That explains it.

Maybe? When uncleanness is a work of the flesh listed between fornication and lasciviousness which is sexual excessiveness, you want to gamble that it is not a sin for those to be defrauded of their inheritance in the kingdom of God?

Galatians 5:[SUP]19 [/SUP]Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,[SUP]20 [/SUP]Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,[SUP]21 [/SUP]Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Spotted by the flesh? I agree with you, but it applies to both genders. Pulling them out of the fire is what beastslayer1970 should have been doing in counseling married couples when apart.

By saying that, you did address my last paragraph.

In regards to fornication, there is an address to our bodies which is the Temple of the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 6:[SUP]15 [/SUP]Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.[SUP] 16 [/SUP]What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.[SUP] 17 [/SUP]But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.[SUP] 18 [/SUP]Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.[SUP] 19 [/SUP]What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?[SUP] 20 [/SUP]For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Therefore uncleanness is masturbation.

Romans 1:[SUP]24 [/SUP]Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

Romans 6:[SUP]12 [/SUP]Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.[SUP] 13 [/SUP]Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God............[SUP]19 [/SUP]I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.[SUP] 20 [/SUP]For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.

So that is why married couples, regardless of the situation, has to suffer with what single believers are going through.

Romans 12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.[SUP]2 [/SUP]And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

How does that NIV working out for you? Or do you have a serious problem opening the cover in reproving the works of darkness by the scripture? Then try the KJV instead, brother. The KJV does more in exposing the works of darkness, but you still need to trust Jesus Christ as your Good Shepherd to help you use the meat of His words to discern good & evil by.

Just saying.
That last paragraph explains it all. You are a narcissist, with a god complex. One that a translation of the bible, made in the early 17th century, to conform to the beliefs of the church of England, is the only acceptable bible. Talk about sexual sin, that's a church, and it's American counterpart, that is totally down with some sexual sin.

Just sayin.

Walk trough the valley
Yes i think there is an element of that kind of thinking going on..

I also think some have a works salvation based mentality where they think they must by self discipline stop sinning.. They find that they cannot stop sinning a certain sin and so when they hear some doctrine / preaching that puts forward that their sin is not actually sinning they desperately reach out for it and adopt that false doctrine because if their sin is no longer sin then they can cling onto the delusion that they can once again achieve salvation by Works..
Consider the opposite happening with works salvation: to hear "Nothing is evil in itself but to him who esteems it, to him it is evil," (to him who esteems pleasure more than God, to him it is evil). "Lovers of pleasure more than God." Coveting is the sin, involved in this discussion: Having our affections bound in addiction, wanting what we cant have. The man that works, driven by pride of achievement in will worship to abstain from addiction rather than by God's influence, will seek to impose His works mentality on others. Thinking they should live up to His standard. This is referred as the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes (dictator conqueror) Revelations 2:6 and 15. That man doesn't care whether your sinning or not, he just wants to rule over you. "By their fruits you shall know them." Is he motivated by compassion, does the truth set you free. Jesus took the blame for His creation, we needed to be Loved in our sinful condition to be free to change by being content (in relationship with God). I have struggled with addiction much of my life and still do, I was motivated by pride of achievement, from fear of being lost, yet its the fear of death that kept me in bondage . God tells us, "My grace is sufficient for you for my strength is made perfect in weakness." Do you all believe this: you need to, otherwise laboring in vain to prove yourself, and to whom are you proving yourself and what do you have to prove in pride of achievement and imposing this on others. Christ in you is the truth sets us free, in the fellowship of the sufferings of Christ. We all suffer with Him, we all have trouble. We are not to suffer "As a busybody in other men's matters." "Take the board out of your own eye, then you will see clearly how to help your brother take the speck out of his eye." "Nothing is evil in itself." its the heart of man that is bent on covetousness. Some unbeliever don't masturbate so they have more motivation to achieve, and the reason they can achieve is that they are not in fear of being bound by sin. "God has not given us the spirit of fear but of Love and power of a sound mind." Is masturbation sin: No, coveting is sin, and addiction leads to coveting, living without self control we fall. "All manner of sin shall be forgiven to man but rejecting the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to man." Without the Holy Spirit there is no Resurrection, "Without Love I am nothing." If I could stop masturbating without Love, I am nothing. A person who achieved this without Love, has shifted his coveting to the love of money as power to control.
