i am one that does not like a post unless i 100% agree with what is being said. i have read post that i agree with 99%. But it is that one percent that is wrong in the post, that prevents me from liking that post. i will not like something that is wrong.

Example post.

God is Good. God is Great, God is Love, God loves us. God wants us all to be in Heaven with Him. We should obey satan. Jesus is the Son of God. The Father Loves us. The Word of God is TRUE. We should walk in Righteousness. We should be Holy like God is Holy.

i would never like this example post, because of the thing said that i do not like.

Do you likewise "like" those posts that you feel are almost completely wrong, except for one little thing they say that is right?

Tell me if a person fails to help someone in need, do they hate them? If that person loves them, they would help correct? This generation doesn't realize there is Love and there is Hate. there is no in between. This generation likes to believe they don't hate nor love the person they Fail to help in need.

So if you "like" a post that is mocking Bob. Are you encouraging Bob's soul towards God, encouraging him to endure and press on? Or are you "Liking" the post the mocks Bob, without regard to how Bob may feel towards people "liking" the evil person mocking Bob. i am pretty certain, that Jesus would never "like" a post that mocks one of His children, no matter who they are.

You need to seperate the core of belief as stated in the Apostles creed from the periferal distinctives each denomination has. Here is an example of different points of view. Protestant denominations fall into 3 categories, Reformed (Calvinist), Armenian, and those partial in agreement with one. So all great knowledgeable one, who is right? Keep in mind that the denominations hold their view with scripture verses.

Reformed/Calvinist
TULIP
1. Total depravity
2. Unconditional election
3. Limited atonement
4. Irresistible grace
5. Perserverance of the Saints

Armenianism
1. Free will or Human ability
2. Conditional election
3. Universal Redemption or General Atonement
4. The Holy Spirit can be Effectually Resisted
5. Falling from Grace

The person who says they are saved and who lives any way they want is not born again.

"By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother."-1 John 3:10

Grace does not abound to the person who lives any way they want. They show that they do not have the grace of God in salvation. John said so.

The presence of abundant grace is seen in a turning away from sin, not in a living in sin. Paul said do not be deceived. People who live in sin will not inherit the kingdom.
It is the Grace of God that helps me to overcome every single temptation to commit sin. This generation has false ideal about what Grace actually is, this generation looks at Grace like it is Insurance in case they sin, if they do sin, they are covered by Grace. Grace is NOT insurance.
Whenever a person is tempted to sin. it is by the GRACE of God that that temptation is not so bad that you can't handle it. It is the Grace of God that allows a path out of that sin, every single time you are tempted to commit that sin. NO, not this generation. They look at Grace like Insurance. "Oh well, if you are tempted, go ahead and obey the enemy of Jesus, Grace will cover us" These people are devoid of the TRUTH of Scriptures. These people pick and choose a few verses that they will live by, and disregard hundreds of other verses if those verses contradict what they say is the TRUTH.

1Jn 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

What does this generation teach and believe? You can walk in darkness (willingly commit sin) and still know the TRUTH, if you carry the Insurance Grace.

This generation likes to believe that Grace is what covers their sinning. What does Scriptures teach? Who are they that the Blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin? Does it say having Insurance of Grace? NO. What does it plainly teach?

1Jn 1:7 But IF (CONDITIONAL) we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.

When does His Blood cleanse us from all sin? When? When we are walking in the LIGHT. i assure you, no matter what you believe, no matter what you say, if you knowingly and willingly obey the enemy of Jesus and commit sin, you are choosing to walk in darkness and NOT IN THE LIGHT.

This generation has all kinds of false doctrines that they love to hold on to. False assurances, like the Insurance of Grace. like the belief Once Saved Always Saved (OSAS), like the Blood of Jesus covers all my sin even though i continue to live in sins (darkness). There will be so much weeping and gnashing of teeth when Jesus shows up, and only a few on the entire planet will be taken up. So few that it will be like one out of thousand and two out of two hundred thousand. Many people in this generation think they are on the narrow and difficult path, really? difficult? the path that you are on right now, is difficult, how so? With assurances of OSAS, and having the Grace as Insurance, and covered by His Blood no matter what, how is that narrow path difficult for you?
For me that path is difficult. i know that my name can be blotted out of the Book of Life, therefore i pray continually to remain in His good graces, and see to it that my walk is in Him. i know that when i am tempted it is the Grace of God that allows a path out for me so that i do not do that which is sinful. i know that His Blood continues to cover me, if i walk in the light, therefore i walk in the light and do not darkness at all. This is very difficult path that only a very few will find. Oh, and that difficult path requires that you lose your life, you will ONLY live for Jesus Christ. This path is very difficult, and it is the path that leads to everlasting Salvation. Woe to those who think they are on the narrow and difficult path, all the while they are actually on the broad and wide path that in the end leads to destruction. As i said before, there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth, when Jesus shows up and a very few are actually taken. Jesus will come, and separate all the Christians, the goats remain, and the sheep are taken. Goats are they they did not LOVE. Sheep are they that Loved One Another.

