well actually there are something you can do.

if your addicted seek help. If your watching perverted thing on tv and listening to perverted music stop. If you hang around people who lack self-control separate your self. and take that desire strong desire and put it into the work of God . you know many men would not have this issue if they had a job, and something that they were doing and dealing with Bordon.
