it sound like your the kinda of person that just disagrees with anyone and anybody,, really easy translations have been made to mislead people ?.. are you sure you dont suffer with false accusation syndrome your self,,, coz youve done a pretty good job of that upto now..
no concerning God's word I stick to "Truth"if you interpret my posts otherwise, then so be it,I simply was answering questions through the holy spirit,I was not "railing" on anyone as some tend to do,my purpose is only to serve God with answering questions about his word, particularly "salvation" and "baptism" I focus upon when someone "requests" to "learn",I by no means choose anyone's side or "force" anyone to believe as I believe, for this is "wrong" and I "detest" such foolishness anyways, everyone has "choices" to make,my role mainly is to "answer" when someone has a question regarding God's word, tell people of "salvation" and "baptism" but only if they "request" to learn, and I'm especially glad to be able to answer through the holy spirit,I know not why only now God has given me his spirit so abundantly, but as his servant I will do what I can for him by "helping" whom seek him come to him, just as with Fran I have spent a few times of lack of sleep to answer her questions, just like this morning I took "time" to speak with her not out of malicious intent but rather compassion even though it was 5 to 6 am and I had work at 8am and got no sleep(already couldn't sleep)but since there was reason to answer through the holy spirit,I simply did,for though I was ragged I sought to do God's will, which is why I frequent so many times here as well as other sites,to be there for "anyone" who seeks to learn God's word, and especially if they wish to become closer with God.(my dear debate partner Fran as always you may format this post for me,I always appreciate it,just as I really look forward to your posts, they really are quite interesting, the tougher the question the more I feel compelled to answer, despite how I may sound at times,[every once in a while I know I sound sarcastic, but don't take that for mocking,I do respect your views,I just sometimes speak too quickly on some topics, which I'm trying to keep from such quick wit, noone is beyond correction including me of course,so I now leave most of what I say to God,especially concerning serious topics like,God's word]well I'll discuss with you later,God bless you!)

I love to discuss scripture.
But you'd rather proclaim ---
Don't kid yourself...you discuss nothing, you reject truth, cannot admit error, twist what we say, argue moot points and adamently stand against any truth not hammered out on your anvil of works!!!!

read the next verse yourself. You should really try reading the Bible more. Less thinking what it might say.
You will not get an honest answer....because this verse contradicts her fallacy.....

Read all of the chapter... but here is part:

4But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved 6And hath raised usup together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in hiskindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them

We are saved by grace through Faith unto good works which GOD ordained we should walk in....
the people you are fighting with believe this and teach it

So what's the problem?

Jesus chose Judas as a betrayer.

From the beginning,Judas was a devil.

" ....and he chose 12,and one of them was a devil"

The devil in their midst was part of God's plan
Amen.....obvious to all except the workers for who can lose salvation.........all scriptures in context prove Judas was never saved and on top of that...to lose salvation is impossible......

Truly believing the death and Resurrection of Christ is to adhere to His Testimony.

He gave Himself for our forgiveness and reconciliation with GOD....

"It is because of what came to pass on the cross and His Resurrection that He can reward us with the gift of Everlasting life."

He will give this reward according to our works.

Worthy is the Lamb.

Nothing could come to pass without GOD's Grace, mercy and love.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John3:16

"He will give this reward according to our works." this is a false statement. Nowhere in the bible does it say we will earn everlasting life by our works.

"It is because of what came to pass on the cross and His Resurrection that He can reward us with the gift of Everlasting life." He does not "reward eternal life", John 3:16 "Whoever believes - has eternal life." very clear gospel.

You cannot earn your way into Heaven; again you are attempting to mix your works with God's free gift. If you pay for a gift it is no longer a gift but a loan that I must pay back. "believe and you shall receive eternal life." John 3:16 True Gospel.

He repented in the end. Maybe God saved him.

I suspect He did,but Judas was never saved, maybe he got mercy at the end.
He never really repented per se....he went to the priests, gave the money back and then killed himself.......I agree we cannot know for sure, but the path he chose seems to indicate that he went about it the wrong way.....just saying migo

You mean God knew all this prior to choosing Judas? :D

I have prayed that he was saved. Jesus called this apostle His friend at the moment of the betrayal. He definitely had remorse.

John 6: 64 But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him.

Jesus knew from. The beginning who did not believe, Judas was included, and it was added not only did he not believe, but he would also betray.

And he IS A DEVIL AND A THIEF THAT HOLDS THE BAG etc.......

The word "IS" is a "Be" verb and shows a state of being.....JUDAS IS A DEVIL....it was plain as day!