So you do so much better than Paul and don't sin. I find you still are too egotistical.

Romans 7 NIV

14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. 19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

Quite sad to miss the truth of the narrow path... you said....

So few that it will be like one out of thousand and two out of two hundred thousand. Many people in this generation think they are on the narrow and difficult path, really? difficult? the path that you are on right now, is difficult, how so?

The True Gospel....

Grace plus works is the broad path.

The grace alone position requires us to admit that we have nothing to offer God that is why it is narrow and hard….

It is the albatross of human pride or fear that hold us back from complete abandon to His way, His truth and His Life.

The price is very high to enter through that narrow gate (Jesus)....it means giving up every effort to earn our own salvation...yes indeed few find it.

Once we enter the narrow gate we are His eternally and for ever more!! Amen

I have met many people on the street preaching this non Gospel...it is so sad to pull people into this bondage instead of the Liberty and Love of Jesus.

They make the road so.. so hard to salvation, in the end what I saw was street preachers puffed up because of what they had accomplished to stay on the hard road through self-denial

Not a judgement but a statement of fact

So sad.

See, that's why your "works as proof" theology is so damning. It totally excludes the possibility of deathbed conversions. God saves people for HIS glory, Ralph. So the whole of creation can praise Him for His mercy. If Hitler were saved, every Christian on earth and in heaven would be praising God for His unlimited love and grace.

It's all about Christ, Ralph. Not about you, me, or anyone else.

Once again, salvation is, and remains, a gift. Not based on any works we do before, or after our conversion.

After salvation, our works are for rewards in heaven and justification before men - to the glory of God.

Except for the last line, I agree with you.

Isn't this the reason for our works?

1 John 3:14-18 (HCSB)
[SUP]14 [/SUP] We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers. The one who does not love remains in death.
[SUP]15 [/SUP] Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] This is how we have come to know love: He laid down His life for us. We should also lay down our lives for our brothers.
[SUP]17 [/SUP] If anyone has this world’s goods and sees his brother in need but closes his eyes to his ⌊need⌋—how can God’s love reside in him?
[SUP]18 [/SUP] Little children, we must not love with word or speech, but with truth and action.

Romans 5:5 (HCSB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] This hope will not disappoint ⌊us⌋, because God’s love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Ephesians 1:4-6 (HCSB)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] For He chose us in Him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love
[SUP]5 [/SUP] He predestined us to be adopted through Jesus Christ for Himself, according to His favor and will,
[SUP]6 [/SUP] to the praise of His glorious grace that He favored us with in the Beloved.

Should i believe you or what Scriptures teach?

You have failed to answer me when i ask you a few simple questions. The reason you don't answer them, is because if you do answer them it proves that what you believe is WRONG. i will present the questions to you again, which we will see if you answer.

Can a Believer (Saved person) deny Jesus Christ?
Can a Believer (Saved person) hate someone?
Can a Believer (Saved person) not forgive someone else?

Now remember,
Scriptures teach that if a person denies Jesus they are not going to Heaven.
Scriptures teach that if a person hates someone they do not know the TRUTH and it is not in them and do not have Jesus.
Scriptures teach that if you do not forgive others, then the Father will NOT forgive you.

So then can a Saved person deny Jesus and they do not lose their Salvation?
Can a Saved person hate someone, and they still have their Salvation even though the TRUTH is not in them?
Can a Saved person have unforgiveness in their hearts and still be Saved, even though the FATHER will NOT forgiven them?

Can you answer these questions?
Will you answer these questions?
And if you do answer these questions, are they answers to these questions or not answers at all but an attempt to skirt around answering them. We shall see.

i imagine you will say nothing at all. Because if you do, it will only PROVE that what you believe is incorrect.

And the deliverance is through Holy Spirit.

Pauls Pharisee mindset was a slave to Gods law. His sinful nature a slave to sin. He was most miserable. Same as us without the renewed mind of the gospel. And without empowerment of Holy Spirit.

Righteousness, peace, and joy...how? Through the Holy Ghost!

Then Romans 8.. blessed freedom in His Spirit.

Over 120 verses in the Bible that plainly teach to Fear God. This generation does not fear God because they do not know Him.

