Hi Lovegodforever,

You still have not adequatle refuted the ost can you try again? There is plenty of Scripture for you and explanations.
Really just saying so does not make it so. Please show me how POST # 1033 does not refute this post.

Your post is dead and buried no matter how much you spam it only God's Word is true. If you cannot respond to my post but simply say my post has not adequately refuted your post then show us why you believe this from the scriptures.

So far you have not been able to, meaning that you do not know how to respond to the post and the scriptures sent you. You are just closing your eyes to see and your ears to hear because you do not know how to respond to the scriptures in the post that show your post is a false teaching and not biblical.

If you believe this is not the case by all means please show us from scripture how POST # 1033 does not address your post. If you cannot then it is clear to all that it has been refuted and you do not know how to respond to it.

Only God's Word is true that is why we should never point people to the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) and like any of the ten, if we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

There is not one scripture in ALL of God's WORD that says God's 4th commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to worship God on Sunday in it's place.

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has lead many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

Hi Lovegodforever,

Your not even close. You just pick a handful of scriptures throw them into the sabbatarian soup pot and then make some nutrient deficient dish water. I think the answer below answers your soup.

Section 7.) As it is the law of nature, that, in general, a due proportion of time be set apart for the worship of God; so, in His Word, by a positive, moral, and perpetual commandment binding all men in all ages, He hath particularly appointed one day in seven, for a Sabbath, to be kept holy unto Him(1) which, from the beginning of the world to the resurrection of Christ, was the last day of the week; and, from the resurrection of Christ, was changed into the first day of the week,(2) which, in Scripture, is called the Lord's Day,(3) and is to be continued to the end of the world, as the Christian Sabbath.(4)

(1) Ex 20:8,10,11; Isa 56:2,4,6,7.
(2) Ge 2:2,3; 1Co 16:1,2; Ac 20:7.
(3) Rev 1:10.
(4) Ex 20:8,10; Mt 5:17,18.

------------------------------------

Section 8.) This Sabbath is then kept holy unto the Lord, when men, after a due preparing of their hearts, and ordering of their common affairs beforehand, do not only observe an holy rest, all the day, from their own works, words, and thoughts about their worldly employments and recreations;(1) but also are taken up, the whole time, in the public and private exercises of His worship, and in the duties of necessity and mercy.(2)

(1) Ex 20:8; Ex 16:23,25,26,29,30; Ex 31:15; Ne 13:15-19,21,22.
(2) Isa 58:13; Mt 12:1-13.

Yep seems its true your post has been refuted by POST # 1033 and you do not know how to respond to it with God's Word. So you just come your eyes and re-spam the same post. Amazing.

Even when asking you how post POST # 1033 does not address your claims you do not know. Now if you do NOT KNOW God's Word how can you know the TRUTH? If you do not KNOW the TRUTH how will you KNOW HIM who loves all.

There is NO safety in following the traditions and teachings my men that break the commandments of God. Those that do so WILL NOT enter into God's Kingdom.

God's sheep hear His Voice.... (the Word). Those that do not do not know Him who loves all.

God knew there would be confusion of His truth. So, praise the Lord people that Jesus paid for our sin and stupidity on this side of the cross when we confuse things from the other side of the cross! Just believe and accept Jesus, do your best in everything for Him and you'll be alright! God's already got this! AMEN! Can anyone argue that?
OVER AND OUT!
Hello Lighthearted, there would be NO confusion at all if everyone followed the simple instructions of Jesus which says; Man does not live by bread alone but by EVERY WORD that proceeds out the MOUTH of God. You are NOT BELIEVING and ACCEPTING JESUS if you are NOT BELIEVING and FOLLOWING HIS WORD. If you are NOT BELIEVING and FOLLOWING God's Word then you are an UNBELIEVER and UNBELIEVERS have NO Part in the Kingdom of Heaven

In Times of ignorance God winks at but when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth is come calls all men EVERYWHERE to REPENT for the Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand.

you keep posting this doctrine of men over and over, I just realized what it is: Westminster Confession of Faith

I will found my belief on the testimony of the Creator to be my confession of faith

Genesis 2:1-3, “Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their array. And in the seventh day the Mighty One completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And the Mighty One blessed the seventh day and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which the Mighty One in creating had made.”

Mark 2:27, "And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath."

Exodus 20:8-11, “Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart." Six days you labour, and shall do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of יהוה your Strength. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore יהוה blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart.”

