God says for ALL have sinned.

Romans 3:23
[SUP]23 [/SUP]for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

So why does the Catholic Church insist Mary had no sins?

Because they believe in Catholic tradition more than what is in the Bible.

idk. They also claim she stayed a virgin when the bible say Mary and Joseph came together, and had other children. If she never did, THAT would be a sin because the bible says for the married couple to share their bodies. And as far as sin, ALL have fallen short, there are none righteous, no not one- so that would include Mary. Besides, God does not practice favoritism, we are all on the same level with Christ above us. In Christ there are no male or female, slave nor free, circumcised or uncircumcised, Greek nor Jew. Mary is in this category with the rest of those in Christ, because she is not God.

She is not to be prayed to, or through, or worshipped, nor her image.

So why does the Catholic Church insist Mary had no sins? Kinda like asking a Republican why Democrats put so much emphasis on gun control instead of asking a Democrat.

The RCC and EOC teach that Mary died without sinning on her own free will. Martin Luther believed the same.

The RCC, which is constantly bashed and singled out, is not alone in this belief.

RCC nonsense.

Romans 3:10-12
[SUP]10 [/SUP]as it is written,“There is none righteous, not even one;
[SUP]11 [/SUP]There is none who understands,
There is none who seeks for God;
[SUP]12 [/SUP]All have turned aside, together they have become useless;
There is none who does good,
There is not even one.”

Romans 3:23
[SUP]23 [/SUP]for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

Romans 5:12
[SUP]12 [/SUP]Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned—

Clearly the Holy Spirit teaches ALL have sinned, even Mary was a sinner. BUT, since the Catholics wanted to Worship Mary they had to say she was sinless to justify their Worship of Mary. It was Satan who has deceived the Catholic Church into follow him by their Worship of Mary.

The ONLY person born without sin and never sinned was Jesus Christ. By the Catholics claiming Mary was born without sin proves the Catholics do look to Mary as their God.

Your nonsense.

Really? This is your gospel? See how many threads you can start to bash the RCC? Or is this just about how much attention you can get?

It's a classic example of the development of bad theology. Really bad theology.

I don't know. If it's so important to you why don't you ask them?

the real surprising thing is not that Mary was born without sin and never sinned...that's nonsense

no

the real surprising thing, is that God redeems sinful flesh and illustrates His love over and over and over

the shocking thing, is what even Christians do with it

the pope is a political figurehead ... and in deception so hardly able to speak words of salvation

The CC has changed many things that are not based on Scripture, some of which many Christians still traditionally follow, like:

The Calendar (time change)

"The original goal of the Gregorian calendar was to change the date of Easter. In 1582, when Pope Gregory XIII introduced his Gregorian calendar, Europe adhered to the Julian calendar, first implemented by Julius Caesar in 46 B.C."

The Day (time change)

...Adopted the Roman tradition of starting the new day at midnight (12am), instead of "at evening" like scripture prescribes.

The Sabbath (law change)

''Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change was her act. And the act is a mark of her ecclesiastical power and authority in religious matters.'' C. F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons, in answer to a letter regarding the change of the Sabbath, November 11, 1895.

The 2nd Commandment (law change)

...The 2nd commandment was removed and the 10th was split into two separate commandments so that the count remained the same.

The Yearly Holidays/Holy-Days/High Sabbath "Rest" days (Time & Law change)

...God's feast days were removed (considered exclusively "Jewish" holidays) and replaced with adapted pagan holidays like Christmas (Child-mass sacrifice) and Easter (Ashtaroth/Astarte/Ishtar/Queen of heaven/Fertility Goddess)

----

"The Pope is of so great authority and power that he can modify, explain, or interpret even divine law. The pope can modify divine law, since his power is not of man, but of God, and he acts a vicegerent of God upon earth" Lucius Ferraris, Prompta Bibliotheca, art. Papa, II, Vol. VI, p. 29.

'Tradition, not Scripture, is the rock on which the church of Jesus Christ is built." Adrien Nampon, Catholic Doctrine as Defined by the Council of Trent, p. 157

...It was written that the saints would have to bear with these things for a season, since scripture can't be broken.

And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.(Daniel 7:25)

Nonsense at best, but at worse it can and will put people in bondage to Satan. No Catholic in bondage to Satan will ever enter into Paradise with us True Children of God.

Because the Roman Catholic Church is a blending of the occult,paganism,and Christianity,like Joseph Smith,the Mormon Church, is a blending of what he believed with Christianity,like L. Ron Hubbard,Scientology,is a blending of what he believed with Christianity,and so forth,which what they believe that is not part of the Bible,is the foundation for the interpretation of scriptures.

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God,so that would have to include Mary,which Mary said she rejoiced in God her Savior.

There is only one person that the Bible says received the Spirit from the womb,and that was John,which did not save him,but gave him power to strengthen him to prepare the way for Jesus who was to come in the future.

The Bible does not say that Mary received the Spirit from the womb,nor does it say that Mary was not born in to sin,which Jesus said that those born of women there has not been a greater than John the Baptist.

When it comes to denomination bashing, this sort of "love" never ceases to exist.
