for those that didnt know.
I was reading about James (the just) and came across this and thought it was interesting.
Ananus ben Ananus was the high priest that ordered the death of James the brother of Jesus. after James death he was removed and replaced by a man named Jesus, Jesus ben Damneus.
of all the people the position went to a guy names Jesus.

So did this guy who replaced James believe Jesus was the Word?

But wasn't Jesus ben Damneus the one that was the keeper of the burning bush? So when those who would see the word in the light in front of them would hear don't turn around.

I don't know about you but that would freak me out completely if I hadn't seen it the movie dumber and dumber 2

i dont think so. the priest leadership was still pharisees/ Sadducees and against what Jesus taught.
i wish the bible said more on the death of James. it mentions crowds that were in agreement with the judgment against Jesus. when you get to the death of James its the other way around, the crowds went crazy when they found out James was killed.

I remember hearing about a song called Yesterday, when I was young. I asked around about the song and who sung it and everyone would say it was the Beatles and when I said I did think so they said I was stupid or slow, and called me a deceiver because I wouldn't not believe.

I guess it was my arrogance that I said I didn't think so because I knew it wasn't the Beatles that sang the song, even thought I like their son Yesterday, it has keep me young but it still wasn't the song. So who is Roy Clark? So to all that told me the truth and I didn't believe, I hope you accept my apology.
