As I said in the past i would hope people wouldn't be so quick with the ban hammer. Every soul matters to Jesus.
Yes........ but it is up to this guy.

Only trouble is that he has become a slave to his pride, and he doesn't know how to truly "ask" anything. He won't (can't) let himself. And this is what Jesus said will kill any of us.

All of this hatred for asking what should be simple questions is just further shaking my faith, you have just lost a believer, hopeyour "god" is more merciful to you for this than he apparently will be to me for simply being curious
Once again your profile says you are a Christian. How long have you been saved? You are coming across as hostile, not as one seeking answers.

1. Why did Jesus say his followers must hate their families? Surely, when the son of God said "hate" he meant "hate," didn't he? Why would the son of God confuse us by using hyperbole? How could the examples of Luke 9:59-62, even if allegorical, be hyperbole anyway? Jesus clearly called a man to the irresponsible, disrespectful action of leaving his father, implying that he was not even to attend his funeral, and he called another to leave his family without even saying farewell or letting them know he was deserting them

2. Why did Jesus, by his own admission, break the Sabbath law (John 5:16-18)? This puts the lie to the Christian idea that the perfect Jesus fulfilled the whole Law, and therefore was a suitable unblemished sacrifice for our sins.

3. Why did Jesus say the ruler's daughter was not dead? (Matt 9:18-25; Luke 8:41-56) Either Jesus lied, or he performed no miracle, but the context clearly shows that it was understood to be a miracle.
You're supposedly a Christian. You just said (on your other post) that you have always been a Christian, so surely, you've studied this enough to have insight. How about telling us what you think?

There are plenty of sites out there that can answer your specific questions such as pagan saviour/messiahs written by well informed researchers.

Jesus knowing all men's hearts knew these men were making excuses. And the dead are dead.

As Jesus stated, the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

It meant she was Dead, that is why they Laughed. But of course no one dies but Sleeps. Read about the Resurrection of the Dead in Thessalonians ans 1 Corinthians........They are said to SLEEP !!

Nothing wrong with asking questions - it's the way you ask them. Respectfully asked questions will more often than not receive respectful replies.

No one hates you.... not even the one who will ban you. Mostly, we just feel sorry that you have chosen the path you are on.

How am I being hostile? Was that question hostile too? Is every question slightly doubting your so called god a hostile one?

Our swords went up in unison. If just one or two...maybe you are ok. But, we all agreed. That means something.

Do you believe that Jesus died for all sins of the world, and then rose from the dead?

So anyone who does not love him more than their own parents is not worthy of him?
You would do well to read "The Meaning of Life" which is the whole reason we are here on the Earth. Every person on this planet is being tested, to see who we choose to serve. Jesus or satan. If you choose parent OVER Jesus, you serve satan.

What happened to honor thy father and mother?
So let me understand this, you think if a person LOVES Jesus more than parents, that they are not Honoring their parents? Seriously, how old are you? Should i be talking to you with smaller words? Knowing how old you are, would help how i communicate with you. You sound very young, lack much knowledge, and very carnally minded. Age?

Here, he is placing himself above the family members of his followers, AGAIN, indicating pride and extreme arrogance:
Age?

Matthew 10: 37
37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
Let me say this verse so that you can better understand it (smaller words)

He that loves his father or mother MORE than the Creator of the UNIVERSE, God Himself, is not worthy of GOD; and he that loves his children MORE than GOD is not worthy of being a part of GOD. Does that help you some?
Are you saying a person who loves their parent MORE than God is a good thing? Seriously? Please reveal age?

This is also the sin of ENVY- he is so jealous of anyone who might share their love for another.
Except for the part about envy, this is the first thing that you have said that is TRUE.

Exo_34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Deu_4:24 For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God.

Deu_5:9 Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me,

Deu_6:15 (For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

Jos_24:19 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the LORD: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins

You see the problem lies within your own mind. for some reason you think that jealousy and envy are the same thing. Study that so you know the difference between the two.

Seriously, no offense, how old are you?

So you are a liar, and soon to be banned yet again. (Anyone who knows what "banned" means on a site he/she/it just joined, has been here before.)

and now I must google zeitgeist. lol
Zeitgeist is a compilation of popular lies told hoping to discredit Christian beliefs. It has been presented as a youtube video and thoroughly debunked, but that does not stop people who do not know any better trying to pass off the lies as legitimate comparisons, like saying Mithras was born of a virgin when "it" was formed from a rock, and likewise Osiris virgin birth was no such thing, since his mother used his father's severed male member to inseminate herself. Etc ad nauseum.

Ok theres a starting point. What changed your mind?Something started the doubts. Can you share more?
All of the contradictions and orders of murder and cannabalism, how could an all loving omnipotent god order such things, even if they did not believe he could show himself and make them a believer yes?

Just am example:
Deuteronomy 28:53
And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:
28:54
So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:
28:55
So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.
28:56
The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter,
28:57
And toward her young one that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy shall distress thee in thy gates.
28:58
If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;

Cthulu,

For some time now, you have been sitting squarely in the cross-hairs of the guy who pushes the "BAN" button on you. But he has been trying to see even a glimmer of hope in your actions.

You sit fully in control of the outcome here.

All it takes with these good and decent guys is one post from you in real truth and honesty....... but, are you enough your own man to make that kind of a post?

It is up to you.
