This is a call to godly christian parents towards their own children and not just for the believers in Jesus Christ to avoid joining riots in these latter days where christian love is hard to find and not just the faith in Jesus Christ.

There is nothing of this earth we are to treasure to riot over nor kill any one over when our hearts are set on the things above.

Colossians 3:1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.[SUP] 2 [/SUP]Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.[SUP] 3 [/SUP]For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.[SUP] 4 [/SUP]When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.[SUP] 5 [/SUP]Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:[SUP]6 [/SUP]For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.[SUP] 2 [/SUP]Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.[SUP] 3 [/SUP]For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:[SUP]4 [/SUP]For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.[SUP] 5 [/SUP]Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.[SUP] 6 [/SUP]For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.[SUP]7 [/SUP]Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Proverbs 28:[SUP]7 [/SUP]Whoso keepeth the law is a wise son: but he that is a companion of riotous men shameth his father.

Romans 13:[SUP]12 [/SUP]The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.[SUP] 13 [/SUP]Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.[SUP]14 [/SUP]But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Titus 1:[SUP]5 [/SUP]For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:[SUP] 6 [/SUP]If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.[SUP] 7 [/SUP]For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;[SUP] 8 [/SUP]But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;[SUP] 9 [/SUP]Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

1 Peter 4:1Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;[SUP] 2 [/SUP]That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.[SUP] 3 [/SUP]For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:[SUP] 4 [/SUP]Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:[SUP]5 [/SUP]Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.[SUP] 6 [/SUP]For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.[SUP]7 [/SUP]But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

2 Peter 2:[SUP]9 [/SUP]The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:[SUP] 10 [/SUP]But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.[SUP] 11 [/SUP]Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.[SUP] 12 [/SUP]But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;[SUP] 13 [/SUP]And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; [SUP]14 [/SUP]Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:[SUP]15 [/SUP]Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray,

Ah, nuts! I had my riot gear already, booked a bus to load up the neighborhood kids and bought lots of liverwurst for sandwiches on the trip.

(In all seriousness, why do you think Christians were planning on rioting?)

Recent news of riots in Virginia. There is a state of emergency now after someone plowed a car intentionally into the crowd of anti-protesters; those against those protesting the removal of the statue of Robert E. Lee. One person was killed and 19 injured.

Anyway, the spirit of patriotism is not in alignment with the Spirit of Christ when applied to rioting.

I know. I lived in C'ville and have family there. That had NOTHING to do with Christianity though. That's two bullheaded groups who are too egocentric to be called Christians. And it wasn't about patriotism either.

The world needs to hear more about Jesus. This is why the scripture says, "Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!" Psalm 34:8

In my country there is riot business. The organiser pay to every body to join the riot. Last time Allan nairm, an american investigation journalIst cover about what behind last riot in Indonesia.

they protest a Christian popular governur, to step Down, he is a president good friend, but Allan Said, the real target is the president itself

Allan also Said that freeport lawyer is close to the riot leader.

Freeport have a good mine in Indonesia, the contract is about to expired. The honest president make the new contract not very profitable for freeport, last president was not honest, freeport bribe him, to make more money.

there is speculation among Indonesian that freeport finance the riot to replace the president.

Some time people hide the real purpose of the riot.

It happen in Indonesia. Some people believe The globalist/aka Vatican Design all riot to weaken all country

They want enthrone pope AS representative King of King the ruler of the whole King in the earth

To build a Giant building in the hausing community, you have to destroy all the existing house.

to build the one world government, you have to weaken all the country, to make easier to subdued

Jesus did not lead a rebellion nor a riot against the Romans occuation.

John 18:[SUP]36 [/SUP]Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Romans 13:1
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. Let us set our minds and hearts on the things above, and not the things on the earth.

I would also add Proverbs 6:12-19, especially verses 14 and 19
[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]12 A troublemaker and a villain,
who goes about with a corrupt mouth,
13 who winks maliciously with his eye,
signals with his feet
and motions with his fingers,
14 who plots evil with deceit in his heart—
he always stirs up conflict.
15 Therefore disaster will overtake him in an instant;
he will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy.[/FONT]
[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]16 There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:

a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,

feet that are quick to rush into evil,

and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.[/FONT]

Unfortunately, christians have been misled to do hatred & violence throughout history and it is still going on today. It does not mean they are not christians, but it does mean that they are not rooted in His words to be abiding in Him as His disciples.

If they already believe in Him, then you would be wasting your time preaching the gospel, and so I believe you would go to correcting them by the scripture in reproving them of that iniquity they are in so that they may call on Him for help to see the error they are in and lean on Him to depart from that iniquity.

Those who prefer their relationship with the Lord would be led by Him to go before that throne of grace for help to confirm the word you would share with them.

Although the cause for the riot has nothing to do with christianity nor patriotism. having a rally for anti protestors on the same day that the protestors are rallying on is just asking for trouble. One would think by now that the local government would be wise by all that has been the trend to occur.. is to never allow that to happen again. They can hold an anti protest rally before and even after the day that protesters hold their rally, but NEVER the same day so we can avoid riots.

Signs of the times... is showing how the church is failing in ministry in being the moral backbone of the nation, because they are failing their church members within the church in exposing the lie that is the evolution theory to remove the basis from which hatred & bigotry can and has sprung from to give credence to His words as truth to lean on Him to love our enemies.

Modern Christians excuse a lot of sinful lifestyles while trying not to judge someone's salvation. If I can live with my unmarried mate and still be a Christian, why can't I attend a protest and still be a Christian?

The correction given by myself is to defend the faith in Jesus Christ in how we have been saved; and to judge someone as not a christian is the same as saying that they are not saved because they are living in sin.

The correct response to someone professing Him and yet living in sin is that they are not abiding in Him as His disciples and as such, are at risk of being left behind at the pre trib rapture event when God will judge His House first.

