If you know someone who knows God and is knowledgeable about Jesus Christ, he/she is a Christian, but due to very difficult circumstances he/she would come to you and ask, will God forgive someone who choose to leave this world way ahead of what God has planned? How will you respond?

Although I didn't find the exact answer, these are what I found in God's word to comfort him/her. God has a wonderful plan, he/she shouldn't give up but rather to talk to God and be close to him during those difficult times. To pour out his/her heart to God and let Him know how he/she feels.

1). Philippians 1:6 - And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
2). Philippians 4:5-7 - Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
3). Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

Do you have other verses that would help hin/her?

John 10:7-11 "So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.8 All who came before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep."

With this in mind, why would a believer want to seal their own life? If they are not living a life more
abundantly, as in a life for Christ that is more
abundant then the life the world, devil or sin has to offer. If Christ indeed die for this person and the Holy Spirit has regenerated them, I do not understand how or why they would want to end that life. Maybe they need to examine themseleves.

II Corinthians 13:2-10
"I warned those who sinned before and all the others, and I warn them now while absent, as I did when present on my second visit, that if I come again I will not spare them—3 since you seek proof that Christ is speaking in me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you.4 For he was crucified in weakness, but lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you we will live with him by the power of God.5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!6 I hope you will find out that we have not failed the test.7 But we pray to God that you may not do wrong—not that we may appear to have met the test, but that you may do what is right, though we may seem to have failed.8 For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth.9 For we are glad when we are weak and you are strong. Your restoration is what we pray for.10 For this reason I write these things while I am away from you, that when I come I may not have to be severe in my use of the authority that the Lord has given me for building up and not for tearing down."

Maybe they are not in the faith, they need to examine themselves to see if they are indeed in the faith, I do not see taking your own life as a fruit of the Spirit or a Spiritual gift.

Psalm 86:7 In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
Psalm 91:15-16 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

Matthew 11:28-30
Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Appreciate all the responses. Re-examine his/her faith and understand of what Christ did for her/him. I do hope I can help him/her in this situation. Please do pray for me that I may be able to make my friends understand. Thank you.

Here is the biggest problem that has come into the Church and the is the PC i.e. political correctness has over taken the Church under the guiess of grace and love. The Church has let the world interpret what they mean. Love and grace does not mean that we do not tell people the truth because it's not loving or gracious. Jesus was hated for His trues that He told people. Oh my Lord we can't tell people that they are sinning or that they in the position that they are in because of sin, yet Jesus did.

That whole thing of what would Jesus do, was twisted by the PC influance in the Church. Jesus would tell the triuth.
