DECLARE GOD'S WORD OVER YOUR SITUATION[/h]

When a great storm arose as Jesus and His disciples were in a boat on the Sea of Galilee, He did not say to His disciples, “The storm is here to teach us courage.” Instead, He took authority over the storm and said, “Peace, be still!” And there was a perfect calm. (Mark 4:39)

When He met the widow of Nain whose only son had died, and on another occasion, the two sisters whose brother Lazarus had died, He didn’t tell them, “God wanted to take him home.” No, He spoke to the dead son: “Young man, I say to you, arise.” (Luke 7:14) And standing outside Lazarus’ tomb, He said, “Lazarus, come forth!” (John 11:43) And both men came back to life.

What have you been saying about your situation?

When you feel the pain in your body, don’t say of the Lord, “God wants me sick to teach me to trust Him more.” Instead, say, “Lord Jesus, I thank You that by Your stripes I am healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)

And while trying to make ends meet, don’t say of the Lord, “The Lord keeps me poor to keep me humble.” Instead, say, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1)

We are living in the last days when there are terrorist attacks and deadly viruses lurking around, and the world is afraid. But we will not speak negative words and be fearful like the people of the world. Instead, we will speak God’s Word and reign over these things. Like the psalmist, we will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.”

So find out what God’s Word says about your situation, believe it and declare it. And because God’s Word cannot return to Him void (Isaiah 55:11), you will see what you believe and confess come to pass!

Destined To Reign Devotional Pastor Joseph Prince.

This is true because God's Word says it is. I've also been living it long enough to know it's truth by experience. Am still learning and will still be learning for years to come how to apply His Word to my life each day but my experiences don't make it real. The Word of God makes it true and real.

As each new trial comes., I'm learning to apply the Bible to each circumstance. It's the only way to live as a believer. If your outcome is not successful., the Bible says to keep on applying His Word and don't be weary or lose heart.

The enemy knows we are dealing with many things in our minds and if he can get us to stop believing and lose heart so he can steal the Word implanted in our hearts., he can win that battle and many others that come into our lives.

But God is faithful. Jesus already did the work., we apply it by the grace He give us through faith. It takes time in our side of it because our minds are always in the process of being changed more each day as we are being transformed into the image of Jesus through His Word., and the Holy Spirit pointing us to Jesus and interpreting the Bible for us as we read and hear it.

I'm waiting for more healing as I learn how to walk in this situation by grace through faith.

Using this formula, then Hurricane Irma shouldn't have been a problem.

Sorry, but WOF just grinds my gears.

Reminds me of what Justin Peters said one time with regard to Gloria Copeland and Hurricane Katrina.

Hi IamWho., It's interesting how we all come from different perspectives. At the age I'm at now., it's the perspective of daring to believe what God's Word says and stepping out by grace through faith believing He will do as He says.

So now while going through this phase of my Christian life., it is this perspective that has changed my life and brought joy and health and peace through Jesus. For as much as we look to Jesus for our salvation when we first get saved., we have to look to Jesus for all of the reasons we come to God. It's in Jesus name and because of Jesus.

I no longer consider Him not coming through on what He says He will do in Christ. Praise Jesus for His acquiring this amazing and great salvation from beginning to end. Author and Finisher.

Well Notme., I can understand you and others feeling that way. But for me., I no longer see myself the same as the rest of the world. I have Jesus who has secured me a place in God's heart and mind. I'm cared for and looked after because of being a sheep of His pasture. I don't worry about the natural disasters and the terror by night anymore. He is there for me and I know it.

But unless we know it and believe it., it can't be true in our lives until we apply it by grace through faith. The promises are ours when we apply them by grace through faith.

Consider taking Psalm 91 to heart and make it your own. Also Psalm 23. They are for us today. When He sets before us a table in the presence of our enemies., it's not in heaven. Our enemies are in the here and now.

We have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places., Where is that? In Christ and He is right here in us. Walking that and living that each day will give the peace and joy we so need in this world of confusion and unrest and uncertainty. We no longer have to be a part of that world where confusion.,unrest and uncertainty reign.

Good message sister :) yes I agree

Even in the toughest of times or trails, when we may wonder why it is so, it is in those moments the utmost trust in God that it is for reasons that helps us to be stronger.

Today I hit the road and go to the last few dr. appts. scheduled for this vacation time from work. I've watched how the Holy Spirit has been progressively teaching me to take each issue as it comes the exact same way He taught me to take past situations., as they come with the faith I have. Not worrying about all the 'what if's'

Pains come and when they come and are symptomatic of the problems in this life., I know I'm no longer only a flesh and blood and bone person. He lives in us and we need to acknowledge it and live out that truth looking to Jesus. It doesn't happen by "osmosis" He expects me to exercise faith in each matter that comes. When I do., He works. When I rest as He promises there IS a rest for the people of God., He certainly comes through. And if He doesn't do it momentarily... it's time to hold on in faith believing.., not allowing the enemy to steal the word sewn our heart.

This works and is tried and true. His Word is true and His provisions are real.
