For us to be nailed to the cross with Christ, it is a requirement from God that our faith be complete.
Ahhh...gotcha ya'.....Like the thief that was crucified with Christ....his faith was complete by all the things he did to "complete" it.

The process is simple unless it is a religion you are in - in that case there are tons of work to be done...:)

The process is simple too.

1) we hear the message of Christ - the gospel of our salvation in Him

2) we believe the message from our hearts

3) we were sealed with the Holy Spirit

( Jesus said in John 14:16 that the Holy Spirit will be with us and in us forever - now was Jesus lying or is he like a "bait and switch" car salesman that has "fine print" which He doesn't talk about )

Ephesians 1:13 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, = 1) the gospel of your salvation—having also believed, = 2) you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, = 3)

you were sealed =
aorist indicative tense / passive voice = a one time event in the past.

Passive voice = the sealing was not done by us but by an outside force - the Holy Spirit Himself.

And the "righteous" shall live by faith what we began in is what we will end in From faith -----------> to faith From first -----------> to last
If we are required to not deny anything Christ has revealed, in order to get to Heaven, do you really want your first faith, incomplete faith, to be where you exist eternally? If your first faith was incomplete, and your last faith is the same, your last faith is also incomplete.

I chose the name Deliverances because their are many people who need to be delivered. People are not set free by not believing everything Jesus has revealed.
When HE delivers and sets free did you have any say in it? Did you, in any way, help bring the man or woman through THE DOOR?

Our work as HIS WITNESSES was to point all men and women to THE DOOR

The TRUTH of THE GOOD NEWS must be received as it should be received

If one hears the VOICE of THE SON of GOD and believes, he has passed from death to LIFE
see I stand at THE DOOR and knock. Any man who hears MY VOICE and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him and he with ME

(we will learn of HIM from HIM)

Its GOD's WORK alone to launder and prune and purify

but its our work to REMAIN in HIM
We will go through trials and troubles but all these things will prove us and strengthen us so that our faith (more precious than gold though tried innthe fire) will prove genuine

faith, even the size of a mustard seed, if it is directed in and on CHRIST JESUS, OUR HOPE , is faith

Is your faith complete?

You were on here in CC a while ago under a different name - weren't you? I remember your type of circular posts.

Tell us - is lying still a sin? If you lie to us - then that would mean that you have incomplete faith and thus if you died tonight - you would not be with the Lord. Is that what your religion teaches?

So, what was your name before on CC?..thanks for your honesty.

Good luck.....faith is faith.....end of story......you cannot improve on something that God gives....it is already perfect.....not that it cannot be grown, because it can be increased and grown....but to say it is incomplete misses the mark....regardless of how many times you throw James into the mix........for the millionth time

BEFORE GOD we are justified by FAITH
BEFORE MEN our JUSTIFYING FAITH is SEEN IN OUR WORKS

END OF STORY!
So I get you you now.....saving faith is not our own, it is a gift from God and since it is not our faith, God saves us with his own faith and no matter what why do once we are saved by his faith and grace we are OK and dandy, because when we are faithless he remains faithful for he cannot deny himself, because it was his faith that saved us by grace....and we stay saved because it was never our faith that saved us it is God's grace through his Gift of Faith to us....

Does that about cover it?

We don't need to be nailed to the cross with Jesus. He paid for our sins all by Himself. And the ONLY requirement from God regarding faith, is to simply believe and have a mustard seed amount of faith.. :) Believing in Jesus completely, is what makes our faith complete..

Romans 6.6-7
[SUP]6 [/SUP]knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; [SUP]7 [/SUP]for he who has died is freed from sin.

Galatians 2.19-20
[SUP]19 [/SUP]For through the Law I died to the Law, so that I might live to God. [SUP]20 [/SUP]I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Why do you always answer a question, with a question?

This is the same person that was here before that got banned.

The best way to address his type of thinking is to ask questions like this.

Do you walk to work or do you take your lunch?

The following verse states volumes....

In the grace you are (positioning) having been saved out of faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works lest any man should boast.

The bolded is grammatically directed at the faith that saves....it is the faith of Christ that saves and it is gifted dia grace, mercy and the applied blood.

EVERY man's faith waivers.....Peter denied the Lord, SUNK when walking on water and the disciples in the storm were rebuked (ye of little faith) but the faith of Christ is perfect, complete and never fails........

concerning sin in a believer.....Where sin abounds, grace did much more abound and if we fail to fall in line he chastises us and whips the crap out of us...and if that fails and we become unusable as a vessel he brings us home....destruction of the flesh so that the spirit will be saved in the day of the Christ

Because to answer truthfully would destroy his philosophy......
If you are not truthful to me, at least you should be truthful to Jesus. Can a person deny any of Christ's divine revelations to man and still get to heaven?

ALL manner of sin and blasphemy against the SON shall be forgiven men......all is conclusive of all when used in context!