That is what makes the vessel unto dishonor that will be rejected as castaways from the vessels of honor that will be received because they depended on Jesus Christ as their Good Shepherd to help them discern iniquity to lean on Him for help to depart from iniquity and help keep them from that iniquity.

Discipleship & salvation are two different things; one can be saved and yet not be found abiding in Him as His disciple for which they are at risk in NOT only losing the rewards of crowns but to become a castaway, and thus damned as vessels unto dishonor in His House where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth over the loss of their first inheritance of being received as vessels unto honor in His House to attend the Marriage Supper and thus escaping what is coming on the earth.

So you are still a christian, but living with an unmarried mate means you are not abiding in Him as a vessel unto honor. You need His help at that throne of grace to see the iniquity to lean on Him for help to depart from it or risk being cast into the bed of the coming great tribulation. It is because you are His is why you should repent.

1 Corinthians 6:[SUP]15 [/SUP]Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.[SUP]16 [/SUP]What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.[SUP]17 [/SUP]But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.[SUP]18 [/SUP]Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.[SUP]19 [/SUP]What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?[SUP]20 [/SUP]For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

1 Corinthians 7:1 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.[SUP]2 [/SUP]Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.[SUP]3 [/SUP]Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

The fornication below is referring to spiritual fornication, but the consequence for regular physical fornication is the same.

Revelation 2:[SUP]21 [/SUP]And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.[SUP]22 [/SUP]Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.[SUP]23 [/SUP]And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

1 Peter 4:[SUP]17 [/SUP]For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?[SUP] 18 [/SUP]And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?[SUP]19 [/SUP]Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

I would strongly call you to depart from that iniquity by being separated until you are married. If that is not doable because of financial reason or another, then sleep in separate bedrooms until you elope or get married the fancy way.

As it is, christians are called not to join in riots or be in any situation where anti protesters are facing off against protesters on the very same day in holding their rally where the devil can tempt both sides to hate as well as to riot.

We are to be a light to the world... if we run the way the world runs and live the way sinners do, where is the light of Christ then? So lean on Him in trusting Him to be your Good Shepherd to help you live as His disciples in being a light to the world.

John 7:[SUP]7 [/SUP]The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

John 17:
[SUP]13 [/SUP]And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.[SUP]14 [/SUP]I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.[SUP]15 [/SUP]I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

John 15:[SUP]17 [/SUP]These things I command you, that ye love one another.[SUP]18 [/SUP]If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.[SUP]19 [/SUP]If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

John 8:[SUP]30 [/SUP]As he spake these words, many believed on him.[SUP]31 [/SUP]Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;[SUP]32 [/SUP]And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.[SUP]33 [/SUP]They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?[SUP]34 [/SUP]Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.[SUP] 35 [/SUP]And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.[SUP]36 [/SUP]If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

And he said unto them, (And He says the same to us) "When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth." (Luke 11:2) Doesn't Jesus want the kingdom of heaven and earth the same according to his will? I thought He did.
Your emphasis in red is about the Father's will being done; His kingdom will come on earth, but Jesus Christ will do it after the great tribulation.

We are not to fight for His kingdom when it is not on earth yet, and America is hardly His kingdom.

If you want to look at this in another way... during the great tribulation, a mark of the beast system to buy and sell by that mark on the hand or forehead will be implemented while a war is being waged on the saints. Now it is written that those with the mark of the beast will go to the lake of fire, no matter what. So of all the people you would think we would be allow to kill, it would be them, but no.

Jesus left these warnings for those saints during that time.

Revelation 13:[SUP]9 [/SUP]If any man have an ear, let him hear.[SUP] 10 [/SUP]He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

The difference between the enemy now and then is that the ones now can still be redeemed. So if we are not allowed to kill those destined to the lake of fire no matter what, how do we treat those who are our enemies now fall in? To love our enemies and to pray for those that persecute us.

Matthew 5:
[SUP]43 [/SUP]Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.[SUP] 44 [/SUP]But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;[SUP] 45 [/SUP]That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.[SUP] 46 [/SUP]For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?[SUP] 47 [/SUP]And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?[SUP] 48 [/SUP]Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
So if Jesus did not rebel against the Roman occupation of Israel, but focused on His ministry to the lost, where do you think your focus should be?

Sad to see civil unrest... but it is all being orchastrated and sheep are being divided and conquered...

From all nations and tongues... they will come.

May we unite in Spirit and Truth then nothing can divide us.

We are not to be of this world which is hard to recieve when the world tries to pull us in to partake with their forbidden fruit quest.. but put on your Full armour of GOD my friends.

I didn't ask my question as a slight to anyone here. I'm just looking at it from their point of view as they interact with other nominal Christians. We're living in an age where anything goes in the church.

Indeed.. it is the age of love each other and do what you like GOD won't mind... subtle beguiling.. serpent posing as mankinds helper... hard to watch knowing it is darkness posing as light.. but..

The sheep know who their Shepherd is and will follow Him always.

In these last times they will be hated for this Truth.. they will be the enemy of mankind that must be eradicated where possible...

A belief system of love and no truth is evil and hate not love... but call me crazy.. time will prove all things.

So, I wasn't a Christian because I used to go to No Nuke rallies? Protests aren't evil. (Running protesters over with a car is evil. Using a blowtorch on protesters is evil. Beating up protesters is evil.) I'd probably still go to them, if I could.

No, seriously dude. No Christian is being deluded by hate or violence.

The delusion is that "christians have been misled to do hatred & violence throughout history and it is still going on today. It does not mean they are not christians, but it does mean that they are not rooted in His words to be abiding in Him as His disciples."

Protest are evil. We are not to protest as those of the world do. be not partakers of the world.
