started out studying the bible, having prayer over the phone but then she started coming to my house just to "talk" and well hubby didn't like that one bit and even had harsh words with her and would be glaring at her the whole time and it never occurred to me that my man was jealous until later. So..as time went on she made a pass at me and she was so sneaky with it that I didn't see it coming until her hands were in places they shouldn't have been and well I had to hit her and make her leave my house but I kept quiet about it for a long time. She did eventually accept Christ and has been delivered and is still a member of my church it's been 5 years but the whole time that I was mentoring her I later found out that she had a crush on me from the beginning which is why she wanted me as her mentor and behind all this hubby began to question my sexuality. I'm keeping it real..that was a chilling experience but I'm a strong woman. She finally confessed everything to our Pastor and also to my husband but for a while after that I broke all contact with her and hubby and I had some "marathon "arguments about her but we're straight now. This may sound harsh but I'm beginning to believe what my Grandfather said about homosexuals and lesbians bringing bad luck and problems into your life. But I can stand on my determination to show people of that lifestyle love .I just refuse to mentor any more lesbians.

You're entirely trying to play DNC here. No need to deflect. We are not going to do a thing to change how the world acts. Our responsibility is to reach out to ANY sinner, and help them want to please Jesus.

Love tempered with logic. Nothing wrong with your outlook.

There's a murderer, a rapist, and a gay person in the same room with you. Who do you feel more comfortable with?

Satan is very busy. Government was established by God to maintain order. When you have a society that is immoral and very wicked its hard to maintain order. America was a Godly nation at one time, but Satan is everywhere in the United States.America needs to repent and come back to God. Homosexuality is a sin. I don't care if you're homo, lesbian, or bisexual. Christians need to stop being afraid of persecution and preach the truth from God's Word. It's time for the Body of Christ to raise up and expose Satan and his evil ways. Ephesians 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. God hates Sin, but loves the sinner. Gay people get mad when you tell them that their lifestyle is wicked and evil. I really don't care how mad they get. God told me to Preach the Word and to tell people about Satan and his evil ways. Your Bro in Christ

Here's an idea...........turn off your computer, move to San Francisco, and start a Street Ministry.

Would that not better serve the Church/Kingdom you say you are so very worried about? Stop griping and do something. It is easy to talk the talk, but Christ calls us to walk the walk. Maybe it is time for you to start "walking the walk?"
