1Pt 3:21

"Corresponding to that, baptism now saves you—not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience—through the resurrection of Jesus Christ..."

What do you think about this text?

What kind of Baptism???????Spirit or Water.

Baptism is spiritual birth. When we obey God in baptism He performs a surgery called "circumcision of the heart" (Colossians 2). But it is not physical. It is not about cleaning dirt from our body, but about cleaning our soul by cutting the "foreskin" of sin from our hearts.
You are mistaking being baptised into Christ (immersed in Christ), with physical baptism (immersion in water). Our baptism into Christ, or circumcision of our hearts, is a once-off thing (the same as physical baptism should be, and physical circumcision is).

Although I think of circumcision as more of a covenant mark, I guess the putting off of our sinful nature could be likened to a circumcising of the foreskin of sin(ful nature) from our hearts, but the battle against sin is a lifelong one, in contrast to the heart circumcision, which is instant.

1 peter 3; 20 talks about the water of the flood. In which saved Noah, and his faily. (throught the act of Gods judgment Noah was saved or lifted up above or out of Gods judgment)

in the same way we will be saved, Which is also represented another way..

1 Peter 3: 21 speaks of another symbol (just like the water) which now saves us. Baptism.

yet he makes clear understanding that it does not remove sin from the flesh (it does not save us from sin) It is done only wiht a good conscious towards God (in obeying his commands, ie it is just like every other command God gave in which he desires us to obey) and is is really the resurrection of Christ which saves us, Which the water prefigures the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, Which truly saves us.
