Church is the temple of God now. Nothing built by unbelieving Jews.

"If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy that person; for God's temple is sacred, and you together are that temple." 1Cor 3:17

Quote.
It is of no use to EVEN reply to this...... So Sad!

Because the Prophecy is that Jesus will sit on David's throne.
I can't help but feel like if David was here, he'd tell you that it was God's throne and he was only allowed to sit on it.

Matthew 22:
[SUP]41 [/SUP]While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,[SUP]42 [/SUP]Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.
[SUP]43 [/SUP]He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,
[SUP]44 [/SUP]The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
[SUP]45 [/SUP]If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
[SUP]46 [/SUP]And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

I do not believe in dispensationalism.

You cannot use a theological view as a proof of that theological view.

WHAT?????? Just in case here is a simple definition..."belief in a system of historical progression, as revealed in the Bible, consisting of a series of stages in God's self-revelation and plan of salvation."

Why can you not believe in dispensationalism????Darby Popularized it back in the 1600. but dispensationalism has been around since the 2-3 century.

So, have they started building the temple yet? Be sure to keep this thread updated if you could.
I will, as of a month ago, they were still waiting for a joint audience with the Israeli Government and the Temple Institute to present their evidence. The Temple Institute has all TEMPLE Artifacts made, and they claim they know right where the Ark of the Covenant is hidden, and the Blue Prints are made. This Year at the Passover Feast, the Levitte Priests were used for the first time, and they even Sacrificed a lamb. So apparently the Levitte Priests have finished their Training. They know right where they are going to get every stone they will need, except SURPRISE, the Location they were planning for, is all wrong, so they will need a lot more Stones. The real Temple Mount in the City of David, was lowered by Simon bar Kokhba during his short Reign as Prince of Judah, 132-136 AD. It was Lowered perhaps as much as 15 meters. The Artist that drew this picture, took that in consideration showing the Mount raised back up with BLOCKS, to it's Original height.

This is the Southwest corner of Fort Antonia the Roman Fort. Do you see that little piece of wall sticking out just below that Steel Domed Mosque that is a little lower than the Fort wall. I suspect that is part of one of the two Roman Causeways that went across to the Outer Wall of the Temple, to give the Roman Soldiers quick access to the Temple to quell any riot. If that was level, at the time of Christ they can easily estimate how high the foundation has to be to built the TEMPLE at the right Height.

What a tradegy. Christ is the anit-type to the type, the type is no longer needed, it served it's purpose. Christ is the new temple and we are as living stones within Him.

Hebrews 6:

[h=3]Limitations of the Earthly Service[/h][FONT=&quot]6 Now when these things had been thus prepared, the priests always went into the first part of the tabernacle, performing the services. 7 But into the second part the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people’s sins committedin ignorance; 8 the Holy Spirit indicating this, that the way into the Holiest of All was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing. 9It was symbolic for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him who performed the service perfect in regard to the conscience— 10 concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation.[/FONT]
[h=3]The Heavenly Sanctuary[/h][FONT=&quot]11 But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come,[a] with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, 14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.[/FONT]

Why they want to build the temple in the same place, what wrong to find another location
Because GOD CHOSE THE LOCATION:

Genesis 22:1-2 (HCSB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, “Abraham!” “Here I am,” he answered.
[SUP]2 [/SUP] “Take your son,” He said, “your only ⌊son⌋ Isaac, whom you love, go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.”

THAT IS THE TEMPLE MOUNT before the City of Jerusalem ever existed.

Isaiah 11:9 (HCSB)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] None will harm or destroy ⌊another⌋ on My entire holy mountain, for the land will be as full of the knowledge of the LORD as the sea is filled with water.

11:6-9. Isaiah described the righteous kingdom which the Messiah will set up. The curse will be lifted, peace and harmony will be present, and wild animals will again be tame and harmless to domesticated animals and humans. The wolf... leopard... lion, and bear are mentioned as examples of wild animals that will dwell safely with farm animals (the lamb... goat... calf... cow, and ox). A little child will be safe with lions, bears, cobras, and vipers (cf. 65:25). And on the temple mount (God's holy mountain; cf. 27:13; 56:7; 57:13; 65:11, 25; 66:20) tranquility will prevail.

I AM SURE, that we will find that YOUR view of dispensationalism is based on the the Five Points of Calvinism, WHICH DOES NOT DESCRIBE THE VAST MAJORITY OF CONSERVATIVE EVANGELICALS of today. And I personally am probably even LESS IN LINE WITH CALVINISM THAN MOST. WE are rejected by Calvinist, because we DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL FIVE of their Points. And we are REJECTED by Arminians, because we agree with some of the Five Points of Calvinism. Your slanted posing of the question, certainly tells me you REALLY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE about what we really believe.

