No.

To be Born Again you need to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Babies cannot do this.

If you mean "born again" as in are they reincarnated and born as other babies, then no, I don't think that can happen. But with God anything is possible, so who knows? :)

This is a paradigm that should cause one to ponder the goodness of God.

Infants are innocent yet they die. They die physically but their innocence preserves their soul. If we could be as innocent as an unborn child we could have some expectation of eternal life yet our physical body would still perish.

They haven't yet had a chance to sin, so they are not under judgement, there is no need for them to be born again.

not really since He is already your Lord and Saviour - all we have to do is make sure we do not reject or deny this which babies cannot do - wincam

no, no not at correct for death is the wages of sin - it is only because they are saved before they are born and remain saved until they deny or reject their salvation - wincam

Only receiving Christ makes him one's lord.

John 1:12-13"But as many as received [Christ], to *them* gave he power to become the [children] of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

The beginning chapter of John explains that there's a difference between those born of man and those born (again) of God. Christ then explains to Nicodemus that there's a process of being born again and seeing the kingdom of God.

John 3:5-7
Jesus answered “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is (1) born of water and (2) the Spirit. 6 Flesh is born of flesh, but spirit is born of the Spirit. 7 Do not be amazed that I said, ‘You must be born again.

Every person born of mankind is born of water. The amniotic sac bursting is called "water breaking" signalling labor. Then after a person is born they must must confess that Christ is their lord and believe in their hearts that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9).

Paul also explains it...

1 Corinthians 15:46-48
46 The spiritual, however, was not first, but the natural, and then the spiritual. 47 The first man was of the dust of the earth; the second man from heaven. 48 As was the earthly man, so also are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven.

Everyone is first from the earth because they are first in Adam. Only when one is in Christ are they from heaven.

Sadly, aborted babies are not even born the first time, so they never get to be born again.

The only comparison is with Jeremiah, whom the Lord knew before He formed him in the belly, and before he came forth from the womb God sanctified him, and ordained him a prophet unto all nations: if any consolation for those slain in the womb, it must be that God knows them before He forms them in the belly, and before they are to come forth from the womb. (Jeremiah 1:5)

age of accountability. Do you really expect an infant has any idea about the debate on damnation vs salvation?

your very first line is wrong - it makes no difference to Christ as Lord whether you accept Him or not - it will sure make a difference to you if you deny Him or reject Him - wincam
