Here is the sign of genuine salvation...

1Jn 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
1Jn 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
1Jn 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

John means EXACTLY what he writes.

Unfortunately a false gospel message has ensnared the minds of millions whereby they percieve salvation as a POSITION as opposed to a MANIFEST STATE.

Positional Salvation = Ongoing Sin Repent Cycle Gradual Cleannup Covered By A Provision. (ie. can sin and not surely die)

Manifest Salvation - Inclusive Of The Total Renovation Of The Human Character Having Had The Love Of God Shed Abroad In The Heart By The Holy Spirit - No Provision For Ongoing Sin Necessary Because The Bondage Has Been Broken And The Christian Has Been Purged And Purified.

Someone truely born again wouldn't continue to murder and rape.
when a person is born again they get a new spirit inside of them, the Holy Spirit.

We become the temple of God, we get a new tender conscience,
a born again Christian wouldn't want to continue in the old life.

That doesn't mean we never do anything wrong again.
We need refining, we need new attitudes, we need to learn
about grace, patience, love etc. That doesn't happen over night but
there is a world of difference in murdering someone and
acting in an impatient or unloving manner. There is a world
of difference in being too proud and raping someone.

The example you used wasn't realistic but if people genuinely
go around raping in your church and say they are Christians,
then it's time to report them and find another church.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 NLT
[16] Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you? [17] God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.

We will never be free of sin. However we must do our best to live without sin. Knowing we sin, we should be asking forgiveness every day, or if we find we did wrong, we should stop what we are doing and ask forgiveness right then.
That mean sin do not mean sign of not save, is that what you mean

I see how that can be hard to understand,Paul had a hard time explaining that point also. It's the spirit that was justified and made perfect, and sealed and that's the part that GOD Is looking at and GOD Is Eternal.

Nevertheless, although we sin In the flesh,we will still go to heaven, some will get more rewards than others.

Somebody might say,how can a person do all this murder and raping,etc...and still go to heaven?

A person that Is GOD's workmanship created In CHRIST will not have a desire to do those things If they really belong to CHRIST.
is that mean a person that belong to Christ have no desire to sin?, in reality we sin, that is my concern

I reads some people say, in my church that as soon as you believe Jesus as your savior, than you save, no matter what you do, you can kill everyday, or rape everyday as long as you believe Jesus as savior you save. But if you keep killing, you will not resieve the reward. You go to heaven because salvation not by work, but no reward.

seem to me this person believe that to get reward need work, but not for salvation

i want to hear your comment what every body believe

There are other consequences than just losing the rewards of crowns in Heaven for not running that race by looking to the author & finisher of our faith to help us lay aside every weight & sin.

1 Corinthians 9:[SUP]24 [/SUP]Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.[SUP] 25 [/SUP]And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.[SUP]26 [/SUP]I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:[SUP]27 [/SUP]But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Hebrews 12:1
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,[SUP] 2 [/SUP]Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

You can become a castaway ( 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 ) at the pre trib rapture event when God judges His House first ( 1 Peter 4:17-19 )

Anyone that defiles the temple of God, God will destroy ( physical death ) 1 Corinthians 3:10-17

1 Corinthians 3:[SUP]10 [/SUP]According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.[SUP] 11 [/SUP]For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.[SUP] 12 [/SUP]Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;[SUP] 13 [/SUP]Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.[SUP] 14 [/SUP]If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.[SUP] 15 [/SUP]If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.[SUP] 16 [/SUP]Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?[SUP] 17 [/SUP]If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

God has warned a church in Revelation to repent of spiritual fornication or else be cast into the coming great tribulation.

Revelation 2:[SUP]21 [/SUP]And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.[SUP]22 [/SUP]Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.[SUP]23 [/SUP]And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

We are to be confident that God is faithful as He will do a good job keeping the souls of those saints that are left behind to suffer the coming great tribulation.

1 Peter 4:[SUP]17 [/SUP]For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?[SUP] 18 [/SUP]And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?[SUP] 19 [/SUP]Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

So any believer is saved no matter what as that foundation can never be removed nor destroyed, but comeuppance will come from the Father bringing stripes for not looking to Jesus Christ to run that race by laying aside every weight & sin.

The wages of sin is still death as a believer will reap corruption by sowing to the works of the flesh in defiling his temple.

Romans 6:[SUP]23 [/SUP]For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Galatians 6:[SUP]7 [/SUP]Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.[SUP]8 [/SUP]For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

2 Peter 2:[SUP]17 [/SUP]These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.[SUP] 18 [/SUP]For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.[SUP] 19 [/SUP]While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.[SUP] 20 [/SUP]For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.[SUP] 21 [/SUP]For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.[SUP]22 [/SUP]But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Unless they repent with His help in trusting Him as their Good Shepherd to run that race before the Bridegroom comes, a believer will be weeping and gnashing his teeth when he is left behind as disqualified from attending the Marriage Supper.

