What's up with all these "what if" questions? The Savior raised up by God is, was, and always will be victorious..
For the perfect build up beloved lady.

So if God be victorious.

What does it matter what Satan knows? Nothing at all. Praise God.

John 14:27-31

[SUP]27 [/SUP]Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
[SUP]29 [/SUP]And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
[SUP]30 [/SUP]Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
[SUP]31 [/SUP]But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

The build-up to what? News flash: satan only knows what God has allowed him to know. And satan knows he loses in the end. But in the meantime he's gonna try to get as many of us as he can..

I have read in the bible of satan becoming prideful and being cast from heaven and even the part of a third of heaven going with him but nowhere have I been able to find the story in which satan became Jealous of God making man or even placing man above him I don't know where this story was originated but I haven't found it in the bible.

But I don't think satan was perfect because if he was corruption could not reside in him

Fear ye Satan?

Don't fear beloved. Rather you should know you are greatly loved no matter what Satan, man, earth, and angels have done to you or can do to you. Let you feel loved and their bands be undone from you in Jesus name. Praise God.

Romans 8:36-39

[SUP]36 [/SUP]As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
[SUP]37 [/SUP]Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
[SUP]38 [/SUP]For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
[SUP]39 [/SUP]Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It sounds a lot like the theme in the movie The Prophecy, its not biblical really at all, but entertainment. In the movie since God gave man kind souls, angels became jealous and came to earth looking for the darkest of all souls which was in a man, to give to Satan so that the angels would have the upper hand in a second war in heaven. Absolutely not in the bible

Sigh! It is all a mystery, God, Satan... we just have to believe God and hold out to the end. The stories of Satan are mostly speculations from the human mind that may or may not be true. Here is the popular teaching: Satan was the greatest angel that God ever created, he led the worship of God in Heaven, he became so enamored with his own position and beauty that he led a great revolt against God and was consequently cast out of Heaven and to the earth...POP! None of that is literally in the bible, sorry but that is all conjecture by imperfect humans. Facts, the bible says that Satan was some kind of very intelligent reptilian creature that for some reason was allowed to tempt Adam and Eve. God placed a curse on him that he would be serpent like...the dragon in Rev is not a symbol of Satan it IS Satan. When the angel binds Satan, he does not bind a mighty angel, he lays hold on a dragon(serpent like creature)and binds him. Satan has great powers of deception...he can even make himself appear as an angel of light. There is clear evidence that Satan also fooled one third of the angels into following him. Satan even had the nerve to try to get God the Son to come over to his side. At the present moment Satan has 95% of the church believing in his version of the return of Christ rather then the return of Christ that Jesus gave the church. We have one chance against Satan and that is to stay in the clear in context word of God because then we are staying in God.

Jesus did say that He beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven...however the rest of what you quoted is not identified by the bible itself as describing Satan.

Sure it is...identified with Lucifer (heavenly state) who fell and became SATAN (adversary fallen state)

Hi decon, We take different approaches to the bible, you are willing to believe speculations of men as evidence while I am not. The places you refer to may indeed be describing Satan, however the bible itself does not say that it is describing Satan.

Well.....

1. I could care less what ANY MAN has to say
2. Context, verbiage, definitions and verb tense are applied
3. Prayer
4. Comparing spiritual with spiritual
5. Deductive reasoning based upon facts...

Your going to seed on your own idea.....the fact that LUCIFER fell to become the Adversary (Satan) is biblical.......so..no sense in arguing over the facts with one who just wants to be confrontational.....whatevzzzz

Satan knows his time here is allmost up.

Today, Satan is full of wrath because he knows he has but a
short time to rule (Revelation 12:12).
he is on a lionroaring rampage, just look at the world around us.

Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you,
having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

Most people are unaware that there even is a devil.
Satan is the god of this age and deceives the whole world
(2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 12:9).
-
Daniel taught Nebuchadnezzar that “there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets”
(Daniel 2:28).

This prophet chastened himself before God gave him those secrets
(Daniel 10:3-5, 12).

Those secrets opened Daniel to Satan’s most vicious attack!

“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one
and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes,
came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of
Persia” (Daniel 10:13).

Satan fought against the two great archangels, Michael and Gabriel, for
21 days. It took that long for God’s two most powerful archangels to prevail!

Satan was trying to prevent God’s secrets from being revealed.

“Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people
in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days” (verse 14).

This vision was for the latter days—the time we are living in now.
In fact, the whole book is for this end time (Daniel 12:4, 9).

Satan tried extremely hard to keep God’s vision from being revealed to Daniel.

Then said he, Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee?
and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia: and when I am gone forth,
lo, the prince of Grecia shall come. But I will show thee that which is noted in the
scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things,
but Michael your prince” (Daniel 10:18-21).

The prince of Persia is Satan. Here Satan is struggling to change the mind of
a Persian king and shift world power to work out his Earth-ruling strategy.

But before Satan did that, he tried to destroy God’s secrets given to Daniel!
His first priority is always to attack God’s people—God’s secrets.

Both archangels, Michael and Gabriel, are fighting against a very powerful devil.
The demons, “rulers of the darkness,” fight and wrestle for men’s minds—
especially the minds of God’s own people! (Ephesians 6:12).

Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 do not say in any way that they are describing Satan the Devil, so why do so many believe that these places in scripture are describing Satan? That one is easy, some person in the past decided that they believed that this was describing Satan, so they begin to teach that and in time it became accepted by most Christians. Just because many believe these places in scripture to be descriptions of Satan does not make it so. Is it possible that they could be descriptions of Satan...maybe, however the actual bible by itself simply does not say so. Now about Satan in Heaven, Satan is not in the 3rd Heaven with God, if he were then the Lord's prayer would not make sense, God's will be done on earth as IT IS IN HEAVEN. Satan is the ruler of the atmosphere(air) according to Paul, so that would place Satan in a heaven(place above the earth) but not in God's Heaven. At the end of the age Satan will be cast out of his heaven(space surrounding the earth) and God will do away with the heaven of Satan. Satan and his angels will be forced on the earth for the final battle. The bible always describes Satan as a reptilian creature who is very intelligent in the sense of deceiving, Satan is never said to be an angel.

Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so:

thou wast upon the holy mountain of God;
thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence,
and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God:
and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
