How to turn off Email notifications..

Hello all..

Looking for help here.. I went into setting to see if i could stop receiving email notifications about people posting on threads i have posted on.. Can someone please explain to me how i can stop receiving notifications via email..

Then change "default thread subscription" to control panel only or no subscription....you will have to manually change or delete the threads you are already subscribed to stop emails.

Spam, or if there is a little "unsuscrbibe from this site" option at the very bottom of the email, and click on that :)
