Some of the people seem to have no relation to the Jewish God, the dates seem to be all over the place, the timespans don't fit the men's lives, and the chronology is quite confused.

What is this chart supposed to be, or demonstrate?

Take just one example:

Plato's Tetralogies (writings by Plato)

According to the chart Plato wrote it between 427-347 B.C.. We have seven copies of the "Tetralogies" - the earliest of which dates about A.D. 900. This is more than 1200 years after Plato wrote it.

In contrast the New Testament was written between 50-100 A.D. - and the earliest copy we have is from A.D. 125 - only 25 years after the New Testament was written. We have a total of over 24000 copies (manuscripts) of the New Testament

Comparing these two - which would you think has the better trustworthiness of credibility?

The chart is trying to show that we have more manuscripts and more manuscripts closer to the original writing of the New Testament than for all these other ancient writings.

Does that make sense?
