    Default unfolding of the Law and prophets fulfillment

    after the law has been given , and moses is preparing to die, God says this to Moses

    deuteronomy 31 " And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, thou shalt sleep with thy fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake me, and break my covenant which I have made with them.


    17Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us? 18And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods."






    so then v24 " And it came to pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book, until they were finished, 25That Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD, saying, 26Take this book of the law, and put at the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee. 27For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death? "


    God says the people of israel will turn to other gods, and brake the covenant God made with them. so then moses writes the whole law in a book, and knowing they will brake the covenant because God just told Him they would, He places it to remain as a witness against them who break the covenant law.

    so then after moses and joshua die

    judges 2 " And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the LORD, that he did for Israel. 8And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, being an hundred and ten years old. 9And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathheres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash. 10And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the LORD, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.


    11And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim: 12And they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked the LORD to anger. 13And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth."


    this begins a repeated process of God crushing them for idolatry and then relenting and calling for them to return to His law. they are torn down, a king comes along and turns to God they are restored, this goes on a long while. they are conquered, enslaved, destroyed, slain ,scattered from thier homeland ect, because God promises them this will happen if they brake His covenant and serve other gods. so then the prophets begin pronouncing Judgements and promising a new thing, that will not be according to the first covenant because Israel has broken it and defiled it, even thier priests and prophets

    jeremiah 25 " 13And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.14I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.


    15Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.16Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.17They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you."


    the prophets began telling the people different things from the Law, they began telling them thier words and not the Lords words. this defiled the people and led them away in error. at this point israel is captive in babylon. and God begins saying this to them

    Isaiah 43 " Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.19Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.20The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.21This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise."




    "But thou hast not called upon me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of me, O Israel.23Thou hast not brought me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense.
    24Thou hast bought me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied me with thine iniquities.

    25I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

    26Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.27Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.28Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches."


    these few examples, sort of are meant to show something important, the law of moses was fulfilled in Christ, meaning, the sacrifice laws, christians have our own sacrificial Law not the mosaic. we have our own High proiest of the first order of Melchezidek, nbefore aaron and the Law, we have an apostle its Jesus. we have a teacher and prophet, its Jesus, we have a mediator, its Jesus rather than Moses. the law of moses was against all who sinned. the gospel is our Law, its the truth of Gods Word for all man.



    to be clear the Mosaic Law is a good thing, we learn much from it regarding right and wrong, we learn so much about Jesus and the new covenant also, its very uselful in righteousness, it is not what governs a Christian, its not the word of testament we follow. Jesus is the Word of God, and He is seated Beside God where the Law once was, only rather than witnessing against us, He is advocating for us.

    A very rich and insightful post fj....if only people would recognise themselves as the ones spoken to - Israel !
    But seeing themselves as 'christians and following another god this well-intended post (as well as all others re law) may well be 'lost on them even as they themselves are lost !

    i think honeslty sister, people do not grasp the priesthood of melchezidek, and the fact that it does not come after the Law of moses, under which the Law came and the levitical order was established to serve...But melchezidek was before the law of moses was ever Given to man.


    at least four hundred years, before the tabernacle was commanded to be built in the camp and all of the aaronic priesthood order was established to serve in that temple, Melchezidek Blessed abram and brought out bread and wine, being the priest of God already.


    i thin kpossibly people miss that before the law of moses came, there was already a temple, a priest, a sacrifice. the people before law sacrificed, had a priesthood, this establishes that what is in the book of Hebrews, is well informed and accurate. Jesus , nor the tribe of Judah had any service in the law or the man made temple. Hebrews tells us that those things given to moses in strict pattern and detail, were detailed so and instructed so carefully because they were patterns of the true things in Heaven.


    the Law of moses, came to sinners who bgged that God speak no more to them, he answers " very well, i will send Jesus" of course thats a summary but deut 18 15-18, acts 3 22. and He will tell you everything i command him, to him everyone must heed, for i will rewuire it of those who do not heed the words i give Him.


