Not in tables of stone but in the fleshly tables of our hearts.

Not according to the covenant that I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt (which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a HUSBAND to them, says Jehovah (and HE shall be joined unto HIS wife (us; HIS people), and we two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.)

For Jehovah your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live. If thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God (that still small voice), to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. For this commandment (Christ, the Word; the Commandments and HIS Statutes written in the Book of the Law) which I command thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? Neither is it beyond the sea, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it? But the word (Christ, the Commandments and HIS Statutes written in the Book of the Law)is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. That is the Faith in which Paul speaks in the Spirit's letter to us in Romans. Christ in us the Hope of Glory. The Word; HIS Commandments and HIS Statutes written in the Book of the Law in us the Hope of Glory. For HE is very nigh unto thee, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it. That is the word of Faith in which we speak.

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. For in him we live, and move, and have our being... For we are also his kind. We two shall be One flesh; the Body of Christ the Temple of GOD. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
(Eph 4:4-6; Php 2:13; Act 17:27-28)

Since we hardheartedly rejected to be joined unto the LORD then; to be HIS Wife. The LORD our GOD calls it to which HE speaks in Deuteronomy 30 a New Covenant in Jeremiah. But without a doubt this includes the Decalogue and all the Statutes and Commandments written in the Book of the Law as Deut. 30:6, 10-14 speaks. Not the Judgments and Ceremonies pertaining to sin, because all things are to be new and of GOD. We are a New Creation created in Christ Jesus. Not of the letter, but of the Spirit. Not in tables of stone , but in the fleshly tables of the heart. We are the Ark of the Covenant; the Body of Christ; the Temple of GOD. Surpassing the glory to which Israel could not steadfastly look upon in the face of Moses. Which Glory was to be done away with.

Not that our sufficiency is of ourselves. Our sufficiency is of GOD. Not of the letter. But of the Spirit to which was to be since the beginning.

For this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel: After those days, declares Jehovah, I will put My law in their inward parts (minds), and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. And they shall no longer each man teach his neighbor, and each man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah. For they shall all know Me, from the least of them even to the greatest of them, declares Jehovah. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sins no more.
(Rom 10:6-8; Deu 30:10-14; Jer 31:32-34; Eph 5:31-32)

The Ten Commandments are in BOTH the Old and the New Covenants. And the Lord's Day is the Christian sabbath. Please note what Scripture says regarding the New Covenant:

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people (Heb 8:10).

Which laws? The Ten Commandments. See Romans 13:8-10.

so heb 8:10 is in the old covenant ASwell? Would you like to show me heb 8:10 in the OT?

There is No sabbath mention in the Romans 13

i repeat my question.

What is smallest letter from the law that not pass away

kill the sabbath violator is not that small, is that not pass away? Are you killing sabbath violator because It is law that not pass away?

Certainly. It is a quotation from Jeremiah 31:33

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
There is No sabbath mention in the Romans 13
That is because Paul was dealing with the last six commandments of the Ten Commandments in that portion of Scripture. The sabbath commandment belongs with the first four commandments, and as I have mentioned the Lord's Day is the Christian sabbath.

Also muderers, adulterers, etc. Yet you don't seem to mention that?

Here since I already answered this I will quote my answer:

Yahsua will judge righty when He returns:

Isaiah 24:1-6, "See, יהוה is making the earth empty and making it waste, and shall overturn its surface, and shall scatter abroad its inhabitants. 2 And it shall be – as with the people so with the priest, as with the servant so with his master, as with the female servant so with her mistress, as with the buyer so with the seller, as with the lender so with the borrower, as with the creditor so with the debtor; 3 the earth is completely emptied and utterly plundered, for יהוה has spoken this word. 4 The earth shall mourn and wither, the world shall languish and wither, the haughty people of the earth shall languish. 5 For the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torah, changed the law, broken the everlasting covenant. 6 Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned, and few men shall be left.

Revelation 19:11-16, “And I saw the heaven opened, and there was a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Trustworthy and True, and in righteousness He judges and fights. And His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns, having a Name that had been written, which no one had perceived except Himself – and having been dressed in a robe dipped in blood (Isaiah 63:2) and His Name is called: The Word of יהוה. And the armies in the heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations. And He shall shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of the Almighty Strength. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written: SOVEREIGN OF SOVEREIGNS AND MASTER OF MASTERS.”

