2 Timothy 2:16 Avoid godless*chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly.
Define "full." Do you mean 100%? Then no. Do you mean the majority? Then yes. Why? Do you always speak godful chatter?

When I read the op, a lot of verses came to mind that tell us about what kinds of conversations to just bow out of. Like the one about arguments over the meanings of words that don't do anything to help build us up in our trust of God. Or arguments over spiritual pedigrees (which I take to be like, for example, arguing with someone over whether the pope has the keys some other dude gave him.)

But then, I have had very good and edifying discussions over the most accurate definition of a word in the bible.

So...it isn't that a conversation over the meaning of a word, translated from another language, can't be edifying. It seems the arguing part is what isn't edifying. That's where it moves from good to bad and flesh gets stirred up.

But you know, there are some threads that I've learned to not go into just based on the title. Or sometimes even based on the person who is the op, because I know it will just be the same unlovely argument they've been caught up in for months, started again in a new thread. I don't enter the thread because I know it won't help me to grow in trust of God. And that's what I always need help with.

Who don't we analyze your 15 Posts here to determine the answer. Better yet, why don't you gather them together and post them here for us to analyze?

Because rational people far outweigh brain dead liberals, I conclude the answer to your question is, no.

Let me fix that for you, since you hid much of what he did say.
I didn't "hide" it. A white font could do that, but that wasn't my aim.

I put a majority of that post in a very dull color to focus on the part about judging(which he claims is always wrong) and hoping to keep this thread from turning into a debate about homosexuality.

So far, so good. Let's hope it stays that way.

This site has a lot of chatter, sure. But it has even more pompous blowhards with egos bigger than their brains that love to spend their days arguing and criticizing other pompous blowhards for being pompous blowhards.

I have some chips that were made from popcorn that was kind of pressed into a nacho chip form. Pretty good actually. So I'll pass on the popcorn, but thanks anyway.

Ugly's first post in this thread already had 13 likes so it seemed a bit futile to "like" it any more, but I had to "like" it anyway. I used that line a lot in a chatroom I used to moderate.
"This chatroom is boring!"
"Well you're a part of the chatroom so if it is boring then you are also.... hmm...."

As for the OP, all I know is somebody is full of... uh, never mind.