1 John 3:
[SUP]3 [/SUP]And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.....[SUP]8 [/SUP]He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

2 Timothy 4:
[SUP]18 [/SUP]And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Jude 1:
[SUP]24 [/SUP]Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,[SUP] 25 [/SUP]To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Galatians 6:[SUP] 9 [/SUP]And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.[SUP]10 [/SUP]As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

We differ on that one hun. All Law was given By HaShem. To give one more standing that any other, is wrong on our part. After all do we not teach that teh Torah and all HaShem said to Moses, came from HaShem? So how can one separate any law from HaShem?
Of course it would be wrong if WE do the dividing and separating....but as seen from scripture GOD Himself makes the division when and where necessary. When HE PERsonally gave the Commandments/law at Sinai TO THE PEOPLE assembled He added no more to the 10 He had given Ex 20, Deut 5v22....so it would be equally wrong to ADD the other commandments given ONLY through Moses and abolished by Jesus Eph 2v15. Just as we can't take away neither should we add !

look like there are different level of sin, is that what you mean?

We still do things wrong, even Paul did

Romans 7:22-25 NKJV
[22] For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man.
[23] But I see another law in my members, warring against the law
of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is
in my members. [24] O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver
me from this body of death? [25] I thank God-through Jesus Christ
our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but
with the flesh the law of sin.

But the born again Christian will be all too aware of their failings.
Our Spirit is renewed when we are born again
Our body isn't, that continues to grow old and decay.
Our minds continue to be renewed through our whole Christian walk.

Romans 12:1-2 NKJV
[1] I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you
present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is
your reasonable service. [2] And do not be conformed to this world, but
be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what
is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

If our minds were transformed instantly there would have been no need for
the book of Acts onwards because the church would not have needed all
that teaching about putting off the old man and putting on the new.

There is a difference by the way between wilful deliberate wrong doing like
picking up a knife and searching for someone to kill them and for example.
There is also a difference in delighting in sin.

When a born again Christian does something wrong, it plays on the
conscience, it hurts inside. You know you have to make it right, you want to
strive to be better. You don't delight in sin.

It can take a long time to put off old mind sets and gradually discover who you
are in Christ.

I heard a great word a while ago about performance based Christianity.
This mentality says God won't love me if I do this, or don't do that.
It makes people feel like failures, it makes God's love conditional.
It is works based.

Whereas once a person realises just how much God their Heavenly Father loves them
regardless, even if we stuff it all up. It's transforming and liberating.
We want to get it right because God loves us and Jesus died for us, we get it right
out of grateful thankful hearts and out of love for God.

Think about it, you do things for your spouse because you love them, not out of
fear of getting it wrong.

I suspect much of the grace verses works thingy is really performaced based
Christianity verses love based Christianity.

Many of us need to learn how to love and trust God, and that God loves us. That doesn't
always come easy.

Brand new Christians often get it, you can see it on their faces, but it's easy to lose
that first love.

Oops sorry, I've gone on a bit

Thanks, so the consequences of sin is not only reward, but also hell. I agree, but maybe, there are certain level of sin, not every sin bring you to hell, example if we kill every week, different with lie ocationaly.

i believe we sin every day, not in the sense of killing, or raping

Thanks, I believe there is kind of guilty feeling every time we sin, and may be God set up a limit, if we continue sin, in certain level, we lost our salvation.

We we feel guilty, not only on big sin like murder, but small sin as well.

I do not no, is bible teach that there is level of sin, like murder categorized as big sin, lazy as small sin, but look like there is level of sin.

Since the video was only a few minutes I listened to the video and I liked It but I didn't agree with the part at the 2:45 mark where he said "the greatest evidence you're a Christian Is the fact that you're In the WORD and GOD Is pointing out your sin"
I can see that. After all if we sin and don't see any wrong in what we do, does that not show we are of this world? Yet if we sin, and feel remorse, is that not HaShem telling us we sinned? Does that make any sense, or did I just muddy the water?

Yes If we say we have been born of Incorruptible seed and we don't see anything wrong with sinning then I don't think that person was reborn of Incorruptible seed.

And If we have been born of Incorruptible seed,we WILL feel remorse for sinning because we are GOD's workmanship created In CHRIST unto good works that was before ordained that we should walk In them.

I understand what you are saying,It's just that the statement the brother made should be clarified.

Why wouldn't you agree with that? Aren't we to study to show ourselves approved? And how can we show ourselves approved if we do not see what our own sins are?
I don't think GOD would point at JESUS to point out the sin In you.

We are IN CHRIST and IN HIM Is no darkness.

Be conscience of your right standing before GOD.

I can't even read your posts without getting the image of a caveman. why are you talking in that fashion?
Be nice brother, it appears he is from a different country and perhaps his English isn't up to par for some.

by saying in Him no darkness, is that mean you believe every body who accept Jesus will always no sin?

never sining anymore?
