I wouldn't rely on got questions as being totally reliable - remember the lucifer name started with Jerome's Latin Vulgate, became a tradition in the Catholic church and continued by the barely out of the front door of the Vatican KJV Anglican translators.

King Nebuchadnezzar is not Lucifer.King Nebuchadnezzar's son Belshazzar took the throne,and blew it,even though he knew what his father believed,and Babylon lost the revelation of God,but they say he only ruled for 2 years and then the Medes and Persians conquered them,so Belshazzar did not do much in his rulership.
Babylon then would be known as the kingdom of man because the more you know and blow it the harder you fall,which is why the beast kingdom is referred to as Babylon,although it is Roman Empire dominion,because the beast kingdom is known as the kingdom of man.
Which the Bible says that Babylon will never have dominion again,but her life is prolonged for a time and season,which means her ways are still on earth,and will be punished in the future,and a person either belongs to Babylon,the kingdom of man,or the kingdom of God,and in Babylon is found all that was slain upon earth,which cannot apply to physical Babylon,but spiritual Babylon in the future and Satan influences the beast kingdom which is the dominion of the Roman Empire,and God puts them down.

This is speaking of the king of Tyrus which it is obvious it is speaking of Satan the anointed Cherub,and in Isaiah 14 Lucifer is Satan,for he is the one that influences the heathen kings of the world,and no Gentile nation did it completely right before God except Israel when she was in the truth,but if a Gentile nation acknowledged the God of Israel they still had worldly ways about them.

And the beast kingdom in Revelation was not fulfilled in the first century,for the Roman Empire does not lose her dominion until God puts them down,which they shall come together in the future,and pull all nations together,and become ten horns,the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section,and shall devour the whole earth,tread it down,and break it in pieces,and the beast shall have power over all nations,kindreds,and tongues,which the Roman Empire in the first century never did.

That makes sense,and God warns us of the new age movement that will pave the way to the beast kingdom,and the New Age Christ,the antichrist,and they say that Lucifer is the helper of this world,and is a Solar Angel that came from Venus to bring the principle of mind to then animal-man,and Lucifer will help them in the future to evolve through the power of nature.

Remember, Satan is the dragon, and the dragon gives power to the beast which is a nation that the anti-christ will reign. We know that he will set up in Jerusalem in the temple where God should be, and he will talk about God like a dog to the world, in layman's term ,this will what he will do, and call himself the real God.
Lucifer comes from two Latin words: lux=Light and ferro=to bear. So the name literally means "bearer of light". Its clearly a contextual reference to an angel of beauty and power, and not a man. In Isaiah 14:2, Lucifer is the name for Morning Star, Day star, Light bearer, prior his fall, but thereafter referred to as Satan, devil, serpent. Keep in mind that Jesus was also referred to as "bright morning star" (Revelation 22:16). Lucifer no longer bears that light, Satan represents a false light (anti-Christ).. jmo
