Let's continue when you catch up with the last questions I asked you.
I suggest we continue on

this would be another rule in the new covenant

Hello Katy,
What does it mean when Paul says ". Col 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you" ?
If we would insert another positive law (thou shalt, remember) in to this context it would never be questioned 'Let no man therefore judge you in remembering to worshipping the LORD thy God' Example 2:16 ☺️
Would we begin to imagine that the verse is telling us to not worship God?
Rather, Paul is teach as Christ did:
Mat 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Paul is teaching the very opposite of what many say he is saying.
Furthermore, I agree to not Judge another man's servant, we all have the same book, Amen, and it's our choice to have faith in it or not, Yhwh God is judge.

Hello dear,

You keep repeating the same things pretending your answers have not been answered when they have all been answered with God's Word.

Not reading the posts and scriptures send to you do not make God's Word and the scriptures you reject go away dear.

Can I suggest you read the posts and the scriptures in them that you refuse to read and ignore and show us how they do not answer all your questions? It is God's Words you reject dear not mine so you should be careful. If you reject God's Word it is the same as rejecting Jesus. If you reject God's Word you reject your own salvation.

You can choose to close your eyes and ears but when you open them again God's Word will still be here. You can choose to open your eyes and ears today and BELIEVE and FOLLOW God so he can heal you or you can wait until Judgement day to hear God's Word you reject when there will be no where to run or hide.

The choice is yours dear. Simply stating God's Word does not answer your questions because you choose to close your eyes and refuse to read and believe God's Word is a shame to you dear. I do not mind if you believe of not believe it is your choice. All are free to do as they please as we must work out our own salvation with fear and trembling.

At least you can try and explain how the posts sent you do not answer your questions. You refuse to do so because the scriptures in those posts answer your questions and testify against you and what you believe and you not have no where to hide so the only way for you is to close your eyes and ears and pretend God's WOrd does not exist.

This is written from the book of Isaiah that Jesus and Paul proclaimed to those that did not BELIEVE and FOLLOW the Word of God...

Well spoke the Holy Spirit by Isaiah the prophet unto our fathers, Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see, and not perceive: For the heart of this people is stubborn, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

You choose to reject God's Word to follow your tradition that breaks God's Commandments.

All your questions are answered here with God's Word dear, even your question in this post asking to show scripture that ORDINANCE is not God's 10 Commandments (SEE LINK # 3 below)

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4)

Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

.......................

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

Good Day Brethren,
If we use the scripture to interpret the scripture it will be seen concerning the New Testament / New Covenant ( Heb 8:8-14 / Jer 31:31-35 ) that a Biblical Christian must Believe that God's Law is to be written on the heart and mind; as well must the Forgiveness of sin and transgression be Believed, which comes by the blood of Christ (Mat 26:28). Sin is transgression of the law 1John 3:4
It is unbiblical to believe in a Christ who's blood does not forgive sin and write God's Law upon the heart.
Among those laws on our heart should be the Sabbath, and among those ordinances which are against us are any law which we break: this is called sin, and sin is what Christ was manifested to take away...not the law.
renewedcovenantministry.com
good day brother

i believe the law for old covenant is not the same as new covenant.

for example, OT tell Jews to kill the sabbath violator

[h=1]Numbers 15:32-36 King James Version (KJV)[/h]32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.
33 And they that found him gathering sticks brought him unto Moses and Aaron, and unto all the congregation.
34 And they put him in ward, because it was not declared what should be done to him.
35 And the Lord said unto Moses, The man shall be surely put to death: all the congregation shall stone him with stones without the camp.
36 And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses.

and God not instruct to kill sabbath violator under New Covenant.

under New Covenant, sabbath or rest is when we come to Jesus

[h=1]Matthew 11:28 King James Version (KJV)[/h]28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

so to observe sabbath under New Covenant is simply come to Jesus. It will produce real sabbath or rest.

under OT you may close your office but your mind may not rest.

I read about most most big businessman, their mind never rest. So I believe OT sabbath is only shadow of NT sabbath.

Adultery must be kill under O T, but One time Jesus let a adulterer woman go free.

A woman ask to Jesus where must we go to worship the Lord,

[h=1]John 4:20-24 King James Version (KJV)[/h]20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

To me NT is more toward spiritual than physical

if you come to Jesus, you observe sabbath, come to Jesus is spiritual journey not physical.

make sure you don't leave out 7. or fail to reach 8.

the "chapter" designations are artificial -- they are not isolated from each other, but part of a whole - including 1-5, and 9-13.

so what you think the scope of "you have died" ((past-tense, done-deal)) means has to jive with what Paul wrote next: 'don't you know that the law doesn't have any jurisdiction anymore once a person has died?' :)

thus: not one jot or tittle removed. one, undivided Torah, a marriage covenant with the children of Israel, taken out of Egypt.
'till death do us part'

not myself, but Jesus Christ is 'who will save me from this body of death'

Sure, I'll go into Romans 7 and 8 soon, However they don't disagree with Chapter 6, they only deal with a different view point on the subject, Gonna study it before I get back to you :)

In the mean time

Please, I beg of you, listen to this

Listen to part 5 "Graveyard Religion" it talks on this subject, and I think he explains the point better then I do, I've listened to all your points as I can, Do the same for me please, Please, Atleast hear that one out, Thanks for you time,

it's not that i don't know

but I'm not going to answer loads of questions from my cell phone

only to have you say at the end something like "not really"

i wasn't born yesterday, and I've been on the thread a while

so let's just stick to God's word

Ephesians 4: 23. and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24. and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

Hello KF, nice to see you.

Some comments for your consideration below.