    then Moses law is nediated to those sinners who did not want Gods Word, for they had faith it would kill them. Jesus is not of the Law, though He obeyed it prior to His baptism and annointing to begin His ministry. His ministry is of the priesthood of Melchezidek, the things that were of the order BEFORE the law was given under the levitical shadow order that fell into the corruption of satan by the very commandment intended to keep life.


    just as the pattern always is, moses came down, and He shattered the first commandments because already the people were sinning greatly, he, not God punishes them, and then goes and pleads with God for thier Lives. Moses is the intercessor for those of the law. he does it many times, Jesus Christ is the mediator for Christians the Only mediator. this is what Jesus told those ho trusted in the words of Moses


    john 5 " Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life...... v 45Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. 46For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 47But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

    john 8 " Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.13The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true. "

    john 8 " And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. 25Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.

    26I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him. 27They understood not that he spake to them of the Father. 28Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and thatI do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things."


    john 4 " The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.26Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.


    these things are all pointing to the prophecies of all the christ would be for us it was always Gods plan when man died under the Law and became aware were fallen sinners, to send Jesus to say " yes, you are sinners and have died under the Law, but God sent me, to take your sentance, and give you a new life so you know the truth that God is not trying to destroy us with His word, but He is trying to save us with The Word.

    Mat 7:12-14, "Therefore, all things you want men to do to you, do the same to them, for this is the (intent of the) Law and the Prophets. Enter in through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who go that way. Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way which leads to life, and few there are who find it."

    1 John 2:3-7, “And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands. The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Yah has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command which you have had from the beginning. The old command is the Word which you heard from the beginning.”


    Mat 22:37-40, "Yahshua said to him: You must love YHWH your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. (Deut 6:5) This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (Lev 19:18) On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."


    Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth.”



    1 John 2:24, "As for you, let that stay in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning stays in you, you also shall stay in the Son and in the Father."


    Deuteronomy 6:5, “And you shall love יהוה your Strength with all your heart, and with all your being, and with all your might.”


    Leviticus 19:18, ‘Do not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the children of your people. And you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am יהוה.”



    1 John 5:2-3, "By this we know that we love the children of Yah, when we love Yah and guard His commands. For this is the love for Yah, that we guard His commands, and His commands are not heavy."


    1 John 4:19-21, "We love Him, because He first loved us. If anyone says: I love YHWH, and hates his neighbor, he is a liar; for he who does not love his neighbor whom he has seen, how can he love YHWH Whom he has not seen? For we have this commandment from Him: That he who loves YHWH must love his neighbor also."


    Now I am sure we can go ask 1,000,000,000 people "what is love" and get a different answer every time, but I say if we ask YHWH "what is love" a 1,000,000,000 times, we will get the same answer every time....


    Jeremiah 6:9-17, “Thus said יהוה of hosts, “Let them thoroughly glean as a vine the remnant of Yisra’yl; pass your hand again over the branches like a grape-gatherer. To whom shall I speak and give warning, so that they hear? See, their ear is uncircumcised, and they are unable to listen. See, the word of יהוה is a reproach to them, they do not delight in it. Therefore I am filled with the wrath of יהוה. I have become weary of containing it.     Really read that passage:


    Psalms 105:6-10,

    The covenant

    Psalm 89:26-37, “He will call out to Me; ‘You are My Father, O YHWH! You are the Rock of My salvation!’ And I will make Him My firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth. My mercy I will keep for Him forever and My covenant will stand fast withHim. And I will establish His Seed forever, and His throne will be as the days of heaven. Should His children forsake My Law, and refuse to walk in My judgments; Should they profane My statutes, and fail to keep My commandments; Then I will punish their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with lashes from the whip. Nevertheless, My lovingkindness I will not utterly withdraw from Him, nor will I ever betray My faithfulness. My covenant I will not break, nor will I change what has gone out of My lips. Once for all, I have vowed by My holiness, I cannot lie, and I say to David; His Seed will endure forever, and his throne will endure before Me like the sun.     Luke 24:44-46, “And He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all have to be fulfilled that were written in the Law, the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me. Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and said to them, “Thus it has been written, and so it was necessary for the Messiah to suffer and to rise again from the dead the third day.”