I even doubt if you could explain the Arminiusm point of view without getting a lot of those calling themselves Arminians, shouting that is a lie. It is a DUMB thing to argrue about and always has been DUMB area of contention amongst BELIEVERS.

WE believe what the BIBLE SAYS, and if you BELIEVE a different interpretation of verses pertaining to certain doctrines, that is between you and GOD, and has NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. I WILL POST BELOW A DOCTRINAL STATEMENT OF FAITH THAT I AGREE WITH WHOLEHEARTEDLY, and if you believe something else, that is not my problem, and I DO NOT WANT TO ARGUE ABOUT ANY OF IT.

UP FRONT, Know that unlike most Conservative Evangelicals, I believe the BRIDE OF CHRIST is co-equally made up of O.T. Saints, and Church-Age Saints, and Tribulation Saints.

[h=2]Statement of Faith[/h]

This doctrinal statement reflects the broad, mainstream, conservative evangelical tradition which is consistent with the teachings of the Bible and which has stood the test of history and experience. We specifically affirm the following doctrinal truths:

  1. The Scriptures
We believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men of God “were moved by the Holy Spirit” to write the very words of Scripture. The Bible is therefore without error (inerrant) in its original manuscripts. God has supernaturally preserved the Bible, and it is the sole and final authority for faith and life, providing encouragement, guidance, comfort and instruction for training in righteousness (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Pet. 1:20-21).
  2. The Godhead (Trinity)
We believe in one true God eternally existing in three distinct persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) each of Whom is fully and equally God; possesses all of the divine nature and attributes, and is totally worthy of our worship and service (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; John 1:14, John 10:30; 2 Cor. 13:14).
  3. God the Father
We believe that God the Father is the first person of the Trinity and is the eternal, unchanging all-powerful, all-knowing, all-wise, all-loving, completely just and perfectly holy, sovereign Ruler and Sustainer of the universe. He is the Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Father of all true believers (Gen. 1:1; Eph. 4:6; John 1:12-13, John 5:19-21, John 17:1-5; Isa. 40:21-28, Isa. 43:10-13, Isa. 46:8-11; Rom. 8:14-16).
  4. God the Son
We believe that Jesus Christ is the second person of the Trinity and is the only begotten eternal Son of God Who became flesh to reveal God to man, to fulfill prophecy, and to become the Savior of the lost world. In becoming man Jesus did not cease in any way to be God so that He is fully God and fully man inseparably united in one person forever. Jesus was miraculously conceived by the Holy Spirit; born of the Virgin Mary; lived a sinless life; died on the cross as the substitutionary, all-sufficient atoning sacrifice for all of the sins of all men of all time; was buried; bodily rose from the dead; physically ascended into heaven in His glorified, resurrected body; is seated at the right hand of the Father performing His ministry of intercession; will return in the air to claim His bride the church; and will come again to earth in bodily form, personally and visibly, to conclude human history and consummate God’s eternal plan by executing judgment and ushering in His Millennial Kingdom reign to be followed by the eternal state (John 1:1,14,18; John 3:16; Luke 1:30-35; Phil. 2:5-8; Col. 2:3,9; Mark 10:45; Acts 2:22-24; John 1:29; Rom. 3:25-26; Heb. 10:5-14; 1 Pet. 2:24, 1 Pet. 3:18; John 20:20; Phil. 3:20-21; Heb. 1:3; Rom. 8:34; 1 John 2:1; Acts 1:11; Heb. 9:28; 1 Thes. 4:13-18; 2 Thes. 2:7; Matt. 24:44; Rev. 19:11-21; Rev. 21-22).
  5. God the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity Who specially came into the world on the day of Pentecost to glorify Christ and to enable men to appropriate the salvation wrought by Christ. He is the primary agent for the conviction of sin and for regeneration. Simultaneously with salvation, the Holy Spirit imparts new life, baptizes the believer into the body of Christ (His church), permanently indwells the believer, and securely seals the believer unto the day of redemption. The Holy Spirit fills (directs and controls) those believers who are yielded to Him, enables believers to bear fruit, and empowers believers to live a life free from sin’s dominion. We also believe that the Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts to believers for the purpose of edifying the church in accordance with the teachings of scripture (1 Cor. 13:8, 1 Cor. 14:22; John 16:7-8; 1 Cor. 6:19, 1 Cor. 12:13; Eph. 1:13-14, Eph. 4:30; Gal. 5:16-17, Gal. 22-23; Rom. 8:5-13; 1 Pet. 4:10-11; Rom. 12:3-8).