It's sad to me that you're all still here fighting against a very clear scripture. This is what happens when you keep favoring your personal view over the scriptures....
Katty how do you know your not just favouring your personal view? When sharing God's Word there will never be peace in those who do not BELIEVE. God tells us we have a commission to share the Gospel and prepare all for the KINGDOM of HEAVEN. Many are called but few are chosen because many love darkness rather then light because they do not like to be told they are not walking in the light.

Colossians 2:11-17:
"In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in itSo let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is of Christ"

Simply stating the scripture that the OP is about does not address all the scriptures in the OP that diagree with your interpretation for breaking God's LAW. None have yet to address the OP here that disagrees with your interpretation of COL 2.

Maybe you can be the first? Would you like to address the OP here and the scriptures in them that disagree with your understanding of COL 2?All you have done here is state the scriptures that the OP is about without addressing the OP that disagrees with your understanding of COL2.

Romans 14:1-4: "Receive one who is weak in the faith, but not to disputes over doubtful things. For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables. Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him. Who are you to judge another’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand"
Where in all the Chapter of Romans 14 or the whole BOOK of Romans for that matter, does it talk about God's 4th Commandment or where is it even mentioned? Where does it say that God's 4th Commandment the topic of Romans 14? Where does it say God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day?

Romans 14 is talking about food connected to holy days and fasting it does not even mention God's 4th Commandment.

Romans 14
1,
Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations. The first thing we see here is that this chapter is about relating to a weak brother.
2, For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
3, Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
4, Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

Now to the meat and potatoes…

5, One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
6, He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

Why is eating and fasting (not eating) connected to days here? Let’s see…...............

(6), He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

Isaiah 58
5, Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul?
is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?

links to.....

Luke 18
11,
The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 12, I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

From Bullingers Companion Bible…........

Luke 18:12
Twice in the week. The law prescribed only one in the year (Lev_16:29. Num_29:7). By the time of Zec_8:19 there were four yearly fasts. In our Lord's day they were bi-weekly (Monday and Thursday), between Passover and Pentecost; and between the Feast of Tabernacles and the Dedication.

Yes they fasted sometimes two days a week and also annually in the feasts of Lev 23.

7, For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.
8, For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
9, For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.
10, But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother?
for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
11, For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
12, So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.
13, Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
14, I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean <ceremonially profaned, defiled or unholy> of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean<ceremonially profaned, defiled or unholy>, to him it is unclean.
15
, But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

(14) At the time meat and drink were offered to pagan idols. After it was offered it was sold in a meat market called the ‘Shambles’.

1Cor 10
25,
Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:

Shambles ; μάκελλον; makellon; mak'-el-lon Of Latin origin [macellum ]; a butcher's stall, meat market or provision shop: - shambles.

There were those who were weak in the faith (verse 1) who were offended by the thought of food being offered to idols. They somehow thought that eating that food was somehow connecting them with the idolatrous practices around them.

Some points to consider in Romans 14:1-15............

1. The chapter is talking about a number of related topics
2. Overall it is talking about not juding those who are weak in the faith in relation to food connected to days or days dedicated to the Lord and that is all it is talking about.
3. Food connected to days in usually in relation to the annual festivals or fasting connected to weekly or Holy days unto the Lord (Lev 16:29. Num 29:7; Issaiah 58:5; Luke 18:11-12).
4. There is no mention of the Sabbath or God's 4th commandment in this chapter or the entire book of Romans.
5. Romans 14 is not talking about ABOLISHING ANY DAYS but only talking about judging others in relation to food or fasting connected to days dedicated to the LORD and food offered to idols.
6. The Chapter is consistant with all the other writing of Paul in relation to the jewish annual holy days fulfilled in Christ (eg, Colossains 2; Ephesians 2; Galatains 4:10; Hebrews 9:9-15; 10:1-17).
7. Paul's topics is summarised in v17; For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

It is very clear from reading the scriptures that this whole Chapter has nothing whatsoever at all to do with the 4th commandment which is to keep Holy the 7th day Sabbath but is talking about judging others in relation to food connected to holy days and idolatry.

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4)

Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

2 Corinthians 3: 1. Are we beginning again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as do some, letters of commendation to you or from you? 2. You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men; 3. being revealed that you are a letter of Christ, served by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tablets of stone, but in tablets that are hearts of flesh. 4. Such confidence we have through Christ toward God; 5. not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God; 6. who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. - Bible Offline

"Why do you believe you are not sticking to God's Word by answering a question?"

i didn't say i believed that

"Do you have a PC at home?"

it overheats and freezes

2 Corinthians 3: 7. But if the service of death, written engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly on the face of Moses for the glory of his face; which was passing away: 8. won't service of the Spirit be with much more glory?

which leads to
Philippians 2: 1. If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion, 2. make my joy full, by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind; 3. doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself

No your not dear your ignoring God's Word and all the scriptures that disagree with you. Prove your claim then dear that you say I changed the meaning of the verse when I only show you God's WORD? Prove to all here then dear how all the posts and scriptures provided to you do not answer all your questions? How you can say any of the above without reading all those posts and scriptures sent to you dear only shows to all that you reject God's Word in order to follow your tradition that breaks God's Commandments. This is sad for you dear.

Here are the scriptures you reject dear in order to follow your tradition that is not from God's Word. Prove them wrong by using scriupture and show why you believe God's Word is not true..... Somehow I know you will not because you have no scripture either do you know them.

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

good day brother
i believe the law for old covenant is not the same as new covenant.for example, OT tell Jews to kill the sabbath violator

Numbers 15:32-36 King James Version (KJV)

32 And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the sabbath day.

Matthew 11:28 King James Version (KJV)

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

so to observe sabbath under New Covenant is simply come to Jesus.

John 4:20-24 King James Version (KJV)

20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
