So we have no choice in the matter?
sure we have a choice. we can walk away from Christ. but that is the only way to " lose salvation " . God does not take away salvation. we can walk away. but that is us refusing God's grace after experiencing it, which probably means one was never saved to start with.

If you don't believe in Jesus you don't believe God. Period, end of story...

I read the article in the OP and it is your typical "twisted" half-truths based on a works-based self-righteousness mindset which actually denies the very grace of Christ's work on the cross and resurrection from operating in a person's life like it should.

The Bible teaches heaven and hell not me
But now you take it a step further and say unmerited favor isn't enough. Now we step across the line into adding to the finished work of Christ crucified....or else you go to hell. Lol

I tell you what. Get back to me in about 15 years and tell me that you need something more than grace. I for one am thankful that I am finally able to accept it. It's been a long slog thru the wilderness.

Odds are we don't have 15 years......by then.....it might be snap, crackle and pop....seeing how the world will burn.....

Yes it's freely given to all who except it
You actually spoke the misunderstood truth as desired by some people. When you used the wrong word, (except), you said the opposite of what you were trying to say....but you actually expressed what you meant.

The accurate sentence would have been "Grace is freely given to all who accept it.... and they are required to do nothing to receive the gift."

I don't see where the new testament has any covenant curses.

They are certainly implied to those who don't accept Jesus as Lord and savior....not to mention the whole hell thing.

Covenant blessing and curses were spelled out in Deuteronomy in regards to the Mosaic covenant - where did Jesus associate any curses when making the new?

Mat 26:28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Jesus came to fulfill the law because we can't. If we accept him then we aren't under the old covenant because he has paid the penalty. Those who don't still are under the law. Am I wrong on that?

My message is not to make anyone one believe different after all you will believe what you want. I just want people to examine what they believe.