    Isaiah 45:21-22, “Declare and bring near, let them even take counsel together. Who has announced this from of old? Who has declared it from that time? Is it not I, יהוה? And there is no mighty one besides Me, a righteous Power and Savior, there is none besides Me. Turn to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am Strength, and there is none else.”


    Isaiah 46:10, “Declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not yet been done, saying, ‘My counsel does stand, and all My delight I do.”

    Fulfilled already
    John 19:30, “So when
    יהושע took the sour wine He said, “It is done!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.”

    Fulfilled already- To be fulfilled in the future

    1. Passover/First-fruits – Yahshua's Sacrifice(Passover), burial and resurrection (First Fruits – presenting Himself to YHWH)
    2. Feast of Unleavened Bread – Removal of sin by Yahshua's perfect work as the Passover Sacrifice
    3. Feast of Weeks – The blessing Holy Spirit of YHWH, coming into our lives stronger than ever

    4. Feast of Trumpets – Yahshua's return and gathering of the Saints
    5. Day of Atonement – Yahshua leads the army of YHWH to destroy evil rulers of this world and satan is chained for 1,000 years
    6. Feast of Tabernacles – Yahshua dwells on earth for 1,000 years teaching truth and righteousness
    7. The Last Great Day – satan is loosed and swiftly destroyed, the Kingdom of YHWH reigns forever


    To be fulfilled in the future
    Revelation 21:4-8, “And Yah shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away. And He who was sitting on the throne said, “See, I make all matters new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and trustworthy. And He said to me, “It is done! I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End. To the one who thirsts I shall give of the fountain of the water of life without payment. The one who overcomes shall inherit all this, and I shall be his Strength and he shall be My son.     Brother, look carefully into the book of Hebrews, and may i ask, do you recognize this? which doctrine, which words are from the beginning Moses words ? or Jesus words ?

    mathew 19 " They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? 8He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.

    is Jesus teaching the things from the beginning? and is Moses teaching to a fallen, hard Hearted people, and Jesus was saying something different ? of course. because Moses was speaking from the covenant that came as a result of sin and death. meant for the hard of Heart. Moses and His authority is of the Levitical priesthood, this is not the first priesthood, melchezidek was at least 400 years prior the priest of God, His ministry of service was the first and from the begining, not moses. moses law came after the flood, after abraham, after jacob was lead into egypt was there 400 years and then after the israelites weredelivered the Law was given. this is not the beginning, its the middle, the bridge that gets us to Christ and the true ministry and word of God, that of the order of Melchezidek.


    you have to distinguish between the ministry meant to make sinners aware they are sinners and sin is death, and the ministry that says yes thats true, But God sent me to save you from that Death and teach you How to live and return to Him.


    the law was preached in authority until the levitical priesthood was changed back to the Melchezidek priethood. when that happened the law was taken out of authority also, those who accept Christ are not under the precepts and authority of the witness against us, its there to accuse people, sinful people bound to brake law before God.     Honestly brother i would look closely at a study and prayer and consideration on the priesthood and what that means about the words ministered to the People. melchezidek first, then to the hard hearted rebels bound to the curse, the levitical order, to all the broken left over after the Law and the wrath in the world....comes the Gospel of mans eternal Salvation, there are many things moses said that will cause one to transgress the Gospel........

    brother all the scripture you have shared is true, but it doesnt change that the mosaic Law, that covenant was broken by Israel.


    you see what you might not notice is the promise to abraham, was not given under the Law of moses, it was over 400 years before that law. and also and more importantly, it was not according to anything in the mosaic Law. He promised abraham , are you aware abraham then lied afterward to get out of a tough spot? this is not counted a sin to braham, because there was no Law yet saying " thou shalt not lie" . the Law of moses, is not christian doctrine.


