But Matthew also speaks of the Kingdom of God

You're making my case for me. Matthew's writings are the only ones who used heaven in lieu of God. A Jewish audience would not spell God and used heaven instead.
How does on get into the kingdom of God?

Would the Jewish audience go against what God has said? If God used the word God, then the word God was used. If God used the word heaven, then the word heaven was used. It was not up to the Jewish writers or audience to interpret or change the word.

Mat 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Mat 20:1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.

Since Israel rejected their Messiah, there was no Kingdom of God as a physical kingdom and the Jews were banished to the four corners of the earth. So that will only happen after the second coming of Christ. That is why Jesus said "my Kingdom is not of this world". Between His crucifixion and His second coming, His Kingdom is invisible.
So you believe that the Kingdom of God is not yet with us?

The kingdom of God is within you
True as it says in the Word of the Lord. THis is why it also says, God is love, and all the fruits stem from the fruit of Love, the rightouss fruit, and the unrighteous fruits stem from evil, which is hate. The kingdom of God is within us, yes, his beauty, his peace, his purity;, his love, his kindness, etc. Also says, "God is love, he that loveth not knowtth not God. So there is God and Evil. Love and hate. Those who strife to love with his agape love, are his children, "also says you shall know they belong to me by their love. Hate is not from God, if any man hate his brother, it says, he is a murderer, and no murderer shall enter into the kingdom of God. YOur choice. Not a lottery game, pick or miss, and there's another game, might not be another chance. HOw have you been tanakh. HOpe your well. :)

So did Jesus mean the indwelling Holy Spirit, his indwelling, by this?

Simple - no agenda. How do you understand and see it?
The kingdom of God is Christ's church. The kingdom of heaven is when all of God's people are in heaven with Him.

The Kingdom Of God comes with the regeneration.

When is the regeneration?

28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

When Jesus is enthroned in the Kingdom of God occurs at the same time as the regeneration. When is this?

The Kingdom of God in a metaphorical sense is in my heart. I feel the love of God, great light and warmth. I sometimes listen to music and it is like I'm in heaven and there is a kind of disco.

Anyhow, John shows us the regeneration in Revelation.

Jesus is sitting on a throne surrounded by an emerald rainbow, with 24 elders encircling him.

The word for elders, presbyteros, occurs 12 times in Revelation. So there are the 12 patriarchs, the fathers of the tribes, and the 12 apostles, as Jesus promised.

The word thronos is incorrectly translated as 'seats' by the KJV, which is a monstrous error. It is thrones, and is the same word Jesus used when he promised the disciples that they would be seated on thrones

"The Number 24

The number 24 is associated with the priesthood. Since it is composed of a multiple of 12, it takes on some of 12's meaning (which is God's power and authority, as well as perfect foundation) except in a higher form. Twenty-four, therefore, is also connected with the worship of God, especially at the temple.

It was King David who divided those responsible for the music in temple services, those who served as priests, and the Levites who aided the priests, into 24 courses (1Chronicles 23 - 24). When a particular course of priests served they usually divided their work amongst themselves by lot."

Meaning of the Number 24 in the Bible

i think it depends on the contest your refering to it in. to me ,, everything is the kingdom of god. he created the universe right?if you refering to post judgment day... guess we really have to wait and see. but i think it will be a recreation of earth (or earthlike) place as originaly intended , perfect and sin free.

Ephesians 2

18 For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens,[d] but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. 22 In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by[e] the Spirit.

Best to incorporate the kingdom in it's entirety.

It's not just one certain thing.

Technically it is everything.

He is sovereign King over everything.

Even those in rebellion will answer to Him.

He sets up his kingdom on earth at his second coming.

Like tenak said "his kingdom is us"
That is true also.

Ww see the devil rule. What does he rule? Those in rebellion. (Satan has a kingdom)

Satan's kingdom is within God's kingdom.

The earth is not redeemed yet.

There is no need to bring God's universal sovereignty into it.

The Kingdom of Heaven, and of God, are very specific prophetic things, spoken of by the prophets and the Gospel writers.

Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Romans 8:28

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Titus 1:15

To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.
