Sally is sitting in the Pew of a Church, her friend got her to go to church with her. When she hears the message she is convicted by her sins, she hears about Jesus, and wants to become a Christian. She knows she is sinner and wants to be forgiven.
At the alter call, she walks up to the preacher, and says i believe that Jesus is the Son of God, i believe that He rose from the dead. i confess my sins to Jesus Christ and i repent of them. She then asks the Preacher "Am I a Christian now? Am I saved? Is my name written in the Book of Life?" He then tells her she is a Christian and she is Born again and is Saved and that her name is written in the Book of Life.
The very next day she is water baptised.

Tell me, is Sally SAVED?

Well, its not our place to pass judgement as to whether or not she is saved. Sure, I would love to say yes but the truth of the matter is, once she accepts Christ into her life, that walk is between her and Christ and no one else

But it seems like she's starting out on the right path :)

Like Renewed Hope says, that is between her and God. "Getting saved" isn't just some ritual. We can't see her heart, and it isn't our place to tell anyone that they are saved.

Considering she doesn't exist I'd say it's rather a moot point.
Aside from that do you really need an answer?,know you not that whom ever humbly and sincerely accepts Jesus as Lord and saviour and asks for their soul to be saved accepts the gift of salvation and the holy spirit,if you are still pondering "how to be saved" then I'm not worried about "Sally" I'm worried about "You".

Does Billy Sunday's altar calls save people? or does following Yahshua/Jesus save people by guiding them on His narrow path?

Mat 7:13-14, “Enter in through the narrow gate! Because the gate is wide – and the way is broad – that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter in through it. Because the gate is narrow and the way is hard pressed which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Your secnario sounds like the beginning of a lifelong walk with Yahshua/Jesus.

( kjv ) Matthew 7:1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

in John 10, Jesus said He was the gate. sounds like not law and works scenario, but belief in Christ. ( the gate, the door, the narrow way.

sounds like a another Hebrew roots fail scenario.

You're on a never ending path of misunderstanding Scriptures that are describing a believer, and turning it into a prescription of works a person needs to start doing to make it in. I fixed the above post an took out the wrong name you used.

He is the gate and you can't have Him without doing what He says:

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

I didnt watch the video, and please do not chage my quotes.

It’s not our business to determine if she is not saved or not . What should be done in this hypothetical situation is to come along side and help her to study and get a deeper understanding of of God thru scripture . Aid her in her new faith . That along with being a friend teacher and a family member to this new born child in Christ .
Blessings
