[for me anyway] our enemies are those that curse us, and those that hate us, and those who despitefully use and persecute us, according to the Lord Jesus Christ. As for our tongue, it can be as an enemy if we have not denied (disowned) ourselves (our own will); but then we would even be following the Lord. As for (1 John 2:16) it refers to nothing concerning so-called "dumb friends".

absolutely anybody can be an enemie at anyone time in any one situataion. This is human nature to.
Unpridictable human responces often start from out of the blue as you never of thought the reaction of people you know would never be one of total discard for your friends ship. But then is it you or me when i take stuff to heart instead of having a thicker skin to over see what can be a reaction without thinking first.
Yes you are now the enemy as your reading this your looking for something that you may be able to rip apart and if you like call me a nut

On the other hand you could just be placid and nothing vaises you. in which case maybe your the guy that hasnt been on the recieving end of an annoying person for verry long ?
would you react without thinking if all you ever herd was me me me i i i i i i i i i ii day in and day out hmmm i bet you could handle it and yeah you may try the encouraging word of God first,