    God did offer an everlasting covenant, its just not the mosaic Covenant, its the Gospel. the mosaic covenant and the Law of moses, came for this reason

    if you come to Jesus, you see the truth as its being revelaed of everything the law was leading to, Jesus is the savior, Moses the accuser and witness against the sinner. why do you suppose all of Israel was awaiting the messiah after so many years of tribulation based on thier rebellion against the Law of moses?


    you see heres the thing. in eden God said do not do this, or you will surely die" the Law comes as a result of adam choosing to disobey God. thus being the ruler of creation at this time and the father of all man through procreation, He sold us as a race into sin, and sin brings death.


    the law is to teach creation the same lesson adam was deceived by. satan uses Gods Word that is good and right and ture and faithful, against us it is possible to do the same with the law as He did with the first commandment because the laws principle is the same.     but also if they disobeyed His law, and became idolatrous and forsake His ways and defile His law, it would be perpetual destruction upon them as a nation and people. thats what is everlasting between God and those people who came to Him through Moses. those who lived and died under Law, have an accuser, Moses. because the Law is meant as a witness against those who brake it, not only a witness but a judge and jury and sentancer of the sinner, this law is not for those who have accepted the true Covenant revealed now. they lived in the time before He was revealed. those before the flood obviously had a priest and law but were not told much about it, only for certain, because it is of a different priesthood, the law is seperate from the law that was before. the priesthood change brings change of the law they serve before God.

    according to the gospel, the law is not for the born again children of God, but the rebellious of adam. theres no life to be found compared to what Jesus offers in the Law. there is only a shadow.

    they offered a good long life on earth, we offered a life with Jesus for eternity. they offered israel, a promised land that was to be thiers always ( if they did not turn from Gods Law and defile it, and mix races with gentiles as they did, if thier priests striclty stuck to the laws precepts.....we have a High priest who has been one of us, faced temptation, yet never once sinnedm never did satan get the best of Jesus, all those other priests they sinned, Moses, Killed a man, aaron built a false idol he was the first High opriest, and the first to make an idol to worship,.......


    that is all imperfect it doesnt work for imperfect man, the Gospel is the perfect Law for us, rather than stone us for our sins, He forgives us for them, ambraces us, teaches us and cleanses us, offers us salvation and rest from the laws heavy burdens, Jesus Moral teachings will keep anyone on the strait and narrow path if we take them to Heart and take them seriously as the truth God sent to the World. the law cant do that, if we go back to the mosaic Law, then we are forced to start dividing things out that dont fit. this itself is a curse to do according to the LAW itself.

    so we cant say according to the law, well this part of the law is for us, but this part isnt, were not allowed to do that, only Jesus was allowed because He is the messiah God promised when He gave the ten commandments, who would come to give His words to the people....it wasnt moses that was the mediator of the covenant in truth, that one was what they asked for in fear at horeb, God said " very well, i will....send Jesus" paraphrase see duet 18:15-18 and acts 3 and also acts 7

    I believe all the Law is valid, however Laws for the High Priest are not my duty, and would be sin for me to try to do them, there are Law only for women and Laws only for men, etc. All Laws that apply to me I submit to, this is not picking and choosing, it is not my job to do the Laws of the High Priest.

    Heaven and Earth has not passed.

    There are still OT prophecies that will be fulfilled.

    All things have not been perfected.

    you are missing the point of the priesthood change bro, read hebrews 4-9, and then tell me the law has any authority over you. here are some excerpts of what im talkinmg about ( nothing under the levitical preisthood, applies our covenant, is of the melchezidek priesthood, and when the priesthood changes so does the Law. its not about you having to be the priest i did not suggest that at all, your priest is not aaron or the levites is what im saying, your mediator is not moses, youe intercessor is not moses, your covenant is not according to the covenant that God made with Israel when he brought them from Egypt , the priesthood change, means the covenant has also chanmged is the point. Jesus tribe did not serve in the law as a prieist because He is not of that ordination, He was from before the law was ever given to the fallen sinful people of Israel. this means that you are not under the authority of the aaronic priesthood, not held accountable to its precepts and punishments, you cannot get to God any longer through Moses, the Only way is through Jesus Christ, the mediator of the new covenant, the priest of the New covenant. this is not something paul or the writers of Hebrews invented it was written all along in the prophets it really is where pauls doctrine comes from Like He says it is. he says nothing but what the prophets and moses were saying all along, Jesus also was saying what they had said all along. peter also.

    then genesis winds down as jacob is led into egypt, 400 years after comes the law under the Levitical order of priests, mediated by Moses. this is what im saying melchezidek is not a priest of that law it has its own sinful order of priests that need to offer sacrifice for themselves showing its imperfection is the people not the Law. so Jesus is of this other order, the greater order ruling order first order. theres a reason Jesus is not called a priest from the levitical order ofthe Mosaic Law, because He is not of that Law its for sinners.

