So then I would say after GOD does a work In us we are saved and our salvation Is secure, but then we should renew our minds (this Is done In our bodies here on earth)and we earn rewards which will be tested by fire to see what sort of work It Is.

Jesus did the "will of God"...and delivered us from this present evil world

Galatians 1:4 (KJV)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

It is God in us that gives us the will and the ability to do His will.

Philippians 2:13 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

The Will of the Father is to believe on Jesus.

1 John 3:23-24 (NASB)
[SUP]23[/SUP] This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.

[SUP]24 [/SUP] The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.

The good works we do are from "being in Christ"..being lead by the Holy Spirit. Notice God has prepared them for us. We walk them out as we life our lives dependent on Him.

Ephesians 2:8-10 (NASB)
[SUP]8 [/SUP] For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;

[SUP]9 [/SUP] not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.

This is the traditional view of sanctification, it is through the walk that we become

our lives.

Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
Matt 7:24-25

Some will say that Jesus was not talking to us but only the Jews.
But people will lie all the time and take the very salvation of God from
your souls. Who do you want to listen to God or man?

As for as sinning,although we sin In the flesh,GOD Is not holding that sin against us anymore for those that have been born of the Spirit.

Remeber that GOD Is a Spirit and must be worshiped, HIS Spirit to our spirit and our spirit to HIS Spirit and thats the part of the born again person that God sees and Is born of Incorruptible seed,sealed and cannot sin.

But our bodies have not been glorified and sins.

the spirit of the reborn person Is just and made perfect which Is the part GOD sees.
There are consequences to sinning but It affects us according to the flesh,not the reborn spirit which GOD sees that are members of the body of CHRIST and In CHRIST there Is no darkness.

Its that GOD forgives us and now Instead of being seperated from GOD,the born of the Spirit of GOD person has been forgivin once and forever and now should be renewing their minds, becoming more righteous conscious.

Its the Spirit that gives life,the body counts for nothing.
When It comes to our walk In the flesh,as you have received CHRIST,so walk ye In HIM.

Remember what Paul said In

Sanctification is a process that we must walk after receiving the free gift of salvation by faith in Jesus and his redeeming work on the cross. We are sanctified and are being sanctified as we learn how to become more like Christ and less like the world we came out from. We are being made perfect as we allow ourselves to be molded, trained and disciplined and our minds renewed under powerful guidance of the Holy Spirit's leading. The Holy Spirit is our helper who was given to us a deposit, guaranteeing our inheritance. Ephesians 1:14, 2 Corinthians 1:22, 5:5, Romans 4:16.

If a person were to die Immediately after being saved they would go to heaven,correct?

But I think you are saying that If a person remains alive an In their body and they sin,that they will lose their salvation.

I can see where you are coming from,whether you know It or not,you are counting the flesh as life giving, and the flesh counts for nothing,nevertheless, grace doesn't teach a person to want to live In sin.

We are GOD's workmanship created In CHRIST JESUS unto good works that were before ordained that we should walk In them.