  6. Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God by direct act of God and did not come into being as the result of evolution. Man was created to glorify God, worship and serve Him, and have fellowship with Him. Man fell through sin by disobeying God, thus incurring both physical and spiritual death, which alienated him from God. Man’s nature was thus corrupted and he is utterly lost, “dead in trespasses and sins,” and totally incapable of saving himself and coming back into right relationship with God by his own merit or effort (Gen. 1:26, Gen. 2:6,17, Gen. 3:17-24; Isa. 59:1-2; Rom. 3:9-19,23, Rom. 5:8; Luke 18:26-27; Eph. 2:13).
  7. Satan
We believe that Satan is the instigator of evil and a real spirit being, not simply the personification of evil. He is a fallen angel who, under the sovereign permission of God, has been given temporary rulership of the earth. He was utterly defeated at the cross, but the execution of his judgment has been postponed by God until after the Millennial Kingdom when he will be cast into the eternal lake of fire. In the meantime, he deceives the world and seeks to establish his counterfeit kingdom on earth to discredit and blaspheme God and to tempt, accuse, attack and destroy believers. He can be resisted by the believer through faith and reliance on the power of the Holy Spirit (Gen. 3:1-5; Isa. 14:12-17; Ezek. 28:11-19; Job 1-2; 1 John 5:19; 2 Cor. 11:14; 1 Tim. 3:6; 1 Pet. 5:8-9; James 4:7; Rev. 12:9, Rev. 20:1-3, Rev. 7-10).
  8. Salvation
We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross provides the sole basis for forgiveness of sins and salvation, which is the free gift of God’s grace. Salvation is effected by the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit and cannot be secured by man’s works or personal merit. Salvation is only appropriated by a person placing his faith in the finished work of Christ. Repentance is a turning toward God and away from sin and is a part of but not separate from believing faith. “The Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” and those who receive Jesus Christ by faith are born again, have their sins forgiven, become children of God, are a new creation in Christ, and “are sealed by the Holy spirit unto the day of redemption” being kept by the power of God (Eph. 1:7:13-14; John 1:12-13, John 3:1-7, John 14-16; 2 Cor. 5:17; Rom. 1:16, Rom. 10:9-10; Eph. 2:8-10; Rom. 8:14-17, Rom. 31-39; John 10:27-29, Rom. 14:6; Acts 26:20; 1 Pet. 1:3-5).
  9. The Christian Life
We believe that every Christian should live for Christ and not for himself and should, by the power of the indwelling Spirit, allow Christ to manifest His life through him to God’s glory. By ever increasing obedience to the Word of God, each believer should mature and progressively become more like Jesus. In the power of the Spirit, each believer should live a holy life; not fulfill the lusts of the flesh; exercise his spiritual gifts to build up the body of Christ; witness for Christ; be personally involved in making disciples to fulfill the great commission; perform good works and bear fruit to the glory of God (Gal. 2:20; 1 Pet. 1:15-16, 1 Pet. 2:11; 2 Cor. 5:14-15; Rom. 6:11-13; Eph. 2:10, Eph. 4:11-12, Eph. 4:22-24; 1 Pet. 4:10-11; Acts 1:8; Matt. 28:18-20; Col. 1:10; John 15:8, 16).
  10. The Church
We believe that the church is the body of Christ of which Jesus is the Head and whose members are those who have truly received Christ by faith. The local church is a tangible expression of the body of Christ in a particular location. Since all members of the body of Christ are united in Christ by the same Spirit, they should live in love, harmony and unity, being intent on the same purpose and accepting those sectarian or denominational practices which are based on a sincere interpretation of the Bible, which do not relate to substantive doctrinal matters, and which do not in practice cause disunity or hinder the ministry. The purpose of the church is to make Christ known to lost men and to make disciples, and glorify God on earth (Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 12:12-27; Eph. 1:20-23, Eph. 4:1-6, Eph. 4:12-16; Matt. 28:18-20; John 17; Col. 1:24-29).
I am not sure what you wanted to say by all this.