Isaiah 56:1-7, “Thus said יהוה, “Guard right-ruling, and do righteousness, for near is My deliverance to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who becomes strong in it, guarding the Sabbath lest he profane it, and guarding his hand from doing any evil. And let not the son of the gentile who has joined himself to יהוה speak, saying, ‘יהוה has certainly separated me from His people,’ nor let the eunuch say, ‘Look I am a dry tree.’ For thus said יהוה, “To the eunuchs who guard My Sabbaths, and have chosen what pleases Me, and are holding onto My covenant: to them I shall give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters – I give them an everlasting name that is not cut off. Also the sons of the gentile who join themselves to יהוה, to serve Him, and to love the Name of יהוה, to be His servants, all who guard the Sabbath, and not profane it, and are holding onto My covenant, them I shall bring to My set-apart mountain, and let them rejoice in My house of prayer. Their ascending offerings and their sacrifices are accepted on My altar, for My house is called a house of prayer for all the peoples.”

Mat 12:12, "And how much more valuable is a man than a sheep? Therefore, it is Lawful to do righteousness on the Sabbath."

Mat 5:18, "I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh; the smallest of the letters will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away."

Mat 24:20, “But pray that your flight will not be in the winter, nor on the Sabbath Day.”

Psalm 89:26-37, "He will call out to Me; You are my Father, O YHWH! You are the Rock of my salvation! And I will make Him My firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy I will keep for Him forever and My covenant will stand fast with Him. And I will establish his Seed forever, and his throne will be as the days of heaven. Should his children forsake My Law, and refuse to walk in My judgments; Should they profane My statutes, and fail to keep My commandments; Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with lashes from the whip. Nevertheless, My lovingkindness I will not utterly withdraw from him, nor will I ever betray My faithfulness. My covenant I will not break, nor will I change what has gone out of My lips. Once for all, I have vowed by My holiness--I cannot lie, and I say to David: His Seed will endure forever, and his throne will endure before Me like the sun. His throne will be established forever like the moon: the faithful witness in the sky."

Hi Hizikyah,

You can't even get the name of Jesus correct. You keep substituting it with a false name, which if others where to do that you would call them Blasphemers..!

Yep I saw this on the first post there was a link to where he posted from. Very easy to respond to from God's Word.

This is the trouble I think those who rely on the teachings of men that do not follow God's Word have is that once they are challenged by what they post with scripture they do not know how to respond with scripture because they do not KNOW the Word of God.

This is why it is so IMPORTANT to point ALL to God's Word in place of the teachings and traditions of man that break the commandments of God because it is ONLY in God's Word anyone can find the truth and Jesus who is the one who LOVES ALL God be blessed forever and ever AMEN........

Hi Lovegodforever, Paul certainly points us to your teaching.. cf. Galatians 1.
For me I have no teaching I only BELIEVE God's WORD where it says our LIFE come from EVERY WORD that proceeds out of the Mouth of God and we are to LIVE by it.

For me He must INCREASE and I must DECREASE. I only point all to the Word of God because it is there we find the one who loves us that we may love him. I know him and am known by him. All that he shows me I see and must show to all because I am blind.

He tells me it is those that see that do not see. These are they that have once known him or do not know him. Who am I that he should choose me out of the world? I am no one but he is all. If I did not believe him I would not know him. You do not BELIEVE HIM so you do not KNOW him.

What can I do without him? He is love and now I love. I follow him now because I love him who first loved me. I do not judge you but His Word will judge us because they are there for all to see. All are welcome to see and hear God's Word, however many are called but few are chosen. It is hard to kick against the pricks.

Walk trough the valley
Those who don't walk in Love, such as the religious leaders who opposed our Sabbath rest (Jesus) thinking they were enforcing it, to protect their view of pride of achievement, bear their own judgment. It is sad that they are trapped and that "This sin shall not be removed until you die." Identified in the death of Jesus, following in His suffering, not what we expected as the day of the Lord. "In dying we Live." "This is the rest where You will call the weary to rest, but they would not listen."

re: "Its in the posts..."

But you said it is in scripture. What scripture are you using to assert that scripture refers to the first day of the week as the "Lord's Day"? Why do you continue to refuse to identify it?

Hello stillness,

Welcome here. Your post only demonstrates you have not even bothered to read the OP. If you have NOT read the OP how can you make any comments in this thread? If you have read the OP why do you make no attempt to address all the scripture that disagrees with your interpretation of God's Word?

In Times of ignorance God winks at but when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth is come calls all men EVERYWHERE to REPENT for the Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand.
