The Bible says that Jesus took the physical ordinances of Israel out of the way nailing them to His cross, therefore let no man judge you in meats.

The Bible says that all meat is good and nothing to be refused for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

It is alright to eat pork in the New Testament.

If someone thinks that it is wrong to eat pork and they do it anyway it is a sin, although if they knew the truth that they could eat pork it would not be a sin.

A person can commit a sin by thinking it is wrong to eat pork and eat pork anyway, although God said it is alright to eat pork.

I would think smoking should be more forbidden than pork. My pastor won't eat pork at his house but if served it somewhere else he is free to eat it, he feels it is more healthy not to eat it.

YouTube - GN Commentary: The Bible Says "Don't Eat Pork" - March 19, 2009
Mark 7:14-23 “And [Jesus] called the people to him again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand: There is nothing outside a person that by going into him can defile him, but the things that come out of a person are what defile him. ... Do you not see that whatever goes into a person from outside cannot defile him, since it enters not his heart but his stomach, and is expelled?” (Thus he declared all foods clean.) And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”

Acts 10:9–16 “The next day, as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the housetop about the sixth hour to pray. And he became hungry and wanted something to eat, but while they were preparing it, he fell into a trance and saw the heavens opened and something like a great sheet descending, being let down by its four corners upon the earth. In it were all kinds of animals and reptiles and birds of the air. And there came a voice to him: “Rise, Peter; kill and eat.” But Peter said, “By no means, Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean.” And the voice came to him again a second time, “What God has made clean, do not call common.” This happened three times, and the thing was taken up at once to heaven.”

The Israelites were forbidden to eat any animal deemed unclean. Pork was just one of them. They could not eat catfish, oysters, shrimp, lobster, etc.
