King James Version(KJV)

28.)Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29.)Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

For it is pleasant – praise is fitting. 2, יהוה builds up Yerushalayim, He gathers the outcasts of Yisra’yl – 3, He heals the broken-hearted And binds up their wounds. 4, He appoints the number of the stars, He gives names to all of them. 5, Great is our Master and mighty in power, There is no limit to His understanding. 6, יהוה lifts up the meek ones, He throws the wrong ones down to the ground. 7, Respond to יהוה with thanksgiving; Sing praises on a lyre to our Strength, 8, Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who prepares rain for the earth, Who makes grass to sprout on the mountains, 9, Giving to the beast its food, To the young ravens that cry. 10, He does not delight in the strength of the horse, He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man. 11, יהוה takes pleasure in those who fear Him, In those who wait for His loving-commitment. 12, Extol יהוה, O Yerushalayim! Psalm 147:3

He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds.
Amen Von!

Luke 4:14-21
And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding district. And He began teaching in their synagogues and was praised by all.

And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written,

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon ME,
Because HE anointed ME to preach the gospel to the poor.
HE has sent ME to proclaim release to the captives,
And recovery of sight to the blind,
TO set free those who are oppressed,
TO proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.”

And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”

We serve a loving and kind God who's so merciful and full of empowering grace.
