I voted for the "other" option:

For me "God entered me" when I put my faith in him as a young teenager: none of the other options really fit and answer the question as to how and why "God entered me".

wow I missed that when I read the options.

You are correct. and i voted wrong,, I thought he meant how were we exposed to God..

I was exposed by family, God entered when I had faith.

He spoke to me directly while I triwd to serve two masters. I grew up Christian(moms side) but turned away from him and served evil for a time but always loved Jesus and God. He told me I have to choose. I knew he was the more powerful and right and I choose him.

I know this is hard to believe, but it's the truth. I remember being in the womb, and feeling the presence of God before I was even born. I loved Him and wanted to please Him before anyone ever taught me about Him. This is how I know for certain that He is real, because I knew Him before anyone could convince me.

Some say it must have been a dream, or the remembrance of a dream, but I know the difference between memories and dreams. Besides, it has been continual my whole entire life. I have always felt His presence, and my conscience has always prayed to Him. Believe it, don't believe it, it remains true either way.

I voted other. I read a book called the Late Great Planet Earth by Hal Lindsay and I knelt by my bed and prayed and believed Jesus as my Lord and Savior. No one in my family had done that as I was the first one. I had heard of Jesus before and people getting g saved but that was when I first prayed to the Lord.

God has been speaking to my spirit ever since I was a little child. I just wasn't aware it was the Lord at that time. My spiritual eyes really started to open to the Lord as I witnessed a young blind woman in my neighborhood living a life of overwhelming joy and peace. I wanted to know the Jesus she knew. She's the one the Lord used to remove the veil from my eyes.

Being brought up as a Christian from birth.... meaning with Christian values and morals in a family of Christians?
No one is born as a Christian. We all have a decision to make :)

I felt an urgency that I needed Jesus in my life and an assurance that everything would be alright if I let go. So I earnestly asked Jesus to come into my life and it's been a roller-coaster journey since then.

Friends witnessed to me constantly, during a revival where I lived. I even decided to read the Bible, but I could not understand what it was about.

Then, when I was pretty low, my future husband told me I needed to repent of my sins. Then God spoke and said, "I am God and you will serve me." Then he paraphrased John 3:16 and told me to stop drinking. And he gave me the power to stop forever - speaking fromm 36 years later!

I think people sharing the gospel was important, along with the seeds planted many years earlier in Sunday School. But I was a doubting Thomas, and I needed God to say directly to me: I am God.

There was no ifs, ands or others. It was Jesus all the way. I voted other.

I'm not sure how to put this but my experience with the fear of God (thru the fear of God I was saved and a real desire for heaven as a child) is in my words made me scared and scared to be careful with my words thoughts and actions the bible calls this I think Holy terror I don't feel comfortable with Christians quick rebound response ' the fear of God has no fear or feelings of scaredness or being afraid' this is incorrect I'm still learning about the fear of God I don't understand much about it I know the fear of God doesn't cause sinful fear but if a Christian has experienced it particularly through correction it is very scary because in view of God's mercy to be very careful about how you live your life or seen the Lord or visits to Hell ( temporarily) He is judge . believers prob don't just tremble before him just because he's Holy but also so powerful as God I tremble before him and will do before his throne. John Bevere a Christian speaker wrote a book on Fear of God said there no sinful fear in the fear of God - correct he went on to say the fear of God came in a meeting in malaysia? he said it was so powerful he felt him and could not make a wrong move they had to be very careful what they did john bevere is correct on that.IMO that scares me . I get angry with many Christians incorrect view of the fear of God I don't think they've experienced because they say ' you're not scared if you experience the fear of God' they'd rather have a peaceful blond haired Jesus who doesn't make ppl tremble in his Awesomeness and they don't want to accept God is still Judge. It hurts him so much that Christians go with the prosperity gospel .
many Christians don't know God is a very powerful being and deserves highest respect how can you expect to be in his heaven he died was the sacrifice the Lamb of God so he could judge his children with mercy thru Salvation and spare save them.Praise the Lord! Its sad Christians smoke what not, love the things of the world I'm praying God will help me to walk in holiness and the Church too.the respect we need for God a powerful loving being will mean we can be holy in heaven the near and trusted with his power for the age to come.

I want to also say scared feelings are prob a Hunan response but hey! If you've seen the horrors of hell or heard someone's testimony or been corrected strongly by God being ' scared' will get you straight with God than its all worth it.

On my knees is how he entered my life. It's a very common phrase of how people come to Christ but I was literally on my knees bawling

god? Guess you missed a gear. (As in not shifting)

While it is probably me, but god, God and GOD have separate connotations IMHO - so without knowing specifically what you are asking then I will say in general the how was when the Man watered the seed of the tree bearing fruit.
