I have been taking medication for years and seen different doctors. I thought it might be the job, customer service on phones is always been a tough thing. So I'm turning toward to Lord and his people for advice and help. Thank you for all the replies :D

I agree with Angela53510. Reading psalms is such a good habit to develop. King David went through his rough times and wrote beautiful psalms to God. One of my favorite psalms is Psalm 91:

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

I have had anxiety and depression before. I still get anxious sometimes. What I have spoken aloud to somebody that panic attacks won't kill me. I have had quite a few panic attacks during high school( not so much now) and the panic attacks never did any harm to me. It might help to keep in mind that anxiety won't kill you and just let the anxiety be there without trying to force it away. It will go away on its own in its own time. Maybe try saying a loud " God I give these cares to you" and name the cares your giving to God. I have said to God that I give these work worries to you. What has helped me with my mood( other than medicine) is singing. We can choose to rejoice by singing. But also don't forget to lamet. If you are feeling down or angry or whatever other emotion tell God about it. You can also write your feelings down or tell someone about how you are feeling. Psalm 142:1-2 says I cried unto the LORD with my voice; with my voice unto the LORD did I make my supplication. I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble" Pour out your heart before the Lord with passion.
