I like Pentacostal services though I am not affiliated with any denomination. A good exercise in study is to start seeing what makes a denomination differ from all others,, going through them as you are able. If you do this enough you may come to the concludion that their differing dogmas are not really stress in the Word, nor do they apply to Jesus Christ.

The safe place to be is to be able to fellowship with all who believe Jesus Christ is Salvation and God, and not belieagering oneself with the traditions of men taught as commandment from our Father.

It is wonderful coming here to "spit and argue" with other who love Jesus Christ. Sometimes, many times, we are not in total agreement, but when we think of others belonging to Jesus Christ, we cannot fault them to separation from our common Body. Blessed be Jesus Christ Who teaches me of the faith of Abraham......amen,.

Oh, I enjoy visiting Pentecostal churches. The two downsides are grape juice for Holy Communion and so much crapping on about giving your money. The latter is especially tiresome.

I never for a moment thought you were dead set against any brother in Christ. Apparently there are Penatacostal assemblies and there are Pentacostal assemblies. The best way for any pastor to collect money is simple. He should announce the collection plate or plates are being passed and to please give whatever you are able or deem proper. This is not tithing according to the Word, but it is paying the workman his due, and also supporting the physical needs of the church and the assembly.
When I was sharing the ÇWord, I hitch-hiked to where my work was, various states, and never asked or received money from anyone. One day I invited some hearers of the Word to eat with me at my campfire. I had no food for that evening, nor mney to buy. I went to the water source to wash my tin cup and there was a school outing group nearby. A woman came up to me and asked me if I would want some hand stuffed hot dogs. Of course I di. They had eaten their fill and there was about three poiunds of them left over. Well, needless to say, the Lor provided a feast for me and for my guests.......

God is always watching us, always, and He is always good, amen.
