We overcome by the blood of the Lamb...and the word of testimony. Whose testimony? His...His work. All goes back to the Rock on which we stand.

The fiery trials we go through...what did Peter say?

1Pe 4:13　 Instead, because you are participating in the sufferings of the Messiah, keep on rejoicing, so that you may be glad and shout for joy when his glory is revealed.

It never ends

we are washed
We are justified

but our sanctification is an in going process by the one who makes men holy who sanctified himself for us but is still nevertheless at work in us bringing what he began to completion so that we will stand before HIM (on that day) spotless:
body soul and spirit

Amen sis.

yet some would teach if your suffering, you do not have enough faith.. They deny positional trueth and have to keep preaching conditional truth. Then wonder why they never find victory over sin, or lie about the sin they do commit in order to make them look better than they really are.

I believe the scriptures are balanced. Theres two extremes to everything...I try to stay middle of the Road. lol

Wow!

positional vs conditional.

It's probably why many are afraid to confess their sins one to another so that we should pray and restore one another so that none are made lame

but some are made lame... by the filled and fattened sheep who were supposed to look after the weak little lambs

but it appears that the stronger and more mature of the flock doesn't always equate to the more spiritually wise among the flock

And not only the sins of those to whom we have been merciful to

1 Peter 4:8 - Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

We must remember there is only one who is greater.
He is greater than me and greater than you.
He left aside his greatness came down to me and to you.

The purpose was his love, the love that he was willing to show on to cross.
Every drop off blood that hit the ground was for us.
When he said it is finished, it has been finished. We cannot add anything to that, other than accept it.

If you get a chance see of you can get the Live concert by him, released in 1988.
It's one of those albums that actually makes you think.

My favourites are

Too small a price
Steeple song
Adam (makes me cry)
I don't care where you have been sleeping.

I saw him live in the U.K.

He just sung.
At the end he asked if people wanted prayer come forward.
People went forward, many people, those that didn't were praising God where they were.

Will look for the Live concert album and buy it...I just watched him singing with his wife, i assume it was his wife, very different music then what is played today, very powerful and meaniful, sings as if he was there...xox...

Not seen him sing with his wife.

The live concert for me brings a different dynamic. It's live it's raw.
He did the same songs with "He's alive but it's in a studio or sounds like it is.

Either way the words are powerful.