    Those in Messiah are a part of this promise to Abraham which Psalm 105 showed was the SAME covenant made with Issac, Jacob, Israyl and those in Messiah which are Israyl.

    My covenant will stand fast withHim"

    Him being Messiah, it will "standfast" not be destroyed but will standfast.

    Also in Psalm 89 "My covenant I will not break, nor will I change what has gone out of My lips"

    Yet you are saying the covenant has been abolished. YHWH says it standfast with Yahshua and YHWH will not
    change what He has spoken. Same Law new mediator, and it you think a new mediator is changing then the Law would be "abolished" and a new one would have to be made for ever levite priest that had died and a new one came in.


    Psalm 89:26-37, “He will call out to Me; ‘You are My Father, O YHWH! You are the Rock of My salvation!’ And I will make Him My firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.     I do find great value and use for the Mosaic Law and this to me is How it applies to a christian.


    Paul says this

    1 corinthains 6 " Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived:neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."



    yet the new testament doesnt explain what qualifies as those sinful actions, for instance How do i understand what idolatry actually is so i know if i need to repent of it? i have to learn from the Law about idolatry. or how do i understand coveting and why it is a sin? I have to study the Law and see the things coveating caused among the people to really understand it.....this to me is what paul meant when He said

    Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin."

    we learn what sin is from the Law for the purpose that all the world will recognize " im a sinner" and become guilty before God that is the purpose of the to testify against sinners, that they are guilty before God. this is absolutely necassary in order to bring men to repentance. and for us to recognize " I am not good enough im lost and I need God to save me though i deserve death, my only hope is the one God promises to send to save us ....His only begotten Son.

    Word#H2318 or “chadash” is used in this passage, believed to be written by Ezekiyl sometime between the years 597BCE-562BCE, and it did not contain vowel points, because they were not invented until 600CE-1,100CE, a minimum of 1,200 years after Ezekiyl wrote his book.


    And you will see most translations translate this exact same word and even same Strong’s entry as new in Ezekiel 36 and renewed in Psalm 51, this in itself is proof that what I say is possible at minimum. Is it an entirely a new heart, as in the old heart physically taken out and a brand new heart put in or is it a renewed heart, changed by the spirit of Yah? Metaphorically called a heart of stone removed and a heart of flesh put in its place to illustrate the extreme change that occurs when His Spirit is upon us?


    Psalm 51:10, “Create in me a clean heart, O Yah; and renew a right spirit within me.”

    Paul says this

    yet the new testament doesnt explain what qualifies as those sinful actions, for instance How do i understand what idolatry actually is so i know if i need to repent of it? i have to learn from the Law about idolatry. or how do i understand coveting and why it is a sin? I have to study the Law and see the things coveating caused among the people to really understand it.....this to me is what paul meant when He said

    romans 3 "
    Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin."


    romans 7 "
    What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

    8But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.9For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.10And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. 11For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. 12Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good."



    we learn what sin is from the Law for the purpose that all the world will recognize " im a sinner" and become guilty before God that is the purpose of the to testify against sinners, that they are guilty before God. this is absolutely necassary in order to bring men to repentance. and for us to recognize " I am not good enough im lost and I need God to save me though i deserve death, my only hope is the one God promises to send to save us ....His only begotten Son.
    We all need mercy there is no doubt about that, that does not however make obedience or His Instructions/Law void:

    Revelation 14:12-13, “Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones, here are those guarding the Commands of יהוה and the Belief of יהושע. And I heard a voice out of the heaven saying to me, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the Master from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, in order that they rest from their labors, and their works follow with them.”

    The set apart ones/saints keep the Commands of YHWH and have faith in Yahshua.