Calvinism is not related to eschatology much, but there can be some relations.

On the other hand, I do not accept dispensationalism because I think its false and unbiblical. Calvinism is not a reason for it.

MORE INFO:

When Jerusalem was rebuilt after the 70 AD (Roman Destruction) and the 132 AD destruction of the bedrock, (when Simon bar Kokhba, Prince of Judah, ordered the real Temple Mount be turned into a Rock Quarry to Remove the Defiled Bedrock from under the Temple to Jupiter that the Romans built there. That had to be a deliberate slap in the face to Jews by the Roman Emporer. THUS, when some of the Jews started to return to Jerusalem, after being utterly wiped out by the ROMANS AGAIN, in 136, it really was impossible to detect where the Temple of GOD used to be.

The term Western Wall and its variations are mostly used in a narrow sense for the section traditionally used by Jews for prayer, and it has also been called the "Wailing Wall", referring to the practice of Jews weeping at the site over the destruction of the Temples. During the period of Christian Roman rule over Jerusalem (ca. 324–638), Jews were completely barred from Jerusalem except to attend Tisha be-Av, the day of national mourning for the Temples, and on this day the Jews would weep at their holy places. The term "Wailing Wall" was thus almost exclusively used by Christians, and was revived in the period of non-Jewish control between the establishment of British Rule in 1920 and the Six-Day War in 1967. The term "Wailing Wall" is not used by Jews, and increasingly not by many others who consider it derogatory.[SUP][1][/SUP]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Wall
A major argument was going on amongst the JEWS back in those days as to where the TEMPLE actually originally was. That argument was critical, because by Jewish Law, every altar in all of the Synagoes had to have the back of that altar pointing towards the Holy of Holies, so that the Congregations were all FACING the Holy of Holies when they Worshiped. Ultimately they mistook the Western Wall as part of the TEMPLE WALL, therefore they picked the wrong mountain top to designate as the TEMPLE MOUNT. Now the archeological evidence confirms they picked the wrong mount to call the Temple Mount, and it is in reality the center mount of Fort Antonia. So therefore, because the destruction of Jerusalem was so thorough, even the actual Location of Jerusalem itself was estimated to be several hundred feet further north than it was at the time of Christ. That error was what convinced them that the Western Wall was part of the Temple Wall (Wailing Wall). That Western Wall is part of FORT ANTONIA, where the Roman 10th Legion was Barracks. It will be slow going for those Archeologists (one is even an Israeli) to convince the Israeli Government and the Temple Institute that the Jews themselves made such a HUGE MISTAKE, hundreds of years ago.

I believe the temple will be rebuilt in order to fulfill prophecy.

Luke 21:
[SUP]20 [/SUP]And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
[SUP]21 [/SUP]Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
[SUP]25 [/SUP]And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
[SUP]26 [/SUP]Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

Matthew 24:
[SUP]14 [/SUP]And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand
[SUP]16 [/SUP]Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house:
[SUP]18 [/SUP]Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
[SUP]20 [/SUP]But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:
[SUP]21 [/SUP]For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
[SUP]22 [/SUP]And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
[SUP]23 [/SUP]Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
[SUP]24 [/SUP]For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
[SUP]25 [/SUP]Behold, I have told you before.
[SUP]26 [/SUP]Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
[SUP]27 [/SUP]For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
[SUP]28 [/SUP]For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
[SUP]29 [/SUP]Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
[SUP]30 [/SUP]And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
[SUP]31 [/SUP]And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

It sounds like the anti-Christ will lead an army against the city and then stand in the temple--big trouble.

If this already happened in the 1st century AD, then we must have missed the rapture?

The priests are training, yes. But none of them can prove their lineage and don't they need a perfect red heifer? It's in vain anyway, they murdered the messiah and still cling to tradition.

THERE IS NOTHING WRITTEN ABOUT A VAST AMOUNT OF THINGS, but you are wrong about a Third TEMPLE:

John 21:25 (HCSB)
[SUP]25 [/SUP] And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which,
if they were written one by one, I suppose not even the world
itself could contain the books
that would be written
.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 (NASB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him,
[SUP]2 [/SUP] that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, {Antichrist}
[SUP]4 [/SUP] who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.

Just so you KNOW, no one SITS in the TEMPLE, not even the High Priest, BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE SEAT IN THE TEMPLE, and that is the MERCY SEAT ON THE ARK OF THE COVENANT.

THE ONLY SEAT IN THE ENTIRE TEMPLE IS THE MERCY SEAT BETWEEN THE ANGEL'S WINGS.

MORE EVIDENCE for a THIRD TEMPLE.

Daniel 9:26-27 (NASB)
[SUP]26 [/SUP] "Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.
[SUP]27 [/SUP] "And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he {Antichrist} will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate."

AND HERE IS A REFERENCE TO AN EARTHY TEMPLE AFTER THE SECOND COMING IS DESCRIBED IN ZECH. 14:3-5.

Zechariah 14:20-21 (ESV)
[SUP]20 [/SUP] And on that day there shall be inscribed on the bells of the horses, “Holy to the LORD.” And the pots in the house of the LORD shall be as the bowls before the altar.
[SUP]21 [/SUP] And every pot in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holy to the LORD of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and take of them and boil the meat of the sacrifice in them. And there shall no longer be a trader in the house of the LORD of hosts on that day.

Read Ezekiel chapters 40 through 48.
Sure, 8 chapters. Good try.

The temple was destroyed in 70 AD. There is no inspired prophecy after this time to build another one.

It would also be very antichristian, because God does not desire animal sacrifices anymore.

Also, Jesus clearly said that the worship of Father in temple or on the mount is over.

Who said it's God that will build the temple? It's so-called Jews who want to do it.

Why does scripture say the anti-Christ will stand in the temple in Judea? Why warn Judeans to flee to the mountains?

If the so-called Jews knew that God didn't want animal sacrifices, wouldn't they worship Lord Jesus? Hint: they don't understand.
