Yes, I've switched to cotton clothing when I go to church. I wear shorts when it's hot. I don't wear blue jeans, though.
Why not? Just about the only pants I wear ARE blue jeans. And that is the case with most of the men and several women in our congregation.

You must be one of those grace believers that think you can sin all you want now because of the grace of God....

The apostasy has begun!!!

That is what I would wear to Church is blue jeans, and it might be a tee-shirt too,for that is my style, and I ride my pedal bike a lot,and that is what I wear, and when I go to the gym that is what I wear, and when I eat that is what I wear, and I may go to sleep wearing that, but I do not see what is the difference between wearing blue jeans,or nice looking slacks,or a suit to Church, for I do not see how that affects our relationship with God,as long as we look presentable, and neat, and clean, and God said be in to modest apparel, not in to things expensive,so a ten dollar pair of jeans, and a 5 dollar tee-shirt,and I am good to go,because I got better things to spend my money on,and some can spend one hundred dollars on the same two items, but they are only paying for a name, and I say,you do not look any different than the cheap clothes.

Also I have come to notice that more people that deceive in a big fashion, and crooked, the majority of them seem to be wearing a suit, instead of plain clothes.

I was raised to wear something different to church than what I usually wear. I see no need for it to be uncomfortable, though.
