Romans 3:30-31

since God is one -- who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Romans 4:14

For if it is the adherents of the law who are to be the heirs, faith is null and the promise is void.

Romans 4:22-5:1

That is why his faith was "counted to him as righteousness." But the words "it was counted to him" were not written for his sake alone, but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification.
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Whoever does not will die in their unbelief.

It was for unbelief that they did not enter His rest - instead they wandered in wilderness and only Joshua and Caleb, who had no fear, but trusted God, entered in.

Thus rest ((sabbaton)) came by faith, not by works, and because of unbelief there is no rest for the wicked

James 2
18, Yes, a man may say, You have faith, and I have works: show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

15, If you love me, keep my commandments.

Paul agrees that LOVE is fullfilling God's LAW in those who BELIEVE........

Romans 13
8, Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.
9, For this, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, You shall not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
10, Love works no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