If i sow to my flesh, God will punish me by giving me corruption in my flesh. So if i fear God and what He will do to me if i sow to my flesh, this prevents me from sowing to my flesh. i will reap what i sow. i will repay for the wrong which i freely choose to commit. This generation does not fear God because they hold on to false doctrines. Which allows them to do whatever sins they want to do and they are still fine and dandy with God. They believe they can obey the enemy of God and commit sin and do not have to pay any consequences for that at all, because Jesus already paid for it. = False Doctrine.

The beginning of knowledge is the Fear of the Lord. Who in this generation fears the Lord? Therefore it is only logical they do not have knowledge. Even though they think they do.

Father is indeed Holy. I agree. He is pure Light, flesh which is fallen cannot approach without covering of innocent blood, because nature is in blood. I have yet to understand Moses unless he was sprinkled. Need to check that.

But, the regenerated spirit of the children of God is pure and holy. The Spirit of Christ is received in this part of our being. In Christ. Soul however, needs to be brought up to speed so to speak. So we all are at different levels of soul salvation.

We cannot judge each other as not saved by actions. We can know however, by the words of our mouth. No one can say Jesus,is Lord except by Holy Spirit.

Believe what the book says.

And what good Father wants a child of his own DNA, to tremble in fear of disobedience? True obedience will come through being accepted in love, and seeing the goodness of the Lord.

Again, we repent when we understand the goodness of the Lord. And run to Him when we do fail, not away.

Remember Adam hid.

Who has "attempted" or would "attempt" such a "foolish" thing? (going from belief to unbelief)
I have a brother-in-law who clearly did that very thing: clearly believed in Christ and had a complete change of life, joy, and peace: now he is an atheist.

First off, there is no such thing as "hypergrace" - it's simply grace.

And secondly, I never, ever said a person should live like the devil (the old life). I said a person could live a life not pleasing to the Lord, unproductive and unyielding, but will open themselves up to the chastisement of the Lord.

God will correct His rebellious children, but He will never kick them out of the family.
Romans 11:18-22 DO NOT BOAST over those branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. You will say then, “Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in.” Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. DO NOT BE ARROGANT, BUT BE AFRAID. For if God did not spare the natural branches, HE WILL NOT SPARE YOU EITHER. Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, PROVIDED THAT YOU CONTINUE in his kindness. Otherwise, YOU ALSO WILL BE CUT OFF

1 Corinthians 10:1-13 Warnings From Israel’s History For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered over the desert. Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did. Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in pagan revelry.” We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died. We should not test the Lord, as some of them did—and were killed by snakes. And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel. These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the fulfillment of the ages has come. So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

James 1:14-15 but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

16 Now if the hallah offered as firstfruits is holy, so is the whole loaf. And if the root is holy, so are the branches.

17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you —a wild olive —were grafted in among them and have become equal sharers in the rich root of the olive tree,

18 then don’t boast as if you were better than the branches! However, if you do boast, remember that you are not supporting the root, the root is supporting you.

19 So you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.”

20 True, but so what? They were broken off because of their lack of trust. However, you keep your place only because of your trust. So don’t be arrogant; on the contrary, be terrified!

21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, he certainly won’t spare you!

22 So take a good look at God’s kindness and his severity: on the one hand, severity toward those who fell off; but, on the other hand, God’s kindness toward you—provided you maintain yourself in that kindness! Otherwise, you too will be cut off!

23 Moreover, the others, if they do not persist in their lack of trust, will be grafted in; because God is able to graft them back in.

24 For if you were cut out of what is by nature a wild olive tree and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these natural branches be grafted back into their own olive tree!

So how do you feel about Israel? Do you love the first chosen, pray for them to receive Messiah? Without them where would we Gentiles be?

Thats what the scriptures are about here.

I have a brother-in-law who clearly did that very thing: clearly believed in Christ and had a complete change of life, joy, and peace: now he is an atheist.
Bitterness defiles. Something happened to him that he's blaming God for.

The SEED is incorruptible not the man. Only through faith and obedience which is love for God can a man be made incorruptible after the last trump.

Do you really have a genuine FAITH and do you OBEY God?

New International Version 1984 1 John 5:1-5 Faith in the Son of God Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well. This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands. This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.

Romans 9:1-5 God’s Sovereign Choice I speak the truth in Christ—I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit— I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, those of my own race, the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.

Ephesians 2:11-22 One in Christ Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (that done in the body by the hands of men)— remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

They went out from us, but they were NEVER OF US, for if they were truly of us, they never would have departed. But they departed to reveal the truth, that they were never of us.

WHo was the apostle John talking about? People like your bother. ANtiCHrists.

Are you saying that my brother-in-law was never a Christian?

I guess his works no longer match up, and hence you are judging on that basis that he was never a believer. I think that God judges believers on the basis of faith in him, but I will leave the judging to God.

LOL! :p
