Jeremiah 13:23 says, Can an Ethiopian change his skin or a leopard its spots? Neither can you do good who are accustomed to doing evil. Then G-d goes on with His punishment. .

I know people really do get saved and G-d changes them. Is there a time period we give to prove G-d's change? How long should that be? And does it matter the sin?

It will surprise you, I am looking for the worst here, to prove myself right. My close person is now romantically involved with a sexual offender, over years plead guilty to sexual battery, to not go to trial for rape with a young girl congontivally impaired.

I know and believe no matter what our sins are G-d saves us, but does that forgiveness apply to us humans on Earth? If so how fair? Do you have a romantic relationship with a "saved" sexual offender who did 7 years in prison and got out June of 2017?

Wow that's actually not all that unusual.
God can convert a sinner into a saint, no doubt about that.
But such a person needs to be given time to grow and mature and give evidence of their redemption; and in being a new creation - a new person with a new heart - in Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit.

It takes time to be a Christian. For it is a parallel life story to one's natural life: babe in Christ, infant growing to maturity through adversity, trials and tribulations.
Our oversight discourages those who are new in the faith from romantic entanglements within 6 months, preferably not before 12 months. Experience dictates this.
Many a person has embraced salvation but proven to be shallow stony ground having no root in the word of God.

Caution your friend to be wise and bide their time. The offender does need to prove himself.
Sure we need to be as gentle as doves, but ALSO we need to be as wise as serpents.

Thank you. All my flesh wants to do is take the underage children over to her house when he is there and violate his parole. I am saved enough to not do that but wicked enough to want to do that!!!! I think I'm saved enough!!!

When their is real or perceived danger the Lord is our avenger Romans 12:19
Pray for your friend and her situation.
It is not for us to take matters into our own hands.
To do evil is to violate the gospel.
Pray for her and for him.

Spoken like a man of G-d. The flesh... Then there is G-d. Thank G-d for G-d like King David said it is one thing to fall into the hands of man, but it is another to fall into the hands of a merciful G-d. When he (king David took the sensuous). And he chose G-d's punishment and still 1000's died. G-d knows how to make things right.
