As a friendly tip, when posting links it's always best to add more of a description. Many people won't click links if they don't have a better understanding of what they're about to view. This goes for both videos and other links. :)

Chuck Missler isan ex CIA think tank guy. That has come up with some very un-bibical doctrines. He used to be part of the Calvary Chapel movement, but his teachings on the sons of God in Genesis 6 being ET's that had sex with the daughters of men and how the Bible taught about UFO's. Didn't set well with Chuck Smith, so he move on from there. The last time I seen him he was on the history channel as part of the Ancient Alien theory, other wise know as the "Cult of the Aliens". The basic teaching of these guy once you dig into their beliefs.

That Aliens came to earth in search of gold because the ozone layer in the universe had a whole in it and gold was needed to fix it. When they came down to earth, man was still a neanderthal just this side of being monkeys. So these aliens place some of their DNA in man to make him more intelligent so they could be the drones working the gold mines for them. Once they placed the DNA in man, he became modern and white. It's very racist at it core.

When I first started listening to Chuck Missler he had some good teachings on the Messiah and the prophecy about him. One thing you'll find out fast about Chuck, is once you've heard a few teachings he starts repeating himself. Is he still in Idaho tater country?

Chuck goes about as deep as I've ever seen someone go in the Scripture. I haven't seen ANY unbiblical doctrines from him, and I've seen his stuff for 25 yrs.

He also tells you over and over not to believe what he says, but to search the Scripture yourselves.

He does have a bit of a pride issue. He pretty forcefully pushed the Y2K stuff and never really adequately apologized for being so wrong on it. But again, that wasn't a Scriptural issue.

The idea that he believes in aliens coming for gold is preposterous, and really a slander. He MAY have said something along the lines that aliens could be demons, but I'm not even sure about that.

I was working in a local gym a few years ago. Had to work at night so as not to disturb the patrons. I was listening to Chuck and was getting a real weird vibe from being alone in that big place all by myself in the middle of the night. It could have been that I was rummy but I kept seeing shadows out of the corner of my eye...really gave me the creeps. I'm just working away on the man lift and suddenly a stack of those balance trainer balls tipped over and bounced across the room. Now I have no idea what all that was about but it was very unnerving and I have not listened to Chuck Missler since.

Chuck doesn't believe that. Here is a quote he often uses. And it fits what you are saying about Chuck to a tee.

There is a principle which is a bar against all information,
Which is proof against all argument,
And cannot fail to keep man in everlasting ignorance.

And that principle is condemnation before investigation.

Edmund Spencer.

I have listened to many hours of Chuck Missler's teaching, and have learned much by doing so. As with every teacher, preacher, prophet, or anyone else who has a message, I hold lightly what they say and hold as weighty what I know is true: the Bible.

There are many people who find something objectionable with Dr. Missler's teaching, as there are with any prolific teacher. I'll just encourage any readers to do what he does himself: check out what he says against the Bible. Feel free to ignore anything which doesn't line up.

I've watched dozens of Chucks videos. I agree with probably 98% to 99% of what he teaches.

I would recommend him to anyone.

He's giving away for free his Learn the Bible in 24hrs series...

I have listened to Missler some, he is very articulate and obviously intelligent, however I think he believes that he can take the bible and prove that there is a pre tribulation rapture of the church. I don't care if it is Chuck Missler, Charles Stanley, or David Jeremiah, if they think that they can produce a pre tribulation rapture of the church when the word of God contains no pre tribulation rapture of the church, then they cannot be all that connected to God.

Sorry, but there's something about his demeanor as he speaks and his tone that I just can't listen to him.

Are you thinking KJV of 1 Peter 1.1-2? I don't remember exactly. Yes, Christians are strangers in this world. Strangers is an alternative word for aliens. Our citizenship is in heaven.

Evidently you haven't seen all of his works. Here is his DVD on the, Return of the Nephilim, read the reviews they talk about UFO's the second link is for, Alien Encounters. It's linked to the same reviews. His whole premise for all this was the sons of God in Genesis 6 and how they had sex with the daughters of men. That these Nephilim were the offspring of that union and they are the ET's that are part of the UFO's. Matthew 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven." Angels can't have sex, not only that but it violates what God said in creation, each after their own kind. If you'll notice on the DVD cover, it has pyramids behind the UFO's. That's because the measurements of the pyramid had something to do with how he came up with this information from the Bible, it was quite weird to say the lest.

Mark Eastman and myself had a discussion about all this, he was the co-author of these works with Chuck. I pointed out how angels aren't sexual and how verse four says "
There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward," the Nephilim were already in the land in the days that the sons of God went into the daughters of men and they were after as well. That the children from the union of the sons of God and the daughters of men, are men of renown. "when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown" This was the kicker behind this teaching and what return of the Nephilim is about. Matthew 24:37-38 "But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,"

They were saying that these ET's/Nephilim were going to return to the earth before the second coming of Christ and have sex with women on earth, like in the days of Noah, marry and giving in marriage. Read the reviews on Alien Encounters and Return of the Nephilim and you will see that he was teach on UFO's and Aliens. All from three verses in the Bible read out of context.

I doubt Chuck Missler is an anti-white racist. There are people who try to mix the teaching that the sons of God in Genesis 6 were angels with alien theories. Maybe they interviewed him and spun his teachings into their theory.
