"I also highly recommend James White's book 'Forgotten Trinity'."

I've heard among trusted brothers this book as a recommendation on the Trinity. James White is one of the great apologist of our time. I told my Muslim friend from High School about his book on what every Christian needs to know about the Quran, and she was impressed. So much respect for him.

I HIGHLY recommend Nabeel Qureshi's book No God But One in regards to Islam as well.

James White has a similar book coming out where he discusses six crucial differences between Islam and Christianity with counter-arguments from Shabir Ally, but that book has been delayed as James is very busy with other projects. Personally I doubt it will get done very soon. There are some minor points I disagree upon, with Nabeel's theology, but they are very minor and don't affect the overall message that his book covers. I'd really recommend that she read it.

James White is very sharp, and I would likely prefer his book over Nabeel's but I am thinking he won't finish it within the next year.

If I remember, Qureshi was fighting with stomach cancer. Have you heard anything from him?

I was listening to a video he did on Youtube regarding suffering and he alluded to it briefly. It sounded like he was doing better than expected but not healed.

James Whites book is a great one. I also recommend, Father, Son, & Holy Spirit: relationship, roles & relevance by Bruce Ware, great book as well. I just seen a post by a oneness that claimed it just came to him about Isaiah 9:6.

who resurrected Jesus Christ?

the Father

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
(Acts 2:32)

the Son

No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
(John 10:18)

the Spirit

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
(Romans 8:11)

They all have a different function in our salvation and in the work of redemption.

II Corinthians 13:14 "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."

I Peter 1:2 "
according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood:"

I
Thessalonians 1:3-5 "remembering before our God and Father your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.4 For we know, brothers loved by God, that he has chosen you,5 because our gospel came to you not only in word, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction."

Hebrews 9:14 "
how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God."
