Galatians 6
6 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault,ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness ; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.

13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.

14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.

18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

_______

galatians 3

20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

AMEN AND PRAISE GOD FOR THE WONDERFUL WORDS OF TRUTH.

Romans 3:3-4 What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God’s faithfulness? Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: “So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge.”

Explain how this verse deals with what DC asked you? (Actually it appears to support what he said) Throwing bible verses at people does not mean your right, anyone can do that

A problem with faith is true faith generates works. Therefore scripture states faith without works is dead. The issue with saying faith alone is which faith. Real or dead faith. Remember at judgement Jesus will say begone I never knew you to those with dead faith.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
(His will that we believe on Jesus to be saved)
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

(boasting of works)
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

(NEVER were saved and will be judged according to their works because they do not have the imputed righteousness of Jesus)

notice He never knew them...
and they were boasting of their works...

their dead faith was in their dirty rags and they tried to justify themself by THEIR works

they were never born again...
they did not submit to His righteousness

if you think you dont sin you are decieved

1 john 1

8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Verb tense and many scriptures refute the highlighted above........

was saved
am saved
continuing to be saved
It is a present reality from a past completed action with present continuing results....
I have no trouble with what you wrote, I may as well brag that I read between the lines better than you, what I wrote does not disagree with what you wrote. Even you should know salvation is not the same for everyone even though it's the same common salvation. Some will be saved but as through fire but will lose their reward, and some will rule (Serve) with Christ in the first Resurrection, and there appears to be a third group as well in the middle. there is no point me trying to explain what I don't understand even if I did understand it. "Jesus is the saviour of all men, especially them that believe." When Peter was sent to the gentile, after seeing the vision of unclean animals the Lord told Him, "What I have cleansed call not common or unclean" The gentiles ate those animals that used to be unclean: the gentiles and what they ate were cleansed in the death and resurrection of Jesus. We are now left with a question of believing: Grace through Faith. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness," is interpreted as God saying no to Paul by some, and as God giving Him the victory without being able to brag about it by others like me,: God's power made available to us by His spirit, available in our trouble, "I will be with Him in trouble, I will deliver Him. There are reasons that what I write is controversial, I Believe we should preserve the unity of the Spirit, that the quarrels here are from saying the same thing differently: from the point of view of leaning on understanding, witch is the cause of the misunderstanding as we are not the same in understanding.

To be persecuted is to die
To be persecuted and Love and forgive your enemies is to die to your selfishness and pride of achievement that sais i'm better than you. When God sais honor others as better than yourself. We ate here to serve: the old king in us has to die. The first king Saul means desire: to remain in charge, when God appointed a servant, who would not take the Kingdom by force from the old king. The religious leaders desired to kill Jesus much the same way as Saul did the man after God's hear appointed after him.

Like the dude in John Wick told the one guy....NOTHING.......The two Catholics cannot do anything but accuse, push their working for dogma and post scripture out of context....

I appreciate your stance, but the bolded is incorrect....the problem is dogma verses truth...there are not 2, 3 or even 10 gospels, but rather 1.....and that has been the contention the whole time....

To commit suicide is to get your cross plant it on the ground climb it and nail yourself to it. In representation of Jesus he had an assignment and he willfully fulfilled it.
