I think Moses would approve of divorce in that case.

No. We must forgive sins of others.

But you can separate (if he is not repentant).

Lol. Under the Law he would be put to death.

And then his brother would make you his third wife.....or maybe not...

I think many wives may be cereal killers in the morning.

Many wives snap, cackle, and then pop their husband...

“And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery." Matt 19:9 RSV

If your wife was found guilty of serial murder, and sent to death row, where she languished 40 years before being electrocuted, and in that time, you struck up a friendship with a lovely lady not prone to dissolving people in acid baths, and in the course of the friendship, you became mutually attracted, what would you do?

Tough eh?

You can love a person without marrying them. If you are in control of your desire, that is a better choice, according to Paul:

[36] If any one thinks that he is not behaving properly toward his betrothed, if his passions are strong, and it has to be, let him do as he wishes: let them marry -- it is no sin.
[37] But whoever is firmly established in his heart, being under no necessity but having his desire under control, and has determined this in his heart, to keep her as his betrothed, he will do well.
[38] So that he who marries his betrothed does well; and he who refrains from marriage will do better. 1 Cor 7:36-38 RSV

If the justice system in America, worked like God's Law, then the obvious answer would be, "It is okay to remarry when you are a widow."

(Serial killers should be condemned to death.)

26 I think then that this is good in view of the [o]present distress, that it is good for a man [p]to remain as he is. 27 Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek to be released. Are you released from a wife? Do not seek a wife. 28 But if you marry, you have not sinned;

Basically just normal human behaviour, except that because of the severe persecution, Paul felt it was no bad thing to avoid marriage at that time. But basically, if your wife was as serial killer, find another one..
