(Ps 27:1)

THE LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 136

136 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.
3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.
4 To him who alone doeth great wonders: for his mercy endureth for ever.
5 To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth for ever.
6 To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: for his mercy endureth for ever.
7 To him that made great lights: for his mercy endureth for ever:
8 The sun to rule by day: for his mercy endureth for ever:
9 The moon and stars to rule by night: for his mercy endureth for ever.
10 To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth for ever:
11 And brought out Israel from among them: for his mercy endureth for ever:
12 With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: for his mercy endureth for ever.
13 To him which divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endureth for ever:
14 And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: for his mercy endureth for ever:
15 But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: for his mercy endureth for ever.
16 To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.
17 To him which smote great kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:
18 And slew famous kings: for his mercy endureth for ever:
19 Sihon king of the Amorites: for his mercy endureth for ever:
20 And Og the king of Bashan: for his mercy endureth for ever:
21 And gave their land for an heritage: for his mercy endureth for ever:
22 Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: for his mercy endureth for ever.
23 Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:
24 And hath redeemed us from our enemies: for his mercy endureth for ever.
25 Who giveth food to all flesh: for his mercy endureth for ever.
26 O give thanks unto the God of heaven: for his mercy endureth for ever.

Psalm 118:14-17
The Lord is my strength and song,
And He has become my salvation.
The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous;
The right hand of the Lord does valiantly.
The right hand of the Lord is exalted;
The right hand of the Lord does valiantly.
I will not die, but live,
And tell of the works of the Lord.

Question? After salvation begins sanctification. How does the Believer grow in grace in the knowledge of Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18)? 1. How are we blessed? 2. Who blesses us...God or Jesus?

Next question? Since I am complete in Christ, how does the Believer which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake (which guarantees us the benefits of Calvary {Rom. 6:3-5}, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh (2 Cor. 4:11). In other words, how are we guaranteed the Life of Christ - Gal. 2:20. So then death works in us, but life in you (2 Cor. 4:12).

1 abide in the words of Jesus Christ, take them to Heart all of them even if thier difficult to grasp or accept, cling to them as the truth of God and you will notice how often He says " you must do these things. or Obey my commands" thats How we Grow towards God to abide in the Word of Jesus Christ.

2 the blessing Comes from God, through the High priest it has always been that way, Jesus is the High priest of God. notice Melchezidek came out to meet abram, carrying bread and wine? and that He then blesses abram in the name of God. Blessings originate from God and are delivered By the authority on earth. remember that God commited all things to Jesus and gave Him all authority on earth and in Heaven. and that He is right beside God, advocating for us and interceeding for us and because He suffered for our sins, God will accept anyone Jesus approves.

3 thats explaining the benifit of Jesus death. its the theme of paul tallking about " the old man the sinner, who went under the water to symobolize participation in Jesus death, and then the new creation who was raised up from the water to symbolize our participation in the resurrection. if you read on there paul is explaining the truth that our old nature of sin died with Jesus, and our new nature came to us through His resurrection when He ascended to God He then shed the spirit forth into the world so that we can receive Godsspirit in us which makes us His children. paul continues on to explain if we understand we died With Jesus on the cross ( that is our old sinful nature) then through the resurrection we too are quickened in our mortal here and now bodies to live as children of God, to be like Jesus.

ou are gusranted salvation when you are standing before the throne and Jesus says " welcome Home my good and faithful servant, come and receive your inheritance in the Kingdom prepared for you since the beginning of the World." that is accomplished again by abiding in His doctrine, meaning His teachings, He is teaching us how to live right before God and because of our inclusion in the resurrection and our receiving the spirit, were able to do that now, were able to abide in His Word and learn to obey His ways His teachings are the answer you are looking for Here. spend daily time in the teachings of Jesus and take thenm to Heart soak up all the grace and Love He speaks and also all the instruction He gives and the importance of His words that He stresses time and time again. remember this

john 3:5-6 "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

john 6:63 "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life

john 6:68-69 "Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 69And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

john 5:24 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

john 14;15-17 "If ye love me, keep my commandments.16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

V 20-24 "At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. 21He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. 22Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

John 15:7-10 "
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.9As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 10If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love

john 7:16-17 "Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

1 peter 1:23 "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

james 1:18 "Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

john 17:8 "
For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me...v17 "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth....v

Hebrews 4:12 "
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

its all truly about the 4 gospels everything else supports the gospel, the ot is promising the messaih who would bring salvation and the true Words of God, and the nt is all a testimony that Jesus is the messiah and He came. the rest is all for our learning and growth, we grow in Christ through learning and believing and therefore Keeping His words and letting them work in us

consider that God created the World and all that is in it by speaking it forth, that is the power of Gods Word, the same principle is true of all of Gods Word in the Gospel, that will save us if we follow where He leads God bless

I was a wandering sheep

I was a wandering sheep,
I did not love the fold;
I did not love my Shepherd's voice,
I would not be controlled.
I was a wayward child,
I did not love my home;
I did not love my Father's voice,
I loved afar to roam.

The Shepherd sought His sheep,
The Father sought His child;

They followed me o'er vale and hill,
O'er deserts waste and wild:
They found me nigh to death,
Famished and faint and lone;
They bound me with the bands of love,
They saved the wandering one.

Jesus my Shepherd is;
'Twas He that loved my soul,
'Twas He that washed me in His blood,
'Twas He that made me whole;
'Twas He that sought the lost,
That found the wandering sheep,

'Twas He that brought me to the fold,
'Tis He that still doth keep.

I was a wandering sheep,
I would not be controlled;
But now I love my Shepherd's voice,
I love, I love the fold.
I was a wayward child,
I once preferred to roam;
But now I love my Father's voice,
I love, I love His home.

Amen.

Jesus, Thou art the sinner's Friend

Jesus, Thou art the sinner’s Friend;
As such I look to Thee;
Now, in the fullness of Thy love,
O Lord, remember me.

Remember Thy pure Word of grace,
Remember Calvary’s tree,
Remember all Thy dying groans,
And then remember me.

Thou wondrous Advocate with God,
I yield my soul to Thee;
While Thou art pleading on the throne,
Dear Lord, remember me.

Lord, I am guilty, I am vile,
But Thy salvation’s free;
Then, in Thine all abounding grace,
Dear Lord, remember me.

Howe’er forsaken or despised,
Howe’er oppressed I be,
Howe’er forgotten here on earth,
Do Thou remember me.

And when I close my eyes in death,
And human help shall flee,
Then, then, my dear redeeming God,
O then remember me.
