I believe that 90-95% of the people that think they are born again, aren't. The vast majority certainly don't live like they are born again.

Nah born again means in this life.

After we die and come back to life that is not being born again that is resurrection.

Born again is when you apply the Gospel to your life; The Death (Repentance), The Burial (Baptism in the name of Jesus), Resurrection (Receiving the Holy Ghost)

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
This is what it means to be born again. :)

Born again is in reference to the dead spirit being renewed...born of God.

and while many claim they are 'born again' they are not and have no understanding of the Biblical meaning of the term.

Joh 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
"Right now I'm in my flesh body" I was born to a flesh body.

Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
When I die, my flesh will be gone. Whats left of me, "my spirit body".
I cannot not see the Kingdom of God right now in my flesh body, I must be born again.

Joh 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

we are all born to "flesh" when our Mother's water breaks, We are born of water!
But we still wont see the kingdom,, when we die, we are all born to a spirit body
I was born to flesh, died, and was re-born to my spirit.

When we acept JesusChrist as our savor and repent we be-come a Christain.
a new creation.

When we Die of the Flesh as a Christain, we become a ReBorn Christain
Joh 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Nicodemus asks the question, "What must I do to be saved?' He does not ask, what will I be after I am saved. Jesus answer was to provide assurance in the here and now, just as Nicodemus question is in the here and now. I must conclusion is that those who place their trust in Jesus Christ are spiritual reborn, even as they continue in this life.

Being born of the Spirit means that you receive the Baptism of the Spirit like the Apostles did at Pentecost.

Brother, I ask that you will look at my post above and read throughout the NT again. The Great Commission Jesus gave, acts 2:38

we are born again when we die to ourselves in repentance, we are born of the water when we're baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and born of the Spirit when we receive the Holy Ghost.

Rom 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Rom 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

If someone is born again then they would belong to the kingdom of God.

Some people think you are not born again until you get to heaven for then you belong to the kingdom of God.

20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you(Luke 17:20-21).

The Bible says that the kingdom of God comes without observation on earth, but the kingdom of God is within you.

When you receive the Spirit the kingdom of God is within you, which means you are part of the kingdom of God while on earth, and if you are part of the kingdom of God while on earth, then you are born again while on earth.

Being born again is a condition of the person that can be obtained before they go to heaven.
When you receive the Spirit you are part of the kingdom of God and belong to the kingdom of God while on earth.

When you get to heaven, receiving your glorifed body doed not make you bron again, for you are born again before you get to heaven.

Our test in on earth to get right, before we get to ehaven,so we have to be born again, and be right spiritually, before we get to heaven.

3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again(John 3:3-7).

Jesus said we must be born again by water and the Spirit, then we can be born again while on earth, and we have to be born again of water and the Spirit before we get to heaven.

Jesus said a person must be born again before He can see the kingdom of God.

We have to be born again while on earth before we can enter heaven,so we can be born again before we get to heaven, and we have to be born again to make it to heaven.

We do not get born again when we get to heaven, but we have to be born again before we can go to heaven.

I don’t hear people talk about being “born again” in my church. I think “born again” is an expression for having a sudden conversion to Christianity. Perhaps in my church conversion is thought of as a continual process that occurs over a long period of time.

Still, I did have a sudden “conversion” experience as a young man.

Jesus said "Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming and now is when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear shall live."

All of us were dead, in our sins. When we heard His voice we came alive, because just as the Father has life in Himself and can make the dead alive, so He has given the Son to have life in Himself.

"I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me shall live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me shall never die."

When I gave my life to God the old me died-not my physical body, therefore I was reborn a new creation in Christ. Resurrection sounds like a physical restoration of life and not a spiritual renewing to me.

The old man dies and we have a new life. We were born when we were babies the first time. But when we except Jesus then we are born again. Yes!

That is Exactly correct.

Nobody can be born again in this life..illogical and unbliblical.

The nicodemus story and lots of cross references to john etc, show that being born again is not in this life. flesh is flesh spirit is spirit

the i'm a born again christian line,, is a line most people use without knowing or even studying the bible at all. They convince those who are baptised that they are now born again.. they say it that often they think its actually believable..which it certainly isn't

you are quite correct and don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

In His resurrection I am alive. In hearing His voice, I am alive. I was dead, but now I am alive.

4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness(Romans 8:4-10).

This states that those that are saved walk after the Spirit and not the flesh.
That they are spiritually minded.
That they are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit.
That the body is dead because of sin,but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

These scriptures state that a person that is saved is a spiritual creature while on earth, which means we can be in a right spiritual condition while on earth, and if we are a spiritual creature while on earth, then we are born again while on this earth.

We are spiritual while on earth, the same spiritual condition that we will have in heaven, because a Spirit led life does not sin.
We have to get it right while on earth, and be spiritual, before we get to heaven,so we can be born again while on earth.

20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you(Luke 17:20-21).

When you receive the Spirit, the kingdom of God is within you, which means you already belong to the kingdom of God before you get there,so you are in a right spiritual state while on earth,so you can be born again while on earth, and you have to born again while on earth to belong to the kingdom of God.

This is so sad that satan has twisted Gods words. Theres not a day that goes by that I don't see more people who have sollowed some lie from hell.

If we have to wait to be born again in Jesus till the day we die then that means we are still in the same hell we were always in before we came to Christ. What point would that make? We turn our lives over to God and He comes to live in us the second we took Jesus in.

The old man is dead and we are a new creature. Born again!! Please I beg you to pray God to help you see?

In America the word "Christian" is so generic… it’s like saying I believe in god… or saying I believe in G-d… , I get why people say “Born Again Christian”… Yeshua did say you had to be born again and it is a biblical so I get it… I personally do not call myself Christian… I say I am Messianic … but isn’t it all the same… Born again/Messianic…
