Daniel stated this to King Nebachudnezzar “In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever."[Daniel 2:44] Those four kingdoms are believed to be Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome. By the time the Christ came, three of the kingdoms had already occurred. They were in the midst of the fourth kingdom, and as Daniel prophesied, it would be in the midst of the fourth kingdom(Rome), this kingdom, the Christ's, would be set up.
Thanks . . . . I was just speaking concerning the kingdoms over which Christ will be King. The Millennial Kingdom, being one in which Christ will rule for 1,000 years.

Isaiah 65

17“For behold, I create new heavens
and a new earth,
and the former things shall not be remembered
or come into mind.

18But be glad and rejoice forever
in that which I create;
for behold, I create Jerusalem to be a joy,
and her people to be a gladness.
19I will rejoice in Jerusalem
and be glad in my people;
no more shall be heard in it the sound of weeping
and the cry of distress.
If you keep reading, this section of scripture says "No more shall there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man does not fill out his days, for the young man shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed . . . . Then in Revelation 21 - He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.

One implies death at a hundred years old and one says no more death . . . does this set up a contradiction if both are referring to the Everlasting Kingdom or maybe you don't believe that the 1,000 year reign of Christ spoken of in Rev. 20 is literal - I know some do not.

I think this thread has almost been exhausted along with the ability to dissect and explain the truth any clearer. All that is left is the ability to laugh away all of the ridiculousness! I share in your HAHAHAHAHAHA!:D

It is a now, but not yet. The Kingdom is here, but not in its fullness. If the Christ has a Kingdom He is over, then He must be King, right?