See the sword the comes out of His mouth? "out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations"

Hebrews 4:12-13, “For the Word of Yah is living, and working, and sharper than any two-edged sword, cutting through even to the dividing of being and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all are naked and laid bare before the eyes of Him with whom is our account.”

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."
I am not the judge He is, it is not my position to carry out said jugment, He will decide who gets eternal life and who gets burnt up.

John/Yahanan 15:15, "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, produces much fruit; but without Me, you can do nothing. I answered this what 2 or 3 times now?

Why dont you kill adulterers?

You say the 7th day Sabbath is not in the new Covenant, however the Messiah says different:

Mat 5:18, "I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh; the smallest of the letters will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Revelation 21:1, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away."

You say why not kill people for violating a certian Law, I would say this would then apply to all sins worthy of death. Why not tho?

Why not carry out the works of the High Priest?

Because unless you are the High Priest it is not your job.

In the same way if you are not the Judge it is not your job to execute atonement for sin.

Do you think Yahshua will kill the transgressor upon His return as a conquering Lion?

Correct. The New Covenant went into effect the moment the Lord cried "IT IS FINISHED" from the Cross.

... and covenant mean sabbath, am I correct?
Sorry. The Lord's Day (the first day of the week) has been regarded as the Christian sabbath all along. It is only recently that Sabbatarians have been trying to revive the OT sabbath.

and you believe Romans 13 is reference for the last 6 commandment not sabbath, am I correct?
Correct. But the same principle applies, since all the Ten Commandments are regarded as one unit.

In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear."
so you believe only high priest kill sabbath violator?

I never said the High Priest executes Judgement.

I said the judge does.

Are you efven reading what Im saying?

I have not been made a judge by YHWH. It is not my place to judge. In Moses times there were Judges.

Hebrews 10:26-31, “For if we sin purposely after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice offering for sins, but some fearsome anticipation of judgment, and a fierce fire which is about to consume the opponents. Anyone who has disregarded the Torah of Mosheh dies without compassion on the witness of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment do you think shall he deserve who has trampled the Son of Yah underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was set apart as common, and insulted the Spirit of mercy? For we know Him who has said, “Vengeance is Mine, I shall repay, says יהוה.” And again, “יהוה shall judge His people. It is fearsome to fall into the hands of the living Father.”

Correct. The New Covenant went into effect the moment the Lord cried "IT IS FINISHED" from the Cross.

Sorry. The Lord's Day (the first day of the week) has been regarded as the Christian sabbath all along. It is only recently that Sabbatarians have been trying to revive the OT sabbath.

Correct. But the same principle applies, since all the Ten Commandments are regarded as one unit.
so new covenant start when Jesus oN the cross, sabbath start before Jesus oN the cross.

and you believe first day has been Christian sabbath all along, I my self believe every day alike

[h=1]Romans 14:5King James Version (KJV)[/h]5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

That's right! All law in the OT is God's law -- also known as Moses' law -- and they are not binding to Christians today.
Not literally, Spiritually in Love and Mercy gave us from Father, Yah, through Son Yeshuah

John 19:30, Hebrews 9:14-17

The Law was totally misinterpreted and still is today.

Jesus, when came on to the scene, came here to fill Law for us all in love and mercy for us all whether jew, Gentile, Greek, male or female

We all are today made equally forgiven from Father by Son's done work on the cross as revealed in Col 1:22 once for everyone as reconciled the message from the disciples

2 Cor 5:16-20 so be ye reconciled, Forgiven to Father through Son so one can walk new in belief to this done work for you all

Remember Jesus was asked what is the greatest of the Law?

LOVE you all God's type described in 1 Cor 13:4-7, and for anyon e to be able to do the same it has to be imputed as was to Abraham Romans 4:17-25

This is so easy, it is not easy, a perplexity that only Father in spirit and truth reveals

Rest is in place for us to rest in and not take for granted as told all about this in Hebrews 3 and 4

Focusing in on Hebrews 4:9-11 Thank You

We are under the Liberty of the Law its true meaning, love and mercy gave us first to give out freely as is given thee

Thanks
